We had a last minute move from upstairs to downstairs apartment, we called Knight movers and they were able to do the move for us the next day. They moved a 2 bedroom apartment to downstairs apartment in good time. (The stairs were steep)I know our furniture was very heavy and there was a difficult turn coming out the apartment. With the techniques they used everything was moved effectively without damage. Also their prices are reasonable. I would definitely recommend Knight Movers and will use them in the future.

No stars if I could, considering they never even showed up or had the decency to contact us. Don't hire them. They won't show!

I would leave no stars if I could. This is the most unprofessional, most unreliable, and most disrespectful company I've ever dealt with. After being nearly an hour late, without warning, I contacted them to be told that they were short staffed and they asked if they could come later. I was polite and agreed, as I understand that during moves a lot of unpredictable circumstances may arise. Hours go by and I had to contact them again only to be asked if they could reschedule for tomorrow, when I refused, they never contacted me again. They left me without movers on my moving day that I was due to be out of my apartment. Thanks to them dropping the ball, I was able to use the BEST movers available in Orlando: BEST USA Movers ( contact George, he is kind, professional, and reliable--- EVERYTHING KNIGHT MOVERS IS LACKING)

Was wary due to previous reviews about no shows, but I found Tony to have good communication and the movers showed up five minutes before schedule time. Courteous guys. A little hurried but moved all of my items without issue. One of the FEW companies in Orlando that actually work on Sundays. Very fair pricing too. All in all, worth every penny.

Knight movers came to my rescue last minute and everything. Charged me an excellent price and went through the trouble of removing the doors of the old fridge and the one they delivered and then put the doors back on both fridges. No dents noted on delivery. Very clean and professional. I highly recommend!

I would stay away from this moving company. Initially they're very good about contacting you, setting up when to come do your move, and of course mention pricing and even gave competitive rate. But your better off paying even slightly more and having someone more reliable. We booked them before our move to Atlanta so had flights booked, the entire apartment packed up, and scheduled them to come the day before to load up our things and move them to a storage facility the day before. It was about a 1 hour move and we scheduled them in the morning. We tried to confirm with them the day before and didn't hear back (keep in mind we booked 2 weeks prior and confirmed a few days before but also nothing). So even though we didn't hear back the night before, and a few days before that, we had high hopes and touched base the morning of. They said they were running late but would be there, so we kept packing and even had everything by the door with the elevator booked in our complex so they can be quick in and out. As the day progressed they kept pushing back the time and then had a couple family emergencies and finally just stopped messaging us back. We were very polite, asked nicely for them to do anything to even come for an hour and we would even help load up to make it faster but just got no response back. I get it that they were busy and got backed up but a text back or call back would have been courteous. So here we are, the night before we fly out with our apartment still not packed. We scrambled, found another company, paid a lot more for being last minute and finally got it resolved. So like I said initially, STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS. They sure did find a way to screw up our entire day and cost us a lot more money. I've attached a screenshot of our convo just so people can see we're not exaggerating this. On another note, Brent from G&G Movers was extremely helpful and although the couldn't do our move last minute, he went out of his way to make sure he could try and find someone that did.

Just used "Kinght Movers". Where do I start, our 3 bedroom house was completely boxed and ready to move, (first floor) They took about 5 hours to pack and move everything. Mind you, The new location was also on the (first floor). On one occasion I went outside and they were leaning up against there truck taking a cigarette break. So in my eyes, that looked like they were milking the clock, because they are by the hour. There were 2 men and on the point of arrival only one was working. Aftering "Telling" me what the bill was and taking my money. I say thank you and "Tony the owner"; says nothing and walks away. WOW. I dont not recommend "Kinght Movers" to anyone.

Very disappointed I referred them to a friend. There was supposed to be 3 of them only 2 showed up and then said the third one was not going to make it but had the key to unlock the back. They said they would be back never showed up and then when we called the owner he suggested that we call the guys back.

I called knight movers last minute and they scheduled my move without a problem. Price was fair. The guys showed up a little later than scheduled but this was not an issue for me at all. They were polite and helpful, and moved everything within two hours. I was impressed! I will definitely use them again if I need to move.

When we first called the number, we spoke to a gentleman that gave us a quote for two men to come out and move everything over the course of about three to four hours for a two-bedroom apartment ($105/hr + $75 for travel). The next day, the men showed up three hours late, and while there were three of them, they still took about three to four hours to move everything. When we got to our new place, they decided they were going to charge $135/hr +$95 for travel, due to there being THREE men present, and tried to justify it by saying they would still be at our previous place moving everything if they hadn't brought the extra person. I will say, the men actually moving the furniture were very nice and generally respectful with our belongings. We aren't sure if they were in charge of how much they charged us, but do not call them unless you have extra cash in hand because they WILL overcharge you at the site, AFTER they've already moved everything.

DO NOT USE.... If you want them to be unprepared for your move when they arive to your home. They brought no tools and a truck that was to small. One of the men was even called away to another job in the middle of this move. A move with 3 men should tale 2-3 hrs moving from a 1st floor to a 1st floor a few miles away, not several even if it means taking legs off of tables. When you try and contact them and they hang up on you because they screwed something up and you want to tell them about it. We were hung up on twice and sent to voicemail each and every other time after that. They still have yet to respond to our emails. **Correction: I did get one in my yelp email directly from them 2 years later with the subject line reading: "Complaining". The message then read, "I looked through your list of complaints Are you ever satisfied?". NOT WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR IN A TIMELY PROFESSIONAL RESPONSE

I want to say the young men who helped me move were great and professional and worked in a timely fashion. Having said that I will never use knight movers again. I called a few weeks before to give the owner tony Blake my information size of my place and where I was moving to and gave me a quote for the pee hour service. I never received any confirmation email or phone call. The day of the move I contacted the owner to confirm the time of 8:30a only for the movers to show up at 9a. Now out of the 4 guys who showed up none knew where I was moving to and when I told them they were shocked called the owner and he claimed he was unaware of where I was moving to and decided to double the amount he originally quoted me over the phone. I was in a bind and they knew I could do nothing but agree to their price. They were quick and timely but I will say one of the movers took me aside and told me to use another moving service next time I have to move, which says a lot about their faith in ownership and only confirms what I knew in how my situation went. I will never use knight movers again and would not recommend it either, especially when the movers themselves tell me to use another company.

Let me begin by saying that I am conflicted in writing this review because the two young men who actually moved our furniture on site did a phenomenal job and were very courteous. I would hire them again privately in the future. But I will never again do business with knight movers due to the unreliable and unprofessional behavior of the owner, Tony. First, we scheduled a move for 9:00 am on a weekend morning. By 9:30, we began calling to see why no one had shown up and we had not been notified. Finally, at 10:00, we reached Tony and received an explanation about a malfunctioning cell phone and two men who didn't show up for work. What we did not receive was an apology. He then tried to re-schedule for Monday. We insisted that the move occur that day since we had scheduled for the weekend on purpose and had a friend waiting to receive some of the furniture we were moving out of the house. He rescheduled with us for 3:30 pm. We were frustrated, but agreed. When my husband called at 2:30 to confirm that someone would be present as scheduled at 3:30, he was questioned quite offensively by Tony regarding our move. We were not moving out of our home, but rather relocating a bedroom from the first floor to the third floor and removing a large futon from the third floor to deliver to a friend. Tony asked us how we expected his guys to break down and move the pieces if we couldn't do it ourselves? Well, for one, we thought they were professional movers, and we are not. Second, I happen to be pregnant and my husband has recently suffered an injury. This is the reason we decided to hire professionals to have it done right and protect our health. But, when offering to pay someone for a service, I find it quite offensive that I should have to disclose personal information or justify my decision in order to do business with him. His company exists for the sole purpose of moving furniture that people cannot move themselves. However, with the negative customer service that he provides, I am not sure how his company will be able to exist much longer.

I am calling Knight Movers to schedule my 3rd move with them as soon as I'm finished with this review. We first used Knight Movers March 2013 and used them again in May 2014. Each time, they have been ontime, courteous, friendly and professional. On the last move, there was an upcharge of about $100, if memory servers. That was acceptable to us, because they based their estimate on our previous move and we had accumulated quite a bit more furniture since. I felt compelled to write this review after reading some of the others out here. Our experience with them so far has always been great, which explains why I'm about to call them again! I'll update when this next move is over.

Called up Knight Movers after getting stood up by our first choice (see my review for Your Best Mover Orlando), and even though it was last-minute, they were able to accommodate us and provide us with stellar service. Duke, the driver, was professional, and the entire 3-man crew was very careful and respectful of our furniture/belongings. We were moving from a 3-bedroom house to a 2-bedroom apartment and were amazed at how ALL of our belongings fit onto the truck for a single trip. We originally planned on putting a bulk of our belongings in storage (this is a temporary move), but the crew was able to pack everything into the apartment so we won't need a separate storage unit.

Excellent service, very quick and the guys were very polite and professional. Pricing was decent compared to other companies.

I retained Tony to store my valuables when I renovated a home and he stole numerous valuables from me and attempted to charge additional charges I never agreed to. His employees, who were excellent and very professional, confessed to me that he steals from all his customers. Buyer beware.

Horrible experience! Please don't use this company. My husband and I hired them to move our stuff from Orlando to St. Augustine and on the morning of the move, we got a phone call telling us that it was going to be an extra $200 because it was a long distance move. In previous conversations, I mentioned several times that we were moving from Orlando to St. Augustine! Unfortunately for me, I didn't have any email backup and we had to get our stuff moved out of our old apartment so we were forced to accept the extra charges. The movers were early but then they took an hour long lunch break (that I was charged for!) and they broke 2 pieces of our furniture and tried to hide it from us! It took them ALL DAY to move a small 2 bedroom apartment and it ended up costing us almost $500 more than we were originally quoted. The owners of the company showed up at one point when the movers were loading the truck dressed in ratty shorts and t-shirts and barely even acknowledged my existence and then pretty much ignored me and got in their car and left when I questioned them again about the additional fees that I was informed of the morning of the move. Even if we did still live in Orlando, we would never use them again!

pro's: arranged move on short notice, rate was slightly cheaper than other movers in the area. they arrived early and were clearly experienced movers. made quick work of my second floor 1bdr. there was a small problem during the move and they took care of it really well. cons: flat fee for mileage. the destination was about 12 miles away from origin and near their address, so paying a flat 60 bucks felt like a kick in the gut.. wouldn't take credit card. would still use again.

DO NOT USE KNIGHT MOVERS I was in a pinch and needed to swap desks between my office and home. Tony sent three guys for a two men job. I just moved my office the day before with Two Men and a Truck (On Michigan) - Five stars. Two men moved my office for about $600.00 these clowns charged me about $400.00 for only two hours work (tip included - why did I tip them?) The crew that was sent was anything but professional. At one time I though these guys were going to drop my desk on the driveway. No comparison to Two Men and a Truck. There was a surcharge of 5% for using a credit card. Anyhow the job got done. I bit the bullet knowing I was being ripped off, but getting a mover on short notice on a Saturday morning was not easy. I paid in full using my credit card. As I was given the invoice from one of the movers he said he would destroy my CC number once my card was charged. The next morning I saw the charge go through. Ok I was done with this company or so I thought. What prompted me to write this review was that today (nearly a week after using Knight Movers) while sitting in a meeting I see an unauthorized charge for $170.00 from Knight Movers. I called Tony and asked him why he charged my card. He gave me some bogus excuse, "Wasn't that for the work we did the other day?" I told him no and to credit my card. Not trusting this guy I called my bank and reported the fraudulent charge and had my card cancelled. There are so many reason not to use this company. If you do use them you were warned.
