Where do I even start! Big Guys Movers are the best in Jacksonville! I had the honor of having them move us today and it was everything and more than I could had expected! They were fast and very mindful of all our belongings! Debbie is amazing and goes above and beyond to make sure our move was top notch! I highly recommend to anyone looking to move! It doesn't get better than them! Book your move today with Debbie!!

Worse company ever! They damage my furniture during the move of 11/10/18 and supposedly stated a repair man will be out that Monday per the delivery driver Raymond. The repair man never came and my furniture has not been repaired. I have been calling them daily and everyday I called and the Front Desk(Debbie) stated she was waiting on David and will call me back. No call back was ever returned. This company is unprofessional and wouldn't recommend them. I will now be escalating the issue further as they don't want to fix anything they damaged but when they want to get paid it needs to be done instantly

The MOST UNPROFESSIONAL company I have ever had to deal with. We used them because they were the least expensive we found online and I guess you pay for quality. We are moving to TX tomorrow and we had two guys show up today just to load our things into a u-pack trailer. About 20 minutes into the job, one of the guys quits because he said he "got into it" with his boss on the phone. So he literally changes clothes in the truck and starts walking down the street (how strange right?). The second guy I felt badly for because he just wanted to work but his boss said unless he could find someone to come join him, he would need to stop the job because they didn't want to pay him for half of a job. I'm sorry, but how is it the worker's job to find another worker in order to get paid? Shouldn't that be the job of the actual company? So meanwhile, we are trying to call the manager to see what we should do but no one answered. We left several messages- none of which were returned. After 2.5 hours of waiting for an answer, we finally sent the one guy away and luckily we were able to get different movers to come out at the last minute. It has been over 6 hours since they originally showed up, the store is now closed, and no one ever called us. Please spend the extra money and find quality movers. This whole ordeal has been extremely frustrating and goes to show how much this company truly values their customers. If I could give them a zero rating I would.

Terrible customer service, 2 hours late. Damaged furniture , refuses to fix furniture that his guys damaged . Owner VERY unprofessional!! DO NOT USE !! Check other reviews on google ! If I could rate negative stars I would !

I was very sorry that I used this moving service I am so disappointed we spend several hours packing up items ourselves and taking it over to the new apartment the only items that were left in the apartment were the bigger items such as the bedroom set, couches, and the dining table. What should've been a two hour job went over it's almost 5 hours. This cost us more than anticipated. I do not recommend Big Guys Moving to anyone. I had plan to recommend them to a neighbor but not anymore. They were slow, lazy, and took frequent smoke breaks. I wished I had did my due diligence and checked other's review, if so I would've avoided them in the first place. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

I have used this moving company for at least the past 5 years. Their level of customer service has reduced to sub zero. They make appointments and have no follow through as they are consistently late. I have held off on making a rating each time hoping it would get better. I had my elderly mother about 3 to 4 months ago waiting for hours to move her things into storage. Big Guys Express is nothing close to the name. I reached out once again for a 9 A.M. move 7/3/17 with an 8:30 in route call. The time now is 9:50 A.M. and no movers. I reached out to the company and was advised the movers didn't show up for work. As a company you should be way more organized and always have a back up plan. If that means you as the owner have to sweat for that customer, do it. I will never reach out to Big Guys Depression again. They will confirn appointments & not show up. **Disclaimer** I am not a robot....this is a true & accurate rating.

Big guy movers were very quick! They showed up on time and completed the job within an hour. They even took my table (which was too big for my small, one bedroom apartment) to the goodwill for me. They did a wonderful job at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend!

I called and got a quote and moved a piece of exercise equipment from the top floor of old gulf life tower in the same day! Both guys were very friendly and I could not have asked for better service. The price seemed reasonable. They came in one hour and met me at the University club and we walked a piece of equipment down a flight of stairs and through the kitchen. Great job guys.

Honestly shocked to see any good reviews about this company. Poorly run and bad scheduling. The crews were 4 hours late for BOTH our loading and unloading sessions, even though the times were confirmed by the company prior to the scheduled times. I was quoted on the phone a 3-4 hour loading time, after listing to them EVERYTHING in my house. It took 6 hours, and that was with my husband and I helping. I will still charged for 6 hours for the first day. I had to do WAY too much moving considering that's why we hired a company. Same on the unloading side. My mom, sister, husband, friend and myself were all unloading boxes from the truck. I was also told a 26ft truck was no problem, but still ended up having to rent a uhaul to go pick up the rest of the stuff. Apparently this company should not do quotes over the phone. I've heard this isn't the first time it's happened. I had scratches on my wooden furniture, dents in my (brand new house) walls and doors. When I complained about my bad experience on the loading side (on MY facebook page), the owner said he would have to have a certified check because of it, like i wasn't going to pay my bill. VERY insulting considering i never insinuated I wouldn't pay and just stated it was a horrible experience. Then he told his guys to get the check as soon as they arrived, BEFORE the unloaded our stuff. I don't think so! They had to leave our desk in the garage because they were too tired to move it. They did admit it would normally be a quick 15 minute job, but as it was their 3rd move of the day and 9:30 at night, they just couldn't do it. Understandable and I had no problem with that. However the owner said it would require a special team and additional charge. Crazy, considering my little brother and dad will be handling it this weekend and they had already moved it up the stairs in my last house! The movers were great guys and did their best, but the owner has poor customer service skills. They charged me an additional rate to come to St. Augustine to cover the gas, which I agreed with since it is outside their normal area. However because of them being 4 hours late and having to rent a uhaul, I had to drive to Jacksonville and back 3 times that I wouldn't have had to make if they had been on time. Apparently the extra money, time and driving I had to do because of them wasn't their problem. I hope everyone learns from my experience and avoids this company.

My mother C. Wilson used this company for a move today. We had a great experience. The two movers sent out were Joe and Bobby. We was a little unsure because I had two u-pack pods that seemed very small but Joe and Bobby did a great job of ensuring that all of my items fit and they were safely secured. They were supposed to arrive between 8-9am and they arrived promptly at 8am. We had a two hour time frame also, and was also unsure if that would be long enough but Bobby and Joe finished in about an hour and a half and even moved some furniture that I was tossing to the trash in my apt. complex. I highly recommend Big Guy Moving and especially these two guys. They did a superb job and appreciate their timeliness, attention to detail, and careful handling of my belongings.
