I just moved to my new place this weekend, and Jon and Jason from Apartment Movers were wonderful! I called around to a few places, and when I first called AM they not only worked with me on the price, but they were nice enough to cap it for me. I was their last job of the day, but Jon and Jason worked quickly and kept me informed throughout the process. They got everything done within the estimated time, assembled a few things like my bed, and offered to take care of any last-minute shifting of furniture before they left. They made me feel like they understood it was a stressful day, and they did everything to make sure I knew my belongings were in good hands. This was my first move using professional movers, and when I move again I will absolutely save myself the stress of doing everything myself or with friends. For such a reasonable price, it's a no brainer!

I used Go Moving back in 2015 and had excellent service. I used them again recently and cannot say the same. The movers themselves were hard working. They got my apartment packed up quickly and packed my 21' U-Haul like a puzzle, leaving no empty space. The problem was they just weren't careful. I rented 36 packing blankets and they only used 14 in the entire truck. This left a ton of furniture vulnerable to damage and that's exactly what happened. The most damaged piece was actually a bookcase that they slid across a lip in the truck scratching the entire thing. The second piece was our kitchen table. They only wrapped it in plastic and stacked another large piece of furniture on top of it with no padding between. I took pictures documenting all of this and asked how to file a claim the very next day. Vanessa promptly emailed me back and made it seem like it would all be taken care of. A month later I get a letter in the mail saying everything was denied. I emailed them again giving them the opportunity to make things right, but it was radio silence. So in the end, I paid the company $175, gave each mover a $30 tip, and I ended up having about $270 in damages and no recourse. Will never use them again and recommend you steer clear if you value your stuff.

GO MOVING AND APRTMENT MOVERS OF FLORIDA HAS VERY BAD SERVICE! I was told the movers will be there by 12pm, Only 2 movers arrived at 5:45pm instead of 3 W/O the proper equipment (i.e. Wrapping, Boxes, etc.) causing a delay in the moving process FOR MY DISABLED MOM. I paid for 3 movers and a truck and now they are holding OUR furniture illegally on their own storage until I pay them ($1,000) One Thousand dollars for overnight charges and storage BASED ON A CONTRACT I DIDN'T SIGNED and CHARGES I WAS NOT AWARE OF!!! Not informing your business practices and or regulations is fraudulent sir. I did not signed paperwork nor was advised about clauses. The business service was between your business and I. There were no Third parties. I called your business and spoke with Heather Hill and Yourself (Jason Toledo). No one else. It was your duty to inform me and have me sign for anything pertaining our business deal and you failed to do so. Plain and simple. You are withholding the furniture illegally.

I had a 1-3pm arrival time scheduled and I called the Orlando office around 2pm asking for an update, gentleman at the office that said he'd call back never did. I emailed the lady I was speaking with to book the service at 3pm when no one showed up and was told they won't be arriving until "around" 5pm. Well I have prior engagements and took the day off work for the move not to be sitting around waiting on movers so after paying for a service and an entire day of no movers I do not recommend the company. Solely on poor customer service.

Used once for moving and had no issue, the second time however we were over charged for a whole hour, the damaged MULTIPLE items and ignored calls and emails for weeks on end. We will be contacting a lawyer and reporting this scam of a business. STAY AWAY ! Horrible horrible

Run from this place. not only did they break things, remove and not move things, give you inferior employees and not fulfill their contract, but they then bully you, try to ruin your name and try to do everything they can to increase the bill. such poor quality comes from the owner down the line. big employee turnover because they don't get more than $10.00 an hour. They will try to intimidate you and do everything they can do to make your life miserable. I was treated poorly. in my opinion don't use them, i was given such a bad move. And check up on what they say, I was given false information and it cost me.

Consistent with other reviews I've seen, I heard that this company was great in the past but I also had a terrible experience. The movers that helped me move into my home stole cash out of my desk drawer. When I confronted them about it they returned half the money, claiming that it "fell out," despite the fact that the drawer was on the bottom of a stack and numerous items (including over 100 loose pens, stacks of notecards, open boxes of crayons, etc.) were all left in exactly the same spot as when they were packed. It was clear that the money was intentionally taken from the drawer. When I brought it to the attention of the office, my message and each of my follow ups was ignored. This company and its employees lack integrity and would never be trusted in my home or the home of anyone I care about again.

this company used to be honest, reliable and ethiclal--we used them 3 times and will never again. Now since the father has passed, it's being run into the ground. they hire young irresponsible wise-ass kids who do not care about damaging your property and the fine print on the contract that is shoved under your nose for signature before they will touch anything and start moving (yes, you pay them on the clock while you read this lengthy fine print), does NOT hold the company responsbile. They did over $1000 of damage to brand new items, still in orginal boxes and we received reimbursement for $96 due to their deceitful business practices. Although they are inexpensive, you will pay and pay and pay in the end. Don't be fooled by the low cost, because you will get shafted.

I hired them due to being the lowest bidder. Was doing a simple 1 bedroom move. They arrived in the middle of their given time frame and did inventory before we started. They charge by item and not hourly. The guys were friendly and seemed trustworthy. Definitely one of the more cost efficient though you run a gamble of which will cost more - hourly or flat. I had a 4 hour move so I saved a good amount, but I digress. So my quote was for two movers but they showed up with three, no extra charge they said but I did have to tip another dude so... Also I was not impressed with their padding. They hastily wrapped furniture and some with none at all. But nothing was damaged and my movers were careful. I had more boxes than quoted but told the guys if I tipped them more could they let it slide? And it worked! All items arrived great. They really just put boxes and stuff in the rooms where you wanted but didnt do things like set up the bed frame or other pieces. Not too worried about it though In conclusion they are a very economical choice and the value is truly there. I would recommend and also I would hire them again.
