We were highly satisfied with Door to Door Movers. Maggie was very easy to deal with and responded right away while we were booking our move at the last minute. I was charged exactly what they quoted me -- no other fees or charges. The guys showed up right on time and were very polite throughout the long move (we had a lot of stuff, including boxes of books, an adjustable bed frame, and a heavy, steel frame couch). We felt bad since we were on the third floor with no elevator, but they never complained once. Even after 6 hours of moving, they never complained or stopped working for a minute. They took great care with our stuff and didn't break or damage a single thing. The price was extremely reasonable and the best out of all the quotes we received. I highly recommend this honest local business.

The guys were on time and we went through the move pretty fast. I wish they had taken better care of the furniture though. Some of them had scratches and the sofas were very dirty on the corners.

My boyfriend and I needed help unloading a UHaul for a move that we needed last minute. The representative on the phone got back to me quickly, and was able to book us something for the next day The movers called before they were on their way over and when they arrived. They moved everything quickly and none of my furniture was damaged / no damage to the interior of my apartment. They brought a couple dollys and other moving equipment as well. They got everything done within an hour even going up to the 3rd floor. Pricing was affordable, we were very impressed with their service and would recommend to anyone in the Jacksonville area! :)

If you want to pay money to be treated poorly, this company is for you. Otherwise, don't. Owner Maggie is the rudest, unprofessional business owner I've ever talked to. The way she talkes to you make you feel like you are bothering her. Movers showed up almost 2 hours late, and when I asked them to speed it up (since they were late and I had something else needed to get done), they told me "this is the way we do things". Before the movers showed up, I had to call Maggie 2x, she knew the movers were running late, but didn't even have the decency to call to let me, the paying customer know. I could go on and on, but my advise to you is to stop looking at this company but move on. There is something seriously wrong about the way they treat their customers. I am just glad they will never see another penny from me.

The absolute worst. If I could rate less, I would. I have used this service before and they showed... The absolute worst. If I could rate less, I would. I have used this service before and they showed up a little late but did a pretty good job. My experience with Apartment movers over this past weekend was the WORST move I have EVER experienced. I work in logistics so I know firsthand how things should work in this department. The crew was scheduled to show up between 12-3pm. At 1pm, I called to get a better time frame and was still given 12-3 which I was fine with but around 3:30 I called again. The "owner" Maggie was unable to reach the crew but said she would have them call once she spoke with them. Two guys finally showed up about at 4:55pm in the moving truck. They looked exhausted. One of the guys was a younger, well-built guy and the other was quite a bit older. He should definitively have not been working for a moving company. The younger one did a great job, constantly moving. The other (probably in his 60's) took his time, carrying the lightest things possible. I overheard the guys saying they had another job after mine. At this point, it was dark out and it had been 4 hours. The crew mentioned they hadn't eaten all day and I offered to get them food but they said they wanted to finish because they were behind. I began to realize I would need to help them if we ever wanted to get this job done. Once we arrived to the new house, I started unloading things and was lapping the older gentleman, who was carrying the lightest things possible again. He asked me to carry the larger pieces of furniture and continued to carry the light items. I heard one of the guys on his phone saying he didn't have any minutes left on his phone (guessing he was talking to the owner. The icing on the cake was when we called Maggie to complain about how it took way to long and they should have sent out a better crew. Maggie said it wasn't her fault and "MAYBE I SHOULD TALK TO JESUS ABOUT IT". As the owner of a moving company, it is YOUR responsibility to ensure the entire crew is fit to complete the job at task. It is also YOUR responsibility to supply your crew with topped up phones so that you are able to inform your customers of updated time frames or if they will be running late. I was unhappy with the whole move aside from the who guy who worked the hardest. He should leave Maggie's "company" ASAP.
