Jonathan, Tony and Zach were AWESOME! Actually, the entire company is amazing. From booking to completion, everything was so smooth - they removed so much of the potential stress from moving. First, you book online and receive confirmation; you can also reschedule via online as I had to a few times due to work schedules and they didn't skip a beat. Second, there was consistent communication around confirmation and arrival so I was never worried about what was going on. Third, the movers were great. I need to mention that I moved from the third floor so they had their work cut out for them - and they never broke their smiles, positive attitudes and hard work. All my boxes and furniture made it safely and without damage. They also helped me pack up my TVs so they were secure. They break down furniture and put it back together. They moved a 2 bedroom (from third floor) to a 2 story townhouse in about 5 hours - I was pleasantly surprised it didn't take the whole day. They are a local company so I really wanted to support and recognize them for their hard work! Y'all are the best movers I've ever had (and I moved 4 times in the past 6 years). Also, their prices are very good, no surprises.

Sadly, I had a poor experience with Jaguar Moving in August 2019 and now have to warn everyone reading their reviews, which they pride themselves on. The team was friendly, but quite slow. It took 3 men 7 hours to move a 2 bedroom condo from Jax Beach to Nocatee. They also use a LOT of plastic wrap which is quite wasteful, wrapping items to "prevent damage". I told them I wanted my TVs strapped in the truck but they used boxes that I had to pay for. I was shocked my move cost almost $800. The worst part is the movers left giant scrapes in beautiful new hardwood flooring, as well as a damaged table and painting. I told the team leader on site about the floors and showed him. I was instructed to email photos so Jaguar Moving could file an insurance claim. I won't bore you with all the details, but I had to send 3 emails over a week to even get an acknowledgement response. When I tried to call, the voicemail was full and I couldn't leave a message. 7 weeks later, not once have I ever received a proactive call or email from them about my damage. I have sent 6 separate emails, only 2 of which were ever replied to. 6 days ago, after emailing twice, the manager said "I do apologize for the time this process is taking i do however want to reassure you i will be handling your case first thing this morning." - Has he or anyone else gotten back to me? No. In summary, if you want to pay a lot of money, have your move take much longer than it should, and if you suffer damage have no one care or resolve to help, Jaguar Moving is the company for you.

This is a locally owned business, which was enough to convince me to use them. Reading reviews online I felt very confident in my choice to hire Jaguar Moving. My experience working with them has made me a lifelong customer for any future moves. I cannot even express what a great experience working with Jaguar Moving was. To begin with, I submitted an inquiry online while I was at work. In the request I expressed my desire to communicate via email only, as I was at work and couldn't use my phone. Within 2 hours I had an email response with a quote for moving. The quote was the lowest of all the quotes I received from many other companies. I agreed and scheduled my appointment. On moving day Myron and Jordan showed up early and were very polite and kind. They were professional, fast, and handled my things with extra care. The overall time was less than I was expecting and they set up my furniture in my new house exactly as I wanted it. They even took the extra time to put felt sliders under all of my furniture. This company was great all around. I highly recommend them for your local move.

Best moving experience in Jacksonville hands down! Hired two guys to move my house and some of my friend's house into a storage unit. The guys showed up early, were very professional, and made the moving day easy/stress free. They wrapped all the furniture to ensure no damage and finished a 2 bed 2 bath move in just under 5 hours. Would totally hire these guys again!

Mitch, Justin, and Matt were the best! They arrived on time, were extremely professional, and took every precaution to treat our items and home delicately. Nothing was damaged. They were also the most efficient movers we ever had. The last time we moved, we went with a different company and the movers took forever to move our things and at the time we had way less furniture. It took Jaguar moving the exact same amount of time to move as it did our previous movers. We had budgeted for a much higher moving cost based on our last moving experience. Thanks to Mitch, Justin, and Matt we saved so much money and are truly grateful! Jaguar Moving will definitely be our preferred company going forward.

I was incredibly overwhelmed with having to move and this company made it so easy and took a lot of my stress from me! They responded right away and were up front with pricing and didn't have tons of hidden fees that some companies have. The owner was quick to get me scheduled and very pleasant to work with. Honestly, I've never hired movers before. They far exceeded any sort of expectations and then some. Matthew and Myron were so professional and the hardest workers I've ever met. They were quick to get everything done and so careful with my furniture. I moved from a third floor to another third floor and they handled it like champs! Not to mention, it got muggy and warm by the end of the day. They even put up with a new grumpy neighbor of mine! I'm so thankful that I had them there for my move. You guys are definitely the best. I cannot say enough great things about this moving company! By far the best moving experience I've ever had. Winston, Jordan and Charlie were amazing, extremely professional and handled everything with great care. They wrap all your furniture with mattress pads and shrink wrap. They are extremely efficient. Will be contacting again for any and all future moves!

Moving stinks but Jaguar Moving really did an outstanding job getting us packed up and into our new house. David, Charlie, and Johnson were really good at their jobs and even more importantly they were just really nice guys!
