I moved 2 months ago and am just getting around to writing this review. I have had terrible moving experiences in the past, but this is definitely the exception. I booked 2 movers to unload a pod. The pod was unexpectedly delayed. I called Gerrael to reschedule and he was flexible and very understanding. When the pod finally arrived, the two movers arrived on time, were very efficient with my items (yet also very careful), polite, and professional. Gerrael followed up after the move to make sure everything went as expected and was also very friendly. I can't recommend them enough - definitely the best moving experience I have had and will make every effort to hire them again for my next move.

These guys are quick and efficient! At first they were running late to Palo Alto due to traffic, but both the company owner and the crew gave me notice ahead of time and provided updated arrival times. When Jason arrived they quickly got to work and unloaded my two storage units into my apartment. They were able to quickly and efficiently unload my packed storage containers with ease and knowledge. They were strong, so opted to carry many of the items rather than maneuver the dolly up stairs which made them quick compared to other companies I've used. They were careful with my stuff and knowledgeable about their craft! From arrival to payment took exactly 1 hour for them to unload and arrange my one bedroom worth of stuff. With another move coming up shortly, I'll definitely be keeping these guys in mind and you should too.

We hired Gerrael and team from MovingHelp.com and the 5-star reviews were a big reason why! I wish we could give them 10 stars because they were so incredible. We did a lot of the wrapping and packing in advance, but were in a really tight pinch to load furniture into 2 PODS. The KoQ team was super responsive, friendly and just got after it! They made a tough situation much better and gave us some of our sanity back! Our only regret is not having them do more! In hindsight, we should have booked more time and had them take even more stress off our shoulders. Do yourself a favor and book this crew!

Took me too long to post this review and I am sorry it has. I hired KoQP&M back in later August. Gerrael and his team were amazing. I was able to get them on pretty short notice, I think it was like 1 or two days. They were about 30 mins later than planned but communicated with me multiple times. When they got there, they were ready to work with extra supplies just in case, they even came with an extra person and it did not change the bid. They were AWESOME, they were so helpful, worked hard, clean and fast and were willing to help with whatever. I worked with Gerrael, Jason, Anthony and Rio and they were all so sweet and hard working. I had them replacing electrical outlet covers, hanging curtains, building all kinds of furniture and of course...moving things and they were so willing to do what needed to be done. They made my whole emergency move such a breeze. It was worth every penny. I can't thank them enough and I am definitely going to hire them again for my upcoming new office builds.

These guys were incredible. They moved us into our 3rd floor apt with no elevator in just 90 minutes. We hired them for 2 hours, they were perfectly on time but we were running 30 minutes late due to traffic. They got the job done just the same. Great communication the whole way too. 100% recommend

I want to HIGHLY recommend King Of Quality Pack & Move! This company is very reliable, honest, and competitively priced. We hired Anthony to help my husband and I move things into our apartment in the Palo Alto area and he was amazing! He arrived a few mins early to the job and worked diligently throughout to help us. He was very personable and a good communicator before and during the move. All our things were in great condition when we unpacked. We will definitely be using King Of Quality Pack & Move again. We recommended them to all our friends too!

They were great. They broke down furniture, wrapped everything up and put the furniture back together in our new place. And they were fast! Will definitely use again.

These men are absolutely amazing professional and early each day. Day 1 packed the house. 2nd day moved us and set the apartment up, and took everything else to storage and stacked boxes professionally. Great attitudes and nothing scratched or broken. We had amazing service from Gerrael unloading our U-Haul and reassembling furniture. They were on time and made sure everything was in its place. They were awesome and we highly recommend them!

I am so impressed with the quality of service I received from Gerrael and Anthony! From the first phone call until the last box was unloaded they were absolutely amazing! They truly do hold the "king of quality" standards with there positive attitudes and there ability to handle our heavy furniture without breaking a sweat! We have used Gerrael and team 4-5 times. His prices, attitude and consistency have earned our business for life. We have used their team for small home moves, large house moves and even a medium sized business. Small one man moves to them bringing an army, just tell them what you are moving and they will plan out the best fit and cost. The pricing has been much much better than others we have tried. Gerrael and his team were outstanding! They unloaded our 15' truck in SF. They were very accommodating with our schedule and timing since we were driving from SoCal. We arrived early and that was no issue for Gerrael. He and his team were ready to go! They moved a number of items ranging from small to very large. They navigated the building perfectly all while allowing my new neighbors in and out without any issue. They would even make sure that pedestrians on the side walk had the right away! It is that attention to detail that i would highly recommend this moving service.

Gerrael and Anthony were great. They moved us into a storage unit, and to LA once we found a place. They worked hard and the packed storage unit and truck were expertly packed. Gerrael worked with us to resolve all the various issues that came up (HOA paperwork, old storage unit elevator, etc.). They were easy to work with and made a stressful move a little bit less stressful.
