We used CIty Movers on June 12th to move from a storage unit to the 20th floor of a Condo. They were on time (early). Very careful of our belonging, if they noticed something was damaged they mentioned before they moved, to confirm we were on the same page once it arrived. They knew my name! This was very nice and friendly. They were quick with their work, no wasted time. A very professional experience. I will recommend to others. Thank you for a very pleasant experience at a great price too.

Showed up on time, and finished early. Not sure about the insurance thing, but I had everything included in one price at the minimum of three hours. The guys were careful with my stuff and I would use them again. Very happy.

Incredible, fantastic, reliable, professional, honest, fare pricing and better service than all the rest!!! Moving is one of the most aggravating and stressful experiences in the world. Luckily, City Movers made it a lot less stressful for me , so. I was only moving a one full bedroom apartment less than 10 miles away. But still, like anyone else, I had a lot of crap that needed to be moved. Plus I had furniture that need to be disassembled and reassembled. I was impressed at the effort that they took to wrap everything what I want, even for a short move. They put forth as much care as if it were a cross the country move. City Movers did it all perfectly. They came when they were supposed to come. Packed up EVERYTHING and then moved it with no problems. They reassembled the furniture and put all my items and boxes where they were supposed to go. If I'll move again, I definitely will use City Movers !!! Highly recommend all other!!!

This company is a lie. They offer a guaranteed service and then they dont accomplish there are a lot of people that give rules and then come other staffs/employee and change it

I was shocked when they arrived & told me there was minimal insurance for their service. $.60 cents PER POUND! So if my valuable & irreplaceable mirror ($750) that weighed 10 pounds was broken, they would pay me $6 for breaking it. No one said anything about the limited insurance so I was a wreak during the move. When I asked about additional insurance they didn't have a clue. It was almost impossible to communicate with them because they spoke Russian. The worst was that the $255 price for swapping one bedroom for another one from 10 blocks away took them almost 5 hours and instead of $255 they demanded $382 plus 2% for paying w a credit card. Thank God nothing was broken but I would certainly never use these people again.

I am moving to Miami and had my stuff delivered from NYC in a crate. Hire City Movers to unpack my belongings and deliver to my new condo in Miami. Mark scheduled my move and was kind enough to issue free insure se certificate for the building I was moving in to. Move took little longer than I thought but everything was delivered, unpacked and reassembled professionally. We mostly faced a delay due to another move going on in the building. Great job and thanks!

My husband found this really great house in the other side of the city and since we have plenty of stuff to move about, we decided to call City Movers to take care of the matter for us. They have the best trucks that are well maintained plus it is also padded to make sure that the things will not get damaged while in transit. Good job City Movers and keep up the good work!

I was looking for a good storage company and I was able to find the best one here in Miami and that is no other than City Movers. I have tried other storage facilities but I was not very happy with the storage area and as well as their service rates. But with City Movers, their storage rooms are so spacious and are also very well kept. Thank you so much City Movers!

Most movers do not really care on how to handle your stuff because all they care about is being able to deliver it at the specified destination. But what I've noticed with City Movers is that they take extra care in handling our belongings, always making sure that it does not get damaged while in transit. That is why, I highly recommend City Movers if you are looking for a moving company to help you.
