I am very happy with this company. Alex and Jacob did my move today and they were amazing! So happy I went with this company! On time, professional, clean and overall hard workers! Couldn't ask for a better moving company! Although I was nervous about booking them without a personal reference other than online reviews due to a bad experience in the past with another company I am very happy with the service they provided. They don't nickel and dime everything or try to rip you off! Great price and service! This company, I-75 Movers are very professional and very hard working individuals. Thank you John for booking my move last minute and sending Alex and Jacob to get the move done. I'm updating this review. The owner's assessment of this situation is rather inaccurate. He also contacted me to ask me to remove this review, which I believe to be unethical. This was not a misunderstanding, this was result of disorganization and misinformation on the end of the business at hand. I'm sure this company is lovely once you've got them scheduled, but again, I found this scheduling process quite unsatisfactory.

Eric and Tim were fantastic. They were punctual, hard-working, polite, efficient, and overall worth every penny! We had some rain delay us, yet we still managed to be a half hour under our estimate!!! We will most definitely use I-75 movers and request Eric and Tim again! Call today!

This was my second time using this company. Again it was very easy to set up a date and I was able to request Ray and Eric again. There's just nothing that this team can not do. Dave and John is the office are very accommodating, knowledgeable and polite. The movers were on time and quick. We finished our move within three hours (from the time they reached the old place to the time they had unloaded at our new place). Thanks guys! I definitely recommend this company! Totally affordable and definitely worth the money.

I've used this moving company for years and have not had any issues. Easy to get someone on the phone, on time, never broke anything and I've always been able to save some money vs other companies. Most of the time I end up moving valuable items such as expensive furniture or art, so just to give you an idea they make sure to take care of your materials. I've been doing business with them for years and haven't had any issues whatsoever.

This is the first time I've actually used a moving service and I definitely picked the right one! They came early and took half of the time estimated. Both men were professional, polite, friendly and knew exactly how to move every piece of furniture. Everything came in perfect condition and were reassembled exactly were we wanted it. I will be using them in all future moves and will recommend them to friends and family in Central Florida.

Vince and Mark were so nice and helpful with moving my king bed, couch and other furniture. 5 stars, definitely recommend. If I need to move again I will call them.

I am way overdue on this review. I hired this company in August 2018 for my move on 17 September 2018. I had a storage unit with items to be loaded (mainly boxes) and then items in a master bedroom on a 3rd floor apartment. My movers, Mark and Larry, showed up a little early. This was not a problem as the 1st stop was the storage unit and I was less than a mile from there. They quickly loaded all the items as requested and then we proceeded to the apartment and they loaded up my bedroom furniture. (I had been sharing a 3br apartment and was moving to my own place). They quickly and efficiently unloaded my items at my new place. Both Mark and Larry were very professional, personable and took great care with my belongings. I did not incur any significant damage (just minor scratches on drawers on a dresser). I would definitely recommend this company and these gentlemen. They were on time, went over all details and completed my move expeditiously. I would use this company again and highly recommend. I do apologize for submitting this review so late.

I hired them because they gave me the most reasonable quote; however, The person who quoted me was way off, as there was a Big difference between the quote and amount paid. The amount I paid was double the quote. Workers have Poor work ethics very lazy they took many smoke breaks and milked the clock

Thank you I-75 Moving and Storage. I booked 4 packers at the last minute to assist me in moving out of my townhouse. Dave at I-75 was great to deal with on getting it scheduled and a fair estimate with such short notice. The movers arrived on-time and ready to work. The only hitch was I ordered 4, and only 3 arrived. The rate was reduced accordingly and the workers apologized and work twice as hard. They were all clean, polite, professional and great to work with. They took amazing care packing my items. They were pleasant and got the entire house packed in just over 4 hours. I had Michael, Nick and Bob. I would highly recommend them. It may the stressful event of packing up my townhouse a breeze. I had a horrific experience with this moving company over the weekend. I scheduled two weeks in advance, paid a $200 deposit. I received a confirmation email which I did not read thoroughly - my fault. When I checked the confirmation the day before my move, it said that if you did not sign an e-document the same day you make your reservation you will be canceled. I got no notification of being canceled. Despite being canceled weeks prior, my deposit had not been returned. I had no indication that I had been canceled. I called and Dave told me I was back on the schedule for 8am-10am. 9:45 comes on moving day and I have heard nothing. I leave Dave a voicemail checking on the status. I call again at 10am, once more at 11:15 with another voicemail. My parents came to help me move. I had my mother call assuming that Dave was ignoring my phone number. Sure enough, despite calling several times and leaving messages he calls my mother back (that simply hung up when no one answered) presumably because he thought she was new business. Movers finally show up at 11:45. The person moving into my condo was set to move in at 1pm which obviously was not possible. I have a small 1 bedroom, 800 sq ft condo. Only a bedroom set and a couple small pieces had to be moved. With an 8-10am window, I assumed I would be done by the time the movers actually showed up. This was the most stressful experience and I cannot express how unprofessional and rude Dave was. Knowing he was wrong, he simply ignored my phone calls - horrible customer service. Please save yourself the hassle and pay for a real moving company. Despite all of this, I have several dents in my new home from the movers handling the furniture carelessly.

whatever you do, do not book this moving company. they do not honor their booking times. the movers no showed for my original appointment time. the owner is extremely rude. this company is unprofessional through and through. they charge $200 security deposit and do not show for the appointment times. do not book this company do not book this company. do not book this company. whatever you do. do not book this company. I signed a document that said I had an appointment time between 2-4 on the day of my move. The movers showed up at 9 am and my new location wasn't ready yet. Well, they told their bosses that I said "I wasn't sure if I was moving." It was a FLAT OUT LIE and the Owner, DAVE, accused me of LYING. ABOUT. A. MOVE. THAT. I. PAID. FOR AND THEY SCHEDULED. It's makes no sense how unprofessional this business is. The Dave person threatened me SEVERAL TIMES OVER THE PHONE because it was 6 pm, 2 hours after the END of the scheduled appointment time and the movers weren't in place. This is the most sickening and unprofessional customer service experience of my adult life. The employees here are willing to lie and relieve themselves of wrongdoing, in spite of contractual obligation. Save yourselves the stress and book with another company. Their word and their contracts mean ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. HEED THESE REVIEWS, as I should have. I had to hire another company at the last minute. This has been a complete nightmare!!! The manager responded. As you can see they took it upon themselves to CANCEL MY MOVE, AS I STATED. I NEVER SAID I WOULD HAVE TO CANCEL OR MY PLACE WOULDN't be Ready. That is a Boldfaced LIE!! BOOK ANOTHER HONEST and Reputable company. Please don't hesitate to contact me to speak privately. This company is a SCAM!!! It is not worth the struggle to deal with them.
