We recently moved about 100 miles and entrusted The Beltmann Group with our goods. It was a great choice. From our initial contact with Richard to frequent contact from Kimberly, to John and the rest of the crew who worked carefully and professionally we were impressed. The stress of moving is high on the scale but The Beltmann Group helped to alleviate some of the worries. The price was fair as well. I would highly recommend this company.

Careless and reckless. Underestimated the move, even they did a visual inspection twice. I ended up "lending" them boxes and other supplies as they ran out of supplies and refused to provide more. Packers were friendly, but labeled boxes inaccurate which led to a bigger mess, because at destination the crew unloading refused to move things more than once, so as we realized boxes were in the wrong place, the movers told us that they don't move things again. They didn't not assembled as promised. Run from this company

Terrible customer service. My in-home estimate was scheduled for 8am and the estimator (Gary) put it on his schedule for 10am. We were both sent an email with the 8am confirmation so this was an error on his part. When I called to try to reschedule my calls were never returned. Kimberly in the office needs to learn some customer service skills. It isn't professional to not acknowledge receiving an email. If my business isn't important enough to respond to repeated calls/emails then I doubt yours will be either.

Update to the move from hell... Well North American Van Lines has decided the final settlement is $312. That is supposed to fix the chairs, dressers and tables. They denied ANY breakage of dishes, china or pictures because we packed everything ourselves. So we could have paid another $3000 and have them pack everything so it wouldn't break but if it does they still only pay 60 cents a pound. Be careful if using North American Van Lines and Beltmann moving..... BAD NEWS

From start to finish everyone was kind, knowledgeable and friendly. They were in tune with my needs and fears. Prices were quoted and met to the penny! Time frames were met as promised all with nothing damaged! I was recommended to them from a close family member & I will continue to refer them. Thanks Gary, Kimberly (I love her!) and the skilled men who delivered my things! Y'all made a stressful time in my life much easier!

Disappointed with the lack of communication. After signing the "quote", which is actually a binding document, my husband called several times before getting a response. Now that we have an issue no one will answer our calls. Delivery driver was great. Packers were ok. The office and staff get the 2 stars.

We moved from FL to TN recently. In our married life, we have moved over 20 times, so we have some background in this. Because of our unfortunate experience with our previous move to FL using another carrier, we were very concerned about entrusting our household goods (HHG) to anyone. We got quotes from several movers. All but one came out to actually see our home. Gary from Beltmann, representing North American Van Lines did a thorough inventory of the house. He quoted a binding price that was very competitive. We also asked that our HHG remain on the truck and not go into storage. Beltmann and NAVL were able to work that out. Kim, our Move Coordinator, was wonderful to work with. She stayed in touch with us and set up a move that turned out as close to perfect as a HHG move can get. Kim called several times during the move to make sure we were happy with how things were going. The packing and loading occurred as agreed. The driver arrived with enough and competent people to get the load done. Our HHG remained on the truck and delivery was tendered on the day we requested. We incurred no damage, no missing items and no additional charges at destination. The binding estimate given to us in the beginning was the total bill, no last minute gotchas. We can highly recommend both Beltmann and North American Van Lines to handle your move in a professional, competent and friendly manner. If we move again, they will be at the top of the list.

If you need your things moved, you are better off with a different company! Do NOT let anybody from Beltmann into your home, they will break your stuff and then call you a liar. If I could give this company zero stars I would! The company sub-contracts as a delivery services for Sealy. I received a new Sealy mattress between the holidays that was delivered by two men from the Beltmann Group. They brought the new mattress into my bedroom and took the old one with them as ordered. I inspected the mattress, signed the papers, and off they went. Unfortunately, it turned out that while switching out the mattresses one of the delivery guys hit my flat screen TV in the bedroom and caused permanent damage to the inside picture. Half of the screen remains black with cracks going all across the inside of the picture - not reparable. Since you cannot see it until you actually turn the TV on I didn't notice the damage until the delivery guys had already left. My fiancé and I called the Beltmann group for weeks until they finally put us in contact with a manager. We provided him pictures and explained the circumstances and still his conclusion was that we are lying and that there is no evidence. Case closed for them, they already got their money... So, unless you are filming the delivery process and record the moment when your stuff gets broken, you will not have a claim against any mover from Beltmann. They will just say you are lying and that you have no evidence they did the damage. Therefore, I highly recommend to look for a different, professional, bonded and insured moving company with customer service and an actual process for handling customer complaints and claims. Happy moving - but NOT with Beltmann Group!

I have moved several times over the years because of personal and corporate reason and have used every national moving company; most have been good, a few disastrous and when going through moving and life changes there is always a degree of stress and you do not need any extra with your move. Having knowledge from past moves, I decided to schedule Beltman for my last two previous moves and highly recommend their service. From the initial contact to the delivery of the furniture they were very professional. The drivers on each move deserve a special recognition because they were the ones ultimately responsible for the reputation of the company. They were professional, kept their crew focused, organized and respectful. They kept me informed of delivery time and called in advance to confirm the date. I highly recommend Beltman of Orlando.

I did a move for my son from Brooklyn NY to Tampa Fl these guys where great had no problems at all moving my sons things and his motorcycle the price was right the movers where friendly caring and very respectful would recommend them to anyone who need a move GREAt Job

It was a mess from start to finish. The packagers did not show up, local company blamed the driver and the driver proved it was local agent. Packager finally showed up without the right amount of boxes and did a poor job. Tried to get them to send more boxes to no luck. They finished at 5:00 pm because they had to leave no overtime allowed. Drivers truck was ant infected. Total time to load 1/3 of a house 10 hours. Local agent was no help and just tried to blame driver. Items were to be delivered on a set date and time that the driver set and agreed to. We had to pay for a security guard that is a requirement of the condo's that we moved to, the driver was 3 hours late. There was damage to almost all furniture including a safe. We were told that 4 people would help unload and only two showed. We had to help some and had to get other worker that happen to be onsite to help also. The items had been moved to another truck before delivery and were not wrapped right. Metal chairs were damaged, safe damaged, artwork that was explained had to be careful with damaged. Total of damages will be in the $5,000 to $6,000 range. My best advise use someone else, we got 3 bids and they were not the cheapest but thought they would do a good job, we were wrong.

Our movers were efficient, respectful and professional. They took extra time to cover doors, stairs and walls to prevent any damage, which was important since we were moving out of a rental. We will use them again in the future, no doubt!!

Beltmann/North American moved our 5 bedroom home into storage in early July. The team arrived on time and quickly sized up the job. There was a large crew of 6 or seven and they moved me out of 5,000 square feet in a little over three hours! They protected the home I was moving out of by lining needed doorways with pads and stairway walls with cardboard. This means so much as the walk through for the new buyers was the next day and I had no repairs to do! It was by far the best moving experience we have ever had. I highly recommend this company and their team. Also the estimated weight of our load was spot on.
