Excellent moving company! I was looking for movers on Yelp and I found Best USA Movers and chose them based on the prior reviews. George provided me an immediate quote online and was very courteous and provided me a lot of information on the phone. I got a quick, affordable quote and was able to lock in the exact date/time I needed for my move in January. The team showed up on time, moved all of the furniture with care, and were quick. They put all of the furniture exactly where I needed it and were very careful with the delicate pieces. I will be using them for my next move this week. They are professional, quick, and affordable! I highly recommend them for your next Orlando move!

I used George and Best USA Movers a few years ago to go from apartment to apartment, and I'm happy to be using them again as we move into our home. His team was friendly and handled our furniture very well. You have publicly said some very abhorrent and negligent things about me on the internet. I do not need a lecture from you of what Yelp provides for the community. You received your full payment of over $900, so you need to Please leave me alone. You did zero to rectify my grievances. Then you proceeded to lash out at me on the internet in a public format and say things about me as a person that you cannot take back nor apologize for at this point. The revolting damage of your treatment towards me has already been done and listed here for everyone's viewing pleasure. My grievances with my experience are simply my grievances. Period. But my burning question is... Why did you not call the police if lives were being threatened by me? This is beyond absurd and negligent behavior from a business owner to call a customer mentally ill publicly. I tipped the movers and thanked them for their time. However, I'm getting notification via yelp, that You're stating I was putting peoples lives in danger and that I'm mentally ill by the owner. Interesting indeed. I highly recommend Best USA Movers for your moving needs! I found them through yelp and saw how high their ratings were and seemed skeptical, but I can now attest that their service is truly phenomenonal, especially for the competitive rates that they charge! I sent a quote inquiry and received a response within 5 minutes. That response time alone was impressive. After receiving my initial quote, I spent a day researching other moving companies and comparing quotes. In the end, Best USA had my vote! So, just to reiterate how efficient their response time was; I sent my inquiry Tuesday earlier in the week and today(Sunday) Best USA was at my place helping me move. How awesome are they? Very!! I chose the 3-movers rate and these guys were courteous, efficient, and very mindful of my furniture and space. They had me packed up and moved in within a span of 2.5 hours. Just watching them maneuver couches over their heads while travelling upstairs was such an impressive sight to see. These guys are no joke! If you need to move, then do yourself a favor and hire this company!

I hired BestUSAMovers for my move from 2 story townhouse and 10x20 storage unit because of reviews they got on Yelp. They contacted me immediately and gave me an extremely reasonable quote. George was in touch with me at least 5 times by email, phone, and text. I was impressed. On moving day three young men showed up ready to work. They packed and unloaded my townhouse in 3 hours. Then onto my storage unit which filled the truck for the second time. They fully unloaded everything in 6.5 hours. Everything in tact but for a small rub in headboard that they have already scheduled to fix. Hire this company if you are moving. They will not disappoint. Another move completed today by the crew at BestUsaMovers. I will never use anyone else !! On time, finished early, and at quoted price. No hidden fees. Thank you George.

AWESOME, I would highly recommend this company. We needed assistance moving heavy furniture items down a flight of stairs into our moving truck and 3 very professional guys showed up on-time and got right to it. They wrapped all items very well and even helped re-arrange the back of the moving truck to help us fit more and make it more secure. I wish I knew about this company during the last move but I will for sure recommend them to everyone from now on.

This company must have 5 stars because nothing went wrong but when it does, it's a nightmare - or they remove reviews as they did with my gfs. Seeing this company as a 5 stars on yelp it wasn't difficult to pick and I was able to negotiate a moving price with George, who seems to be the guy in charge until there is a problem with his movers, then he had to always contact his 'management team'. During the negotiation process I was also told by George their company was fully insured to cover any damages that may occur so they won my business. Once my items made it to my house I saw all the damages they did, aside from minor scraps or scratches you may except when moving. The worst was my platform bed, which cost me just under 3k, and a plant from zgallerie, $350, that were badly damaged. To 'resolve the issue', George came over and used a sharpie(!) to try to fix/cover some of the damages and took home my bed frame that had a giant chunk missing from it. When he returned the hole was filled with putty or wood filler which just looked terrible. I told him these 'corrections' were unacceptable and I wanted these items properly fixed, replaced, or make up for the damages. At this point he offered me 60 cents per pound for a total of $220 without even weighing the bed or plant - which of course doesn't begin to cover the cost of their mistake. At no point did George offer me additional insurance and then gave me a timeline to accept the $220 to make up the damages or his offer expired, which is absolutely ridiculous. The worst part was after requesting his insurance documentation that showed this, he refused and said he would have provided it at the beginning of the move but not now. This company does not take responsibility for their mistakes and does not seem to care about customer satisfaction whatsoever. You would likely be better off having your friends move you because at least they might feel bad if something was damaged. I have sought out legal action since and will be reporting them to the BBB. My only hope is if you use this company, pray nothing goes wrong. If it hadn't, I too would have given them 5 stars but George, or whoever runs the show, could care less at the end of the day.

Great group of guys. Starting with George who takes the call and arranges the movers and packers, to a great team of strong movers. They were on time and were very polite courteous respectful and take care of everything in an excellent way.We had the all inclusive service where they picked up packed everything loaded onto the truck drove it for us then helped unload and unpack the big items. They were fairly priced for the market. Nothing broke and the movers just got it done. They did an excellent job. I would definitely use this company again if I was to move from the Orlando area. George is courteous and no gimmicks, price quoted is honored. Would highly recommend.

Used them just this morning. They said they would come at 9 am they were at my apartment right one time. Very fast and efficient with their job. Very courteous and nice throughout the entire process. They disassembled my bed and reassembled it pretty quickly. Very careful with all my belongings. Even helped out with taping my last few boxes. I would definitely book with them again.

Used them recently to move my daughter from one apartment to another in Orlando. Service and response pre-move was outstanding. I especially appreciated that they quoted a flat price versus an hourly with minimums, etc that make it more difficult to plan on the cost. Have not had that luxury with other moving companies I have used. Only reason for four stars instead of five is that they were several hours late on moving day and there was some missed communications apparently between the crew and the office as they did not have my daughter's number which I had provided and were looking for payment from her when I had previously arranged to pay them directly ( I was out of state at the time of the move). That said the crew was VERY friendly and efficient overall and took very good care of her. Would use them again for a move and recommend them to anyone needing a trustworthy and competitively priced moving company.

If you want to feel bad about being woefully unfit hire these guys to move your stuff. They moved my entire apartment in about 2 hours, the move out and move in... Was.. 2 hours.

This was a stress-free move! George was very good with communication--quick quote via Yelp, calls when they were running late and an immediate follow up when the movers left. The 3 man crew was very professional and courteous. They unloaded my large rental truck and personal vehicle quickly and gently placed my furniture where I wanted it in my second floor apartment. No hidden fees, price was exactly as quoted and I paid in cash so no credit card surcharge. Would use again!

I considered four or five different movers here on Yelp, and when I reached out for a quote, George was very responsive and indicated a flat rate with no gas or other surcharges- I've had movers spring a surprise fee on me before, and I was happy to have a simple this-is-the-price number. Between that and the stellar reviews here on Yelp, hiring this company was a no-brainer. On the day of the move, the team handling my move was actually running early and George called to ask if they could start earlier- I was ready, so I said yes, and here's how it went: The crew of three guys arrived and completed the loading of every piece of furniture (with furniture pads and wrap around the big pieces) in about a half hour. The moving team beat me to the new apartment (about twelve miles away) through some sort of magical wormhole technology, and they were partly unloaded by the time I arrived to open the door. I moved from a sixth floor apartment downtown to a second floor apartment closer to UCF, and the entire process from loading to finish took less than 90 minutes. They actually finished before my originally scheduled start time, and George was super communicative throughout the process. This was one of the best moving experiences I've ever had.

If I could give Best USA 8 stars, I would. We recently booked Best USA Movers to move items from our 3-bedroom 2.5-bath house into a storage unit as we await completion of our new home. Communication from the start was excellent, starting with our initial inquiry through Yelp. George communicated with us through every step of the process, and on the day of the actual move our expectations were exceeded even more. There were three movers on the job... Alex, Felix, and Sergei. All of the guys were extremely courteous, incredibly efficient, and they truly took great care with ALL of our items. That is easily one of the biggest concerns I always have when hiring movers (in addition to hidden costs). And, speaking of "hidden costs", the great thing about Best USA Movers is that there are no hidden costs. We loved the fact that the quote we received was guaranteed and that there would be no surprises on the day of the move. One little thing to keep in mind is that you will pay a little less if you pay via cash instead of using a credit card. This moving company was great. I chose them based solely on their 5 star rating and they did not disappoint. Even before they arrived, I was put at ease because of the great communication and also the flexibility they had in accommodating the change in my requested timeframe. I was notified when the movers were on their was and given an accurate arrival time. Even while the movers were working I was contacted no less than 3 times to ensure they were working hard and met my standards. I was a a bit concerned that my furniture was going to be too heavy for the three of them to move but these guys were as efficient as ants. They could lift @ 10 times their own body weight. They never slowed down and were careful with my belongings. The only negative I have is not on them but me. I should have had them move everything not just my furniture. I give myself 1 star but would not give myself even that if I could choose zero stars.:) Thank you for making my move great!
