I have hired Happy Moving multiple times. I have never met such a bunch of hard-working, professional, and polite fellas!! Everything is handled with great customer service, from communicating with their office, to the finishing of the job, these guys will take great care of you. I have hired other people for moves until I experienced these guys. They are awesome!

DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY!!!!!! I had to call them the day they were to show up. They arrived an hour and half late with no supplies. I was promised plastic to wrap the furniture and a dolly to move things. They refused to use the dolly I had rented and instead carried one box out at a time. Next they insisted on moving my heavy TV console without the dolly. They tried to pick it up by the decorative side pieces. They ripped the wood off the top of the console. They would have damaged more if I had not insisted they use the dolly after that. They did a poor packing job putting my wood furniture next to my appliances and yard equipment. Every piece of wood furniture has some kind of damage, scratch or chunks taken out. I called them right after they damaged my tv console and sent them pictures. This is the only piece I am asking them to pay for. They admit they are at fault. Four months later they are still putting me off. They claim they have called someone to fix my console but no one calls me. Each communication is just another stall. Don't trust this company!!! Their word means nothing!!! Very dishonorable.

I purchased my 1st home and decided to go with Happy Moving because they had experience with moving flat screen TV. I have a 55 inch. Not a scratch on it. They were efficient and quick with loading and unloading. Friendly gentleman and I appreciated their professionalism. 2 bedroom home w/ outgoing stairs. No appliances 1 55inch Flat screen Large sofa and oversized loveseat. Other furniture.

we arrange to have an unload from a move from Cali to Florida unfortunately the guys showed up late and we're really just labors... two of which had ANKLE BRACLETS on! The guys showed up 1 hr late with litterally one broken dolly. not what I was promised at all but we roll with the punches. I paid the guys at the end of the job but they had no invoice.. next thing I know I'm getting a call from the main office saying I have an unpaid invoice. Either this company is running a scam or they do not know who they have working for them which is even scarier. Beware!!

One of the best moving companies I have experienced so far. I moved from Virginia to Orlando a few weeks ago. I had issues with u-haul but the movers from Happy Moving was so understanding. The manager went above and beyond to get things worked out for me on the u-haul end without me having to step in. They understand customer service. Highly recommend!

I unlike most people I move A LOT, in the past 6 years I have used Happy Moving at least 10 times I have done: Load ups for out of state Load ins from out of state Same Building Moves (high rise) Apartment to Apartment (complex) Apartment to Storage Storage to Apartment And the occasional, "can you pick up a piece of furniture my wife bought randomly" I also am forced to use other movers in other places because Happy Movers does not have a teleporter in their inventory I give you that back story so I can show you that I am not exaggerating when I tell you how awesome they are. They are punctual, polite, clean cut, and above all Hard Working, if you pay for 2 hours, they will give you 2 hours of Work time, they take exceptional care of you possessions, and do it all with a smile. Prior to finding Happy Movers in Orlando, and having to deal with other movers in other places. I can tell you that these guys are a staircase above the rest (not just a step) They go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with them.

Can I say the absolute worst moving company ever. My experience with this company was a complete nightmare. I hired this company to only unload my POD. For starters they came to my home in a small car. Therefore I asked them, where were their moving equipment such a dolly, tools etc, because I had extremely large and heavy furniture. The young guy stated that they can just carry it. I was very skeptical, however the assured me that they knew what they were doing, therefore I allowed them to continue. Immediately, after they began moving, I heard them dragging something on my driveway, I ran outside to find out that it was my refrigerator. I was in complete disbelief. I had to rush and get them one of my moving blankets that I had already purchased elsewhere. To make matters worse, they literally didn't have an type of needed tools. Therefore one of the young guy's had to borrow tools from the company that was installing my blinds at the time. Afterwards I heard glass shattering. I ran outside to see that the guy had broken my glass curio to my dinette set. I was in complete shock. He claimed that it was like that. However, he had removed all of the protective plastic bubble wrap and blankets.Therefore I asked him, 'why on earth would you remove the protective covering before attempting to moving it.' I explained to him, that wasn't for him to do. Furthermore, I didn't ask him or want him to do so. Therefore they called the so manager to come out, which was another issue because he couldn't hear, he spoke only sign language. Therefore there was a language issue. After arriving, he only was able to communicate to the young boys, and immediately refused to take any type of fault for the damages or have any type of compassion. His only response was that he wanted me to sign a form releasing them from any type of damages, which I absolutely refused to sign. To make matters worse, rather than rectifying the issue, he called the police. Therefore In return, I called the police as well. The police came and explained to him that he couldn't force me to sign anything, and honestly I didn't have to pay. Because at that point it was a civil matter. However, I felt bad for the young men that was moving my furniture, because one of them was deaf as well, and said that he had a family. Therefore we settled on half the amount. FYI, If you want your furniture to remain in good condition, you may want to stay away from this company.

Happy Moving is amazing. My mom needed to move in a very short amount of time due to a death in the family, and they really saved the day. And at a reasonable price! The two packers who came, Jennylee and Sara, were so efficient and sweet, and they agreed to stay two more hours to help us get things done. The next day we had loading help from Jerome and Steven, both very friendly and kind, who filled the 16 foot truck in two hours. The entire time Basilia kept in touch via text, and responded to any and all questions very quickly. I can't say enough good things about Happy Moving. Highly recommend!

Happy Moving saved my move today! I can't thank them enough. We set up moving service through Amazon and the scheduled movers, Complete Assembly and Repair, never showed after stringing me along for almost 8 hours due to being short staffed. I called Amazon and they were able to assist and offer Happy Moving. At first I was expecting the same outcome or that I was going to get terrible service from this other company. I am so glad I was wrong! Not only was the company owner, Steve, amazing at assisting us today but his staff is OUTSTANDING! They were kind, friendly and compassionate toward the situation. I have never had a better moving experience, and I am now glad that I was able to bring Happy Moving my business. They quickly picked up a Uhaul truck for me and within 2 hours they were unloading the truck at my new place. Benny and Mike saved the day! I can't thank them enough. I have never seen two individuals hustle while keeping their smile and sense of humor. Absolutely amazing and if you need moving services call Happy Moving.

I've lived in the Orlando area for 2.5 years and used Happy Moving on FOUR separate occasions. They are consistently punctual, efficient, friendly, and they care about the quality of their work. I would absolutely, 100% recommend for any moving needs!!!

Incredibly happy with the service I received from Happy Moving. I hired them through movinghelp.com when I moved from Atlanta to Orlando last month to unload my rental truck upon arriving in Orlando. The two-man crew arrived right on time as scheduled and worked quickly but carefully to ensure none of my belongings, walls, or floors were damaged in my new apartment. Also I was especially pleased after I had paid in advance for two hours, but I was not charged for any additional time even though the unloading took about two and a half hours. Highly recommended.

HUGE SHOUT OUT to VICTOR AND JUSTIN for helping me move!!! They were professional, timely, and took care of my things and helped us pack the Uhaul truck so NOTHING got ruined on my cross-country trip! THANKS GUYS!!!

My wife and I were relocating our personal items in storage up in Clermont, FL down south to Boca Raton, FL. We had just purchased a home and were hoping to find movers which would make the process less stressful. My wife was able to secure movers with Happy Moving LLC. We originally were going to move the weekend of July 23-24, 2016 but ended up changing it to a weekend earlier. Although our request was last minute, they were still able to accommodate us. We received strong customer service from the woman who answered the telephone and was coordinating the schedules, we even received a message confirming the date and time the day before. On July 17, 2016 the movers Mike and Victor showed up with a smile on their face and greeted me with shaking my hand. They met me at the storage unit and had everything completely loaded into the U-Haul in under an hour and even had things packed so nice and tight that we ended up using only ¾ of the U-Haul space. All items were loaded with care and I did not have to direct them at any point, when we unpacked later that night all items were in good order and nothing was damaged. I would highly recommend the two movers Mike and Victor along with Happy Moving LLC for anyone who is looking for a stress free move.
