I've used Big Leprechaun a few times for moves in the SF Bay Area, and they have always been efficient and professional. Last time I moved, Robbie himself was one of the movers, and he and his staff again were efficient, friendly and professional. One time instead of using Big Leprechaun Moving, I thought I would save some money, and also give fellow Asian-Americans my business, but that was a horrid, horrid, horrid mistake. The three movers from this Asian-American moving company (Big Leprechaun have always sent only 2 movers and I have about the same amount of stuff) were unprofessional, failed to follow directions, complained that it was hard work and also complained about the tip I gave them as being insufficient. I presume their boss doesn't pay them well, but I did not appreciate their inefficiency and unprofessionalism. If I have to move again, I will use Big Leprechaun. Robbie and his team make the moving process a lot smoother and take away much of the stress inherent in moving. Thanks, Big Leprechaun!

Since we were actually very pleased with their initial service, it pains me to write this review, but it has been so frustrating dealing with Big Leprechaun after our move. The moving team was professional, fast, and diligent. Unfortunately, they lost a part for my vintage, Scandinavian, mid-century shelving unit. After a lot of back and forth trying to solve the issue (which also turned farcical since none of the promises were followed through) Robbie agreed to pay me a monetary compensation. I emailed him receipts and additional paperwork and then: nothing. Every time I call the office I get a "Oh, you haven't got the check yet? Well, I signed it last week". It's been 5 months of this. Mistakes happen and I don't have an issue with them loosing an item: but their refusal to acknowledge and deal with it after the fact is beyond disappointing. At this point, I don't care about the reimbursement, but I can't with good conscience recommend them to other people.

You should hire the Big Leprechaun asap! The crew arrived exactly at the time they said, they were incredibly fast in moving everything and thoughtful in wrapping our furniture and moving it. All the crew members were also really polite and kind. They moved us out of a one bedroom in SF and into a new place across the bay in exactly 4 hours including driving time. Unbelievably fast!

Great movers, I will definitely hire them in the future. Fast, efficient and friendly! One of the best I've ever had. Great communication from initial hiring and questions, all around a great team. They know there stuff!

Amazing - I've moved 3 times in the last 4 years and these guys are by far the best. I needed a last minute move - literally in a week. I called around and no one was available, but Robbie came through with a crew for 2 half days. Helped to disassemble and wrap furniture on the first day, move half the boxes - and finished up on the second. On time both days and efficient. Priced right and moved quickly but carefully - no one was just standing around. They even took down a basketball hoop and reminded me about our Christmas bins hiding in the storage room. Highly recommend

Wow! This was my first time using a company for a move and I'm so happy I did! I was reluctant to use a moving company because I've read lots of horror story's on moving companies Yelp pages about the movers being late, breaking things, not handling with care but with Big Leprechaun this is not the case! I was moved by Humberto and Chris. They were on time which I was most thankful for because I was on a time crunch! They were very friendly and communicative. They worked well as a team. I didn't have a big move with lots of fancy things but they treated all of my belongings with love and care. I was quoted 2 hours for the move but we finished in a hour and a half and I was so grateful that it was finished sooner than later so I made them boys some sandwiches! Thanks guys! And thank you Big Leprechaun! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

They were super efficient and the team at both of our moves had a can do attitude and everyone was super hard working and extremely nice. They worked super hard and I didn't even notice them taking any breaks and kept at it. You should definitely consider this team for your next move!

Chris and Joel packed my apartment on day one of a two-day move. Their colleague, Javier, joined them in the second day for the actual move. They worked diligently, working quickly but also taking care that my goods were well packed. Hire these guys; you won't regret it!

Updating to state the owners reached out via phone and in writing to sincerely apologize for our experience and paid us back for the rental truck.

Six years later and they are still my go-to movers in SF. They are simply the best - I mean our new building manager even came up to me once the move was done and let me know he thought they were the best movers he's ever encountered! They are fairly priced, handle your belongings with lots of care, and come super prepared. Definitely will be using them for all my bay area moves ALWAYS - you should too!

These guys were a lot better than my last movers. They moved me from San Bruno to San Francisco in just under 4 hours which is a lot less time than I expected. All of the guys were hard working and they showed up on time. Everything was included in their hourly rate with no hidden costs associated which was refreshing. Their estimates were more conservative than others and that's why I chose them, I felt like they weren't blowing smoke about the estimate and how long it would take. It was less expensive than I expected based on the service I received. I would highly recommend Big Leprechaun.

3rd move this time a little 680 shake and again, the Big Leprechaun team was amazing! I will never do a move without them. They are kind, quick but thoughtful of your items, smart with packing and unloading and just good dudes. I've recommended them to almost everyone who moves and will continue to do so. They're the best!

Omg you guys, don't even bother going with anybody else. Seriously. I've used movers many times, and nobody has ever worked as fast and as hard as these guys! I'm completely impressed and happy with the customer service I received today. Chris and his team were awesome! They were able to accommodate my schedule (which was short notice), showed up on time, worked soooooo fast, everything was immaculate and spotless, and you can't beat the rate.
