Salesman was a nice guy. The guy on the phone and the guy who came in-person. Both misled me on cost, moving date availability, and form of payment. I was willing to overlook it because the industry is always shady unless you can pay a gazillion dollars for people to move your stuff from point A to point B. They tried to charge me $500 (on each end so $1000) more than the contract stated for some reason, no explanation. That should have been a red flag that this company isn't as 5-star as they proclaim. Movers were nice. Loaded up the truck quickly. But come to find out only one mover was making the trip from FL to MD and he'd meet people up there. I didn't understand. Well, I do now. Brothers EZ Moving basically has one guy rent a truck and some day laborers to move you. Which would be fine, except what if there's a problem? So the mover showed up at the destination promptly, and unpacked the truck with some help from a third party company called Bellhops. The problem arose when they put one fist-sized hole in one wall and one thumb-sized hole in another. The mover showed it to me and tried to get me to sign a statement saying that the third party company Bellhops was responsible and if I wanted to get the wall fixed I'd have to go through them. This threw me for a loop. I declined and he said Brothers EZ Moving would just tell me the same thing. Still declined to sign. What a scam Essentially, you pay Brothers EZ Moving who in turn hire someone to do the moving and if those workers screw up then it's between you and them. If you go to a burger stand you don't expect them to in turn hire someone else to cook your burger, and if they gave you a hot dog you certainly wouldn't be okay if the burger company said, 'If you want a burger take it up with those other people you haven't made any contract with.' Other than misleading me about the cost and availability, other than the shady behavior with the holes in the walls, other than leaving about three garbage bags of blankets on some furniture they didn't bother to unwrap even after I asked them to (could have been an honest mistake), and other than the fact that they ignored my request that the boxes with Number 1 go on the first floor, 2 on the second, 3 on the third, it wasn't bad. But it was expensive as hell and although all the workers were very nice, this company is no good. I'll update this review if Brothers EZ Moving gets in touch with me about fixing the wall. It's literally dry wall and it wouldn't cost a lot to fix it. I paid five grand and I tipped each worker at both the pick up and drop off. Shady company.

Unfortunately, wall scuffs and scrapes do happen from time to time as it is a hazard of moving as explained in our terms and conditions. Our movers work very hard to prevent this but sometimes despite their best efforts small issues may still arise. You had a packed full truck and a trailer with no damage to furniture which leads us to believe your items were protected and your movers worked hard to protect your items. Two of the pictures included looks as if the marks could be washed off? They are not actually damaged but just scuffed? Maybe a magic eraser? This claim has been denied. We decided last minute on our cross-country move to hire some labor to help us unload our Uhaul when we arrived at our destination. We were able to schedule just 4 days in advance to have helpers on that Saturday. I liked that we arranged a 2 hour appointment but they charge after a 1 hour minimum every 15 minutes. We ended up only needing their time for an hour and I enjoyed the flexibility they offered to pay for the time we used. Really handy for those that don't move very often. I failed to read the quote super closely in my moving fog and didn't realize the appointment I set was a 2 hour window for ARRIVAL. So when the start time came and they weren't there I panicked and had trouble reaching someone because it was the weekend. I was able to speak to an operator using this number (813) 505-2560. About 5 minutes later I received a call and they gave me an update that they would arrive in 1 hour to begin. Joe & Rob arrived promptly an hour later within the two hour window that was arranged. They did an incredibly professional job moving the furniture and really were careful to move my treasures around. They were polite and energetic despite helping us get to the 3rd floor apartment. I would highly recommend this company if you need help moving.

I would avoid them if you have anything of value. They did not come prepared with proper boxing for my tv which I informed them of beforehand and then damaged my tv during the move. I was assured by the workers it would be taken care. The TV is an LG E8 2018 that has a retail value over $3000. They said it was worth $39 and were being generous offering $100. They did not even offer repairs. Know who you are dealing with.

Using these people was the worst experience. They broke, crushed, dented so many pieces of furniture. They refuse to pay the claims and their customer service wont call back. I have sent emails, calls, To no avail.. Stay clear of these people.

Overall this was a decent moving experience. Being prior military, I have moved more times than I can remember. On the plus side, the two guys who came to my house, Ferdinand and Green, hustled from start to finish and it was over 5 hours total for loading, transport and unloading. On the down side, the sales process while smooth and very corporate, lacked some communication with their team on the ground. For example, the booking team specifically said to leave drawers in dressers. The movers were shocked as they would always prefer less weight. Would I use them again? Probably. But I would prefer an actual mover to do the estimate instead of someone over the phone sight unseen. Even a FaceTime or similar video app that would allow for a visual could go a long way towards aligning everyone's expectations.

We paid $8,000 to brothers ez moving to move us across the Country last month. The movers ran out of moving pads and didn't tell anyone. I'm posting pictures of some of the damage which their claims department has denied because they claim it is minor scratches. We also had a large broken vase broken, $80 steam mop broken into 3 pieces and a few other items that we've already thrown away. I would avoid this moving company. @gary's response: that's great that you're fixing that problem internally, however that does nothing for the damage to all of our things or the fact that your company claims it is normal and expected moving damage. There are splinters coming off of my table and chairs! It's one year old!

OooI searched Yelp to find some good reviews for a mover.  I found Brotherz EZ moving company.  They were the quickest to respond but their quote was a little pricier than some of the other movers. However because they had some of the best reviews I ultimately chose to use them. I was not disappointed. We didn't have much to move but we needed to go up and down 3 flights of stairs.  We made the mistake of trying to do this ourselves last time.  Never again! Let me start off by saying, I appreciate that we were given a 2 hour window of time and they were flexible in letting me choose the 2 hour time frame instead of telling me how it was going to be. Of course, my movers called beforehand to let me know that they were about 20 minutes out. I told them that I was going to try to get lunch real quick and could they give me a little extra time. They had no problem with that. We picked a time of about 11:45 a.m. They pulled up at 11:41 a.m. They were in and out in no time.  They moved me from the Mango area to the Riverview Gibsonton area. From start to finish, it took three and a half hours even with those ridiculous flights of stairs. This included movement of major appliances and take down and set up of furniture. They moved quickly. I had 3 movers, Isaiah, Tyler and D Myers. They did everything with a sense of humor and extreme professionalism. Believe me, I have paid movers before who were not professional at all and were only moving items from the truck to the home which took longer. I am satisfied with my choice.

They damaged virtually everything I owned. They supposedly gave me their "best guy". When I told him that he damaged e veryrhing, he said "that's what insurance is for". Rude and idiotic. Two movers were decent and apologized for the damages. They offered me $72. 66 for damages and the woman I spoke with said "take it or leave it".

What a frustrating moving experience. I used Brothers EZ Moving last year from the reviews on Yelp and because of my great move the first time, I hired the company again. That was a mistake. The scheduled arrival time of the movers was 9:30am - 11:30am. The movers did not arrive at my place until 1:45. I called Brothers EZ Moving at noon and spoke to someone in sales and they were going to call me back with an ETA - I never received a call. I called Brothers EZ Moving again at 1pm and spoke to someone in Dispatch who said they would call me back with an ETA - I never received a call back from them either. Finally at 1:30 I got a call from Jon (one of the guys who moved me in) to hear that he was on his way. The lack of communication from their office was very frustrating! I had to wait 4 hours to finally hear from someone. Not to mention, that wasted 4 hours of my day. Jon and Rob (who moved me in) were great and communicated throughout the entire move. I can't say the same for the office staff. Also due to the late move in the day, Jon and Rob had to share the elevator with another moving company which caused/ cost me almost another hour of moving ($100) that wasn't anticipated. That could have been avoided with my earlier, anticipated move time as I reserved it for my allotted time. Again, this could have been avoided with a little communication. It was a 7 hour process instead of what should have been a 2 hour process. Even speaking to the sales manager (Dan) today was frustrating. Instead of being apologetic and sympathetic, he made excuses. He offered me 10% off on my next move (what a joke). I will not be moving again with this company so the afterthought discount was pointless. A little customer service goes a long way. I would not recommend or use again due to how awful this last experience was.

READ THE FINE PRINT... they scratched my dinning room table (they did not wrap it as promised) and offer damages reimbursement per pound so I was offered $60. Not sure what $60 is going to do to to replace a $1000 table. Also workers are not responsible for hard wood flooring so they gave no caution with moving furniture and made terrible, deep scratches in brand new floors. Workers were uncoordinated and only 1 worker knew what he was doing. Also, just ask for 2 workers not 3 (cheaper per hour that way... because the 3rd worker barely broke a sweat.) But that's not all... they broke a floor lap in half (told me it should have been placed in a box? So not covered.) I'm not sure how a 6 foot floor lamp should fit in a box but ok. Furthermore, shattered a framed jersey memorabilia. But hey, they gave my $60 so everything Super!

Movers did not show up! I can't even give them one star. Got a quote from Alex on 2/16 and on 2/20 I called and scheduled a date to move, March 2nd. On March 1st they called and went over arrival time, between 8-8:30. Said the drivers would call when on their way. No one called by 8:30am so I called. Seems they couldn't get truck to start. By 9:30am I called to find out the progress of getting truck to start. Was told still the same status. She wanted me to make the move Sunday. How could o even trust they would show up. I then cancelled the move. My family and friends all pitched in and moved me. I was so mad they didn't think to rent a truck and do the move. I was going to pay them $557. Their loss. Horrible customer service.

We hired Brothers EZ Moving to pack and move us locally about three weeks ago. They sent tree guys who were clean-cut, friendly and pretty fast. Some of our stacked items fell in the truck during the loading process and a bulb from one lamp was broken. Not too big of a deal. The packing and moving went quickly and the final bill was 8.5% under the estimate. By the time the movers unloaded us and left, we were pretty happy with them. Then we started unpacking. The furniture and dishes had been well wrapped - so no issues there. With everything else, we were simply amazed at how bad the packing was. We thought there would have been some training for their packers and that they would have used paper liberally to protect our stuff, but we were wrong. In fact, common sense wasn't used in any way either. We moved cross country with Atlas Van Lines the year before and everything had been very meticulously packed. So with the good reviews that Brothers EZ Moving had, we didn't think we had to closely monitor what they were doing. That was a mistake. We have a lot of heavy stainless steel kitchen appliances. They were simply dumped into a couple of big boxes with the biggest heavy items on top - no paper or bubble wrap protecting anything. Several of them have dents and scratches now. A picture frame (fortunately, a cheap one) was placed in the middle of box and then they stacked heavy stereo speakers on top of it crushing it. One computer monitor was placed at the bottom of box face up. Then they stacked all our office supplies on top of it. The monitor turned out fine, but who would do that? Those were the worst cases. A lot of the other packing was very questionable as well. To make matters worse, once we finished unpacking, we discovered that one of our duffel bags with some misc items was missing. It was in the middle of our bedroom prior to packing and somehow didn't make it to our new place. So I called their office to see if it somehow got left on the truck. The office staff promised someone would check and get back to me. I called two more times that week and each time they promised to get back to me, but no one ever did. The following week, I emailed our sales contact with a friendly query about our bag, but she never responded either. So I guess that once the moving is over, they're not interested in responding any longer. We won't be using them again.

I just saw the owner responded to my negative review. If only he responded truthfully and honestly at the time of the move perhaps he could have avoided putting my family through this nightmare. He claims he's a Christian in his company bio. He does not operate his business as such. I'm still uninstalling and reinstalling furniture because his movers assembled our stuff incorrectly and without the screws.

Moved my stuff, but the quote was not close to what was estimated even after coming to my place for a what I thought would be accurate estimate. Had to ask them to put my beds together, one was never put together and our sleep number bed was not put together correctly and we had to take it apart to put it back together. It was not cheap at all but they initially provided me a very reasonable estimate, would not use them again. I provided them lunch and a good tip and this was the result. Also items were not packed well like stated would happen.

Do you want your furniture and house to be damaged in a move? If so, these are your guys! Despite their claims of insurance and care, they did a horrible job on our move and now refuse to take responsibility. This is a cut rate moving company that charges high prices but does not understand the word quality or customer service. They left gashes and scratches on furniture, floors and walls. And, don't get me started about bed assembly. My son was almost seriously injured as they neglected to put back a set of screws in his crib. Overall, lazy, bad movers who care more about finishing the job than doing it right. Their claim about being the #1 rated moving company in the area is false so don't be fooled!

These guys were absolutely amazing. I called last minute when my husband got called to his mother's bedside at hospice and I was going to have to deal with the move alone and as fast as possible so I could go join him. They were at my place within 2 hours of me calling and could not have been more professional. As the day wore on I saw that I needed much more help than just 'the big stuff' and they pitched right in and took down custom closets & blinds, took my plants, and even continued to smile and laugh with me as i found even more things that I found for them to carry! Isaiah and Jackson(?) were funny and kind and I would have them right back tomorrow IF I considered moving...which I don't want to do for awhile...but when I do, they're my guys! I've never felt as comfortable trusting movers with my things before - and I have alot of antique items, but they were careful and respectful of the age of my items. Thanks, guys! Not a scratch!! Awesome!
