Chris and the Cento Moving family are FANTASTIC. I was having a difficult time finding a reputable moving company. Everyone I looked at had bad reviews and problems with BBB. I heard about Cento Family moving on the radio from some people that I trust and respect so contacted them. Chris got back to me right away. I was really worried about my moved from Dallas Tx to Orlando but Chris helped me through it all. We chose to pack most of the stuff and have Chris and the crew pack up the large items (TV, pictures, mattresses,and so on). They showed up even a bit early on packing day and had us all moved out in no time. I had a couple of special items and the guys took extra care packing them up for me. When other companies told me that it could take up to 2 weeks from the time of pick up to delivery ... Chris told me 3 days and I asked to make it 4 and he was there. They laid out a runner over the carpet and stairs and Chris and the crew started moving us in. They set up the bedroom exactly as we wanted it and the rest of the house too so quick and carefully. NOT ONE damaged item. Then came the big surprise. Everyone had told me to prepare for about 10% additional on the day of delivery well that is where the surprise came in NOT A PENNY MORE than the estimate. I highly highly recommend Cento Family Moving and Storage. CHRIS YOU ARE GREAT!

Run the other direction. Terrible professionalism by the movers and they will destroy your stuff. They were suppose to be at my house at 9 am and showed up at 1:30 pm. They made holes in my old house and new house. Some of my furniture was ruined and they didn't do anything about it. I wouldn't recommend them at all.

Terrible conduct of business and professionalism. You can see below other low ratings as one client stated RUN from this company. Which I highly advise. Do not believe their reviews or 5 star ratings as I have confirmed these are their very employees submitting this. Trust the actual word of the customer/client who's family was not only threatened by Cento Family Moving & Storage but their "movers" were very unprofessional. They were late 1 hour as well as they came to our storage unit without us; not even communicating with us and making sure they had the permission to be there without our supervision ( at most we were late 15 mins due to lack of proper communication). Their movers claimed to work tirelessly while breaking a sweat yet they somehow took 2 hrs of what is usually an hour and 30min drive which we confirmed they took the time we were paying for "labor" to take a quick stop to the nearest Publix. The owner threatened to sue us if we left bad reviews as well as his wife, or girlfriend not sure.. mocked and laughed at us. Is this how you conduct yourselves professionally? My grandparents cannot sleep in their new home as you have only moved but barely maybe 20+ SMALL MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS. None of which the heavy furniture was moved per our signed contract and list of items requested to be moved. How do you expect an elderly couple to move two 300 pound refrigerators?? Which you were hired to complete. This company would not move anything further when we addressed concern on additional fees outside of the contract such as assembling furniture that they took apart AGAIN in the contract. They stated we would have to pay an additional $500 to assemble anything moved.. totaling to over $2,000 with nothing completed or done. Still almost 12hrs later when hired at 9am 3 storage units full no heavy furniture moved and we were forced to pay them $1,600. PLEASE I ADVISE ANY AND ALL STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They have ripped off other people as well we are not the first

We had a terrible experience with Cento Moving and Storage.I informed them we had heavy big furniture.They had to send two moving trucks which cost us more money and the job was from 9 am in the morning lasting until 230 am. soon after, we moved again and let them store our furniture and belongings which turned out to be a disaster!! They lost boxes and some sentimental pieces were gone, damaged furniture, and broke items. The only reputable thing they did was send a repairman to touch up some furniture and was told that the damage was there already and that it was a mistake to send man out there. The couches were in good condition before they stored them and was delivered ripped. No compensation for lost or broken items.Had to constantly call and call and leave messages for a response. Very upset and highly disappointed with this company!!!!!!

I searched many companies and Cento Moving was not pushy in the least. They provided a quote in a very timely manner. Their pricing was the best I found. My move was fairly simple, moving from one storage unit to another unit with a different company down the street. They arrived early, both gentlemen introducing themselves. They thought they would be done in around two hours and they were finished in 1 hour and 55 minutes. They handled my items as if it were their own. They were very careful with breakables and furniture and even provided tips on how to remove surface mildew from my sofas. They helped us load items into our vehicles that were coming back to the house with us and even offered to drive some things over to our home. The guys were professional and very personable. Hands down I would recommend them over and over again.

We recently hired Cento moving for our move across town. Chris was responsive and very informative regarding the right amount and size of boxes that we would need. He and his team were very prompt when delivering boxes and on moving day. They worked very quickly and finished early. We are extremely happy with our choice to hire Cento Moving and Storage! Cento Family Moving has made my move EFFORTLESS. I was able to wake up in one place, come home from work and all my stuff was in my new place. I was quoted 3.25 hours and they were done in 2 hours! A pleasant surprise to say the least. All my stuff was placed where I asked it to be placed at the new place. They guys even picked up a few lose items that I wasn't even expecting them to move, and they did! Awesome job, I couldn't have been happier with their service.
