I'm a working Single mum with no help, and I was really stressed about choosing good company. I used another company a few years ago ( "some guys and a truck" hint hint) and they ripped me off for thousands !! So I was really anxious this would happen again Happy to say--- BELLHOPS WERE OUTSTANDING!!! Very helpful, fast workers, and just went over and above in every area. I unfortunately have to move again bc of leasing issue in 5 weeks ( May 19) and have already booked with Bellhops. I recommend them without hesitation for your moving needs. Fantastic job on a super stressful day for me.

KEEP LOOKING! Honestly, the movers were very nice. However, I overheard them talking and several admitted it was their first day - we felt so bad for the skinny kids we tipped them $75 each. Still, OMG-The number of things they BROKE is unbelievable. Dragging my Restoration Hardware kitchen table and headboard ACROSS the bare wood floors, WTH! Sadly, it took a few hours to even realize the flat screens TVs the movers assured us they would 'take good care of with extra padding' ended up broken. What I learned in the end was the worst part Bellhops is nothing but a mega third-party corporation that makes you pay a professional moving fee just to send you random laborers off the street, later refusing to standby any of their work. Sorry Bellhops, I don't think you can offer additional help. The order is under my legal name, Dean. I've already worked with your incompetent corporate employees Jay, Zac, Alex, etc. in some massive call center who lack a single ounce of empathy. Keep looking!

movers were late to arrive to move my 1/1 from South Tampa to St Pete, literally just across the bridge. They were all super nice and friendly but worked at a super chill and laid back pace. It took 4 hours and I was charged for 5.25 hours until customer service took it back down to 4 hours as she verified the movers all arrived separately and at different times. Did a nice job and didn't damage anything. Still paid $430 which is outrageous.

If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT USE. I have a one bedroom apartment, 750sf. They quoted me $350 and 2 hours with 3 guys and a truck. On delivery day 3 guys showed up and began slowly working. Keep in mind, when I moved into this exact apartment with the same amount of furniture and boxed, it took 2 guys 1.5 hours to move everything in. A guy would take some boxes and then disappear for 30 minutes then a new guy would show up. There ended up being 5 guys (which I didn't approve so now I was being charged per person) and between all 5 of them it took 4.5 hours to move my things into the truck. Ridiculous. We drive to my new apartment and the truck they were driving was giving off so much smoke from the hood it completely smoked out cars next to it. I thought it was going to break down. Then it takes them an additional 2 hours to move everything in. This time I could actually see the truck so they couldn't hang out in the truck between loads to rack up my hourly bill. And now there were 3 guys. Every box labeled fragile was smashed and pushed in, boxes labeled "this side up" were upside down. And one guy dropped a box and everything inside shattered and he just looked at me and didn't apologize, just picked it up and put it down. When they finished bringing things in, they were supposed to assemble my bed and desk, I just had surgery the day before and couldn't physically do it myself, but when they started giving me excuses as to why a 2 hour job took them 7 hours with 5 guys, I told them it was unacceptable. The "lead Bellhops guy" just threw up his arms and left. The rest left behind him with me unable to put anything together myself. Customer service was quick with response but when my bill went from $350 to $1200, they offered to bring it to $900 which is still ridiculously overpriced considering what they broke, the attitude they gave and the fact they went out of their way to rack up my bill. Disgusting. Stay away from this scam.

Courtney and Logan were awesome! They were friendly, efficient, and so helpful. We would recommend Bellhops to anyone, and would certainly use them again. When I had to change the moving time, they did so without any issues. Note that it's best to book an extra hour because they bill you based on use for every 15 minutes. Their time estimate was pretty accurate, we had them do just two hours (Labor only) and it was just what we needed for our one bedroom apartment.

They were impressively fast and well organized. Alexios arrived early to meet with me and help plan, and Ryan and Courtney were very fast at springing the plan into action. I really appreciated them pushing through the rain. Overall they provided a great experience with moving services. I will definitely use Bellhops again in the future.

Pro: every single person I spoke with or met was super polite & nice. Con: truck drivers and movers work independently which caused my move to be a disaster. On moving day, I was told my time slot was going to be pushed back 3 hours from 2pm to 5pm. At 5pm, the movers showed up, but no truck. At 7pm, truck showed up. The move took 3 hours total time. The move was sloppy and slow, they were tired...long day I'm sure. I got my final bill and it was for 5 hours and suggested tip. Yikes! I requested it to be adjusted to 3 hours which they did. No financial adjustment for being five hours late except for an apology. Would not recommend this company.

The whole process was very smooth and professional. The night before move I got a text to confirm the time and to see if I had any questions. I also got an email with photos and names of the two movers. At 8:00 clock sharp Yhia. K and Courtney M. arrived and worked until completion without any issues. Besides working their tails off , these two guys were fantastic people . I highly recommend this company and if you can request Yhia and Courtney you will no be disappointed.

They were quick to take my visa acct number and reservation and did not provide service. One of the two person team showed up late and the other was "running Late" about 3 hours late. HORRIBLE moving experience. So we had to continue, two 70 years olds, trying to move out on time. When l tried to cancel so I would not be charged, the office would not pick up the call... On hold over 45 min. So they have my visa, ready to charge me for services I never receive. I called Reservations and they picked up on the first ring. Eager to take your money, but dont provide service. So the one guy who showed up was useless, one guy cannot move a couch and furniture by himself. Sent him home. Totally useless organization. I should say that each person I talked to was nice. I think this is a big business, using strong young people like chattel, over scheduling and money hungry, but the young people who do all the hard work get caught in the middle.

Working for Bellhops as the campus director has been such an awarding experience. I have the pleasure of not only helping out people who are looking for quality, yet affordable movers, but also going and seeing how awesome our other guys are at providing our customers with a 5 star moving experience. Bellhops to me isn't just a job, it's a lifestyle where I meet some of the greatest employees and move people who have amazing stories to tell about previous moving experiences. Its hard not to like this job when the faces of our customers turn from being overwhelmed and stressed out at the beginning of the move to an ear to ear grin after the move because of how happy they are that they hired Bellhops!

Our bellhops were great!! Booking was easy online, communications were excellent from the main office and I even received a phone call from the Bellhop Captain telling me he was on his way. The day before I received an email with pics of the 2 bellhops. Both Rodney and Steve were on time and very friendly and courteous. And they were incredibly efficient! They handled everything with care and worked well together. They really speeded up the process of loading the truck. I'm loving from FL to CA, so we only used them to load the truck, but there such a huge help! And a very competitive price point too. I highly recommend Bellhops!!!

This was such an easy and friendly service! My bellhops were sooo quick, efficient, strong and nice. They moved during the hot Florida summer heat without complaint and unfortunately it even started to rain but they were still friendly and very helpful. They even placed all the items in the cooresponding rooms! I only had them move my heavier items but wish I had known how great they were, I would have had them do the entire move! I was extremely pleased with my service! Highly recommend!
