My sister used these guys and they were amazing. All her stuff was handled with care. I would definitely recommend them for all moving needs.

I recently used Best Movers for a local piano move. I've used another mover in the past but this move needed to be done by professional movers. This piano was an heirloom in my family and was fragile. The movers that came we're not only professional but very prepared to move this piano from a 2nd floor to another 2nd floor. My piano was turned into me just as I have given it to them. Thanks for the awesome service!

I use handful of moving companies frequently. These guys are on my short list when it comes to moving my delicate and expensive inventory. They just shipped a truck load of my inventory 1200 miles out of Miami. Everything came in safe and sound. The price was very reasonable. Ask for Michael, he definitely knows his stuff, great attention to detail!

UPDATE: We were contacted once re: this review, and their message contained accusations not a desire to help. We continue to find broken things months later--using this company is just the gift that keeps on giving. And we intentionally wrote this review under a pseudonym, because we don't trust these people. I think my favorite damage we've discovered so far is the giant "X" in permanent marker that they WROTE DIRECTLY ON A PIECE OF FURNITURE. Are you kidding me? We paid to have it moved, and now it, like so many other things, is just trash. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

This is the worst moving company we ever had, I worked for RH and they are doing our personal moving right now. I am evaluating their job to see if I can have their company in our relocation bids but no way. They show up with 2 small rented trucks The movers very rude They broke a box of wine bc they just threw your stuff they don't care It is hard to communicate They show up at 4Pm and stay until almost 11 which you never do that. Now they are holding our stuff bc there is no big truck to drive. This is the worst moving company, no logistics, no customer service nothing, now let's see what comes I will go forward with a complaint at BBB and also have to hire a lawyer, the sales guy just keep calling you and after you ser up he doesn't care about we sent email 4 days a ho and he never replied, our stuff arrived and a lot stuff broken and the customer service is horrible they left many furniture with out protection

I have moved several time and this was probably one of the worst moving experience. Do not be fooled by their high ratings and cheap cost as their service seems to have declined and you will be hit will also sorts of adders during the time of your move. There are four reasons why I have given them such a low rating: 1. Cost of the move: The sales agent quoted me a really good price and they had really great reviews. Therefore, I decided to go with these guys. Little did I know that I would be charged extra during the time of the move. Make sure you clarify costs related to following: - Packaging: they will do the packing, but will charge you for packing material like tape, bubble wrap and such. This was not really specified when I was talking to the sales agent - Long carry: they will charge you $75 or more if the distance from your door to the truck is more than 75ft. if you are moving apartments, you will most likely end up paying this fee - Tips: account for this on top of what you have been quoted 2. Delivery time: The team did not provide a clear timeline on when they will show up. My delivery date got moved several time and I had to follow-up with them multiple time before I could get a straight answer from them. 3. Moving team: The team that packs your equipment and the team that delivers your equipment is not the same. Therefore, make sure the team that is packing your stuff is packing things correctly and putting things in the right place. They lost some screws for my bed and I had to pay extra money to the team delivering my furniture to make sure things get assembled properly. 4. Customer service - the sales guys will be super nice to you when they are trying to get your business. However, they were super unresponsive once they had the possession of my furniture.

I put my information to get a quote on a move. The associate called back the next morning, and quoted me an astronomical amount without even hearing the specifications that I was inquiring about. The customer service associate sounded like he was in a rush to Get me off the phone so he just spewed out a random, obscenely large number and told me to call him back at a later time. I left the converstaiin feeling as though I was an inconvenience. This isn't how customer service representatives should treat a potential client no matter when they decide to move. Needless to say I WILL NOT be utilizing this moving company. I have also noticed upon reading the later reviews that there is a trend of repetitive responses from the company that attempts to discredit any naysayers. I don't understand why a company would want to discredit feedback so badly unless the reviews were tremendously effecting business. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS SCAM!!! Copied response from the company; "Please stop doing this! We don't even know you, we never moved you or had any business with you. If you are competitor please deserve your business with excellent customer service and great job not with messing up reputation other companies!!!!!" UPDATE: Todd called me from his personal cell phone at 1:20pm, only moments after I posted my review, to apologize. Not only did he NOT apologise, he defended himself! And why would a customer service representative call from their personal phone number when I am definitely NOT a loyal client?? Just seems EXTREMELY shady. I will be reporting them to the BBB. This is not how a professional moving business should run! I think it's strange that I have been getting prank phone calls from health insurance agencies looking for Ima Kahunt and Mike Hunt not even a couple of days after the incident with Todd. Please be careful giving your number out to these scam artists folks. You don't know if you'll get a quote, or telephonic harassment from these scam artists! Beware of this company. They will give you a low quote, then charge you an additional fee in the middle of loading your things, by telling you that you've exceeded the cubic ft quoted. The sales person will warn you about the other moving companies, but everything we were warned about, this company did it. We were told, it would take 1 day to load, which end up being 2 days. They arrived late, on day 1 and didn't leave our home until 12:30am. Then returned on the next morning to work an additional 9 hours. The size of the home and items was known. They showed up in a midsize truck to move a 3,000 soft home. On day 2, they had to rent another truck. Not only were we charged an additional $1,600.00, we have a lot of our things damaged. They will appear to work with you, but then tell you to fill a claim. It's been a month and we are still without our bed. They charged us an additional fee to specially pack the dresser mirrors; because they will not move them unless there's in packing. When 1 of the mirrors arrived, the packing was removed, frame broken into multiple pieces, and the mirror completely removed. This is just to name a couple of things damaged. We even had our plastic bends split, handles broken off, and crashed to the point of disfigured; which shows that they didn't care how they handled our things. We packed our items with bubble wrap, extra padding, and even marked the things that were fragile. All to be disregarded. We even had a box to come with broken glass inside. When I went through each item, to see where the glass was from, I noticed items missing. They knowingly damaged our things, tried to clean it up, and delivered them without notifying us of the damages. This has been the worst moving experience of our lives. I do not recommend this company. If you don't want your things damaged, don't us them. They have NO regard for your things and you will have a lot of damage. If I could post all the pictures, your face would drop to see how they damaged our things and the quantity of items damaged. I am very upset and disappointed. WE WILL NOT STOP UNTIL WE ARE MADE WHOLE

I hired Grove Stars Moving few weeks ago. And I couldn't say enough about their job. I really satisfy customer. Because they was polite from first call to the end. During the move they worked hard and really fast. 3 guys did my move smooth as possible. Incredible service. I would recommend Grove Stars Moving to anyone and will keep in mind for my self on a future.

AWFUL. After putting on a good front at the beginning to get the job, everything that could go wrong did and they did not do anything to right it. My delivery was delayed on a daily basis for 10 DAYS. I only had a week to move before my new job. Each day they would not reach out to me and after multiple attempts to reach them would literally lie about where it was. Turns out it hadn't left their warehouse for a week though I was told it was on the truck. On arrival I had multiple pieces of furniture broken, other pieces missing, other pieces wet and dirty. The boxes were in disarray. I could go on and on. Be sure to NEVER use them unless your goal is to add further stress to your move and pay for people to break and lose your things. Oh also, they left two boxes at my places that ARENT MINE! I have contacted the company multiple times of course to get them picked up and returned to their rightful owner but they will not call me back or answer my emails. If your sticker is orange with lot # GS0058, know that they lost your things and are doing nothing to return them despite my best efforts.

Beware of this company, save yourself some troubles and don't deal with them, they will gave me a quote even I took pictures of all my furniture and sent them multiple times to make sure I get right quote, they keep coming back and said "you will be fine", so I trust them signed a contract for $2800 for 600 cubit feet....big mistake, they came with a truck half full with other people stuffs, they told me my stuffs will be more than 600 cubit ft.....so I ended up paid them $4800 total and still a lot of stuffs left. I told the sale agent Jay, that I want my stuffs be there on the weekend, so plan to pick up my stuffs ahead of the time, so they came Wednesday and told me that if I want to delivery on the weekend I have to pay $1200 more for rush delivery....what? they said the first available is Sunday, I called and called to figure out if they can delivery on the weekend as promised with no extra charge without any answer. so I go ahead planned for Sunday......nobody answer until late afternoon, they said they will do they best and get back to me in the morning. Thursday morning they called me back and said still working on it. Thursday night about 8pm, the delivery guy called me that he's on the way and delivery my stuffs Friday morning......what? it's 600 miles away and I already planned for Sunday....so I have to drove 600 miles overnight to be there for delivery, when they delivery the broke my curio buffet cabinet base, and all mattresses were dirty because they dragged on the floor and torn the plastic covers. I called the company right away talk to lady name Pauline, she was nicely asked for some pictures so she can do claims and promised to contact me back Monday....one week go by with multiple voicemail and email without response. I contacted again today and said "go to www.movingclaims.net and file your claims"......avoid them with all cost and save you some troubles, I can't believed this kind of business model still exist today.

UPDATE: The owner/Manager was very kind and followed up with me so many times. I really thought it was to confront me about my review, however it turned out he wanted to know all the details about the job and offer a replacement value for the broken item. I would use them again.

These guys did a fantastic job! On time, professional, and efficient. Would definitely use them again. Amount was exactly as quoted, they also had blankets, wrap, and tape available to help protect any fragile items that weren't already wrapped.

Unfortunately, I wanted to use this company and in trying to finalize the contract with two other highly competitive bids I wrote - "Ok thanks. We have to be closer to 3k. So if I sell anything tonight, I'll let you know- if I haven't committed to the Thursday date by then. My friend reviewed them!! Lol and talked to her and you are 300 higher than my next mover: the Monday guy so there's that too! Thanks Todd. I have to go - got boxes to pack !!" And THEN I got this hot TEXT from "TODD": He texted, "I don't care what your friend did he or she does not know the nuances I will withdraw my quote you deserve exactly what you're going to get on Thursday mark my words and if you're in a bind and that $3,000 quote goes up to 7,000 or 6,000 please think of me mark my words it's not going to stay the same. The worst mistake anybody can make is to shop on price and you not even letting me and my expertise in this industry at least just look the company up for you because I guarantee your friend doesn't know squat on how to do it on how to probe deeper but you want to cut your nose off in spite your face I've wasted enough time good luck to you." So that kind of sums it up- maybe I'll post th pics of the text convo later. But trust me, looking back I didn't need to know he wanted my move to be full pack service because he gets paid more and it's his real name , really. Etc. etc. The original call took the direction of him talking to a buddy rather than a client. I'm bummed because the timing worked well with my needs but what's a week's wait worth to deal with someone kind before the move even starts??
