I had an excellent experience with your movers Nakia, Israel and Ray. All three men were great, very efficient, and took great care in making sure my furniture was not damaged. They also went above and beyond to make sure the placement of my furniture was in the correct spots so I didn't have to rearrange anything even a couple inches. I would highly recommend this team again and will make sure to use lapron for my next move.

Stay far away from these FRAUDULENT, INCOMPETENT, NEGLIGENT and UNPROFESSIONAL thieves!! I used this Looney Toon organization to complete a SIMPLE move in 2014 during which an item was broken due to complete NEGLIGENCE of a worker. This individual placed a huge vase on a moving cart without securing it...TOTALLY THEIR FAULT!! It's 2019 almost 5 years later (6/14) and they still haven't settled this!! Do NOT, i repeat...DO NOT patronize this sh!+ show!! They're not even worthy of the 1 star given, but negative stars aren't an option

DO NOT CONTACT THIS COMPANY!!!!! While my first experience with them 3 years ago was satisfactory, my most recent experience this past weekend was completely horrible! The 2 movers they sent were incompetent and one of them, "Andres" was a harassing, game-playing individual, not to mention unprofessional and rude. Do not sign any contracts until the move is finished! Yet this guy continuously insisted that you sign the paperwork right away! He had an excuse ready for any resistance you exhibited. The other mover, "G" couldn't even maneuver a box spring from the second floor of a house, which, of course, took extra time. A couple of boxes containing my glassware "fell" from the top of their lift truck, breaking several items. My furniture was scratched up and a wall storage piece belonging to the landlord was damaged, which Andres admitted to damaging but did not replace. And they had the gall to complain when my token tip was too small for them that Andres said, "I don't need it" RUN FROM 24 MOVING - AND THE COMPANY THEY SUB CONTRACT TO - LA PROM MOVING - RUN FROM THEM!!! I called 24 Moving immediately after they left and complained to the person who answered the phone. I was told to call on Monday to speak to a manager and of course, no one is answering the phone. I plan to dispute any additional charges that may appear on my card given that "Andres" took screenshots of my credit card. DO NOT CALL 24 MOVING OR LA PROM MOVING - they are harassing, unprofessional and careless!!!!!!

I contracted with 24 Moving, who gave me a written estimate of $380 for three guys to load a truck and move my stuff 30 miles & $380 to unload the next morning. A truck saying they worked from LAPROM Moving arrived four hours late to load the truck. They loaded the truck with nothing stacked over six feet high ("we have plenty of space") and were unable to fit a bunch of my stuff. They charged me $535 and threatened to unload the truck if I did not pay. Then they said they would have to charge me even more - for a second truck and crew to move the remaining stuff. So. I rented a UHaul van and did the rest myself for $84. They were scheduled to deliver between 10 and 11 am on Friday and arrived at 6 pm with only two guys and one was under the influence of something. The bullied and intimidated my girlfriend to get her to sign the paperwork. They threatened to take my stuff and hold is hostage. The office did not return any of a dozen phone calls. I had to search the truck. They tried to steal a TV and bike and air compressor saying it was not mine, but part of another move. Their estimate was for three hours - they took five hours - and tried to charge me $95 an hour when their truck says two guys & a truck for $75 an hour. They charged me for an hour for folding furniture pads. They ended up charging me $550 for the unload, over 40% more than the estimate. They damaged six pieces of wood furniture (dresser, head board, coffee table, etc.) I got some money back from the credit card company after 4+ months of fighting. These guys are criminals and bullies. Never, ever use 24 Moving or LaProm Moving!!!

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!! THEY ARE LIARS AND A SNEAKY COMPANY! They just ripped my parents off on their move to move 7 items and charged them $1,899 . They NEVER TOLD MY DAD THAT THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE HIM TO WRAP THE ITEMS . They use boxes to put the pillows which my dad could have just loaded it to his car. And when they arrived to unload they gave them a $2000 bill and had to be paid so that my parents can get their items. They charge them $25 for mats(blankets) they used to wrap the table and they claim they can't take them back when they are all worn out and used. They lied and never were up front. I will for sure contact BBB TO MAKE SURE THEY GET SHUT DOWN FOR LYING TO THWIR CUSTOMERS AND I WILL MAKE SURE THE MEDIA HEARS ABOUT THIS.

STAY AWAY!! This company are THIEVES!! They quote you a price and do not tell you they will be charging you for every item they use! Then they threaten to KEEP YOUR STUFF unless you pay!! This is a HORRIBLE, CORRUPT, DISGUSTING COMPANY!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!! If you have been scammed by them as well, please submit a complaint to the FL Attorney General. This company needs to be stopped!

THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES!! They quoted my parents $75/hour to move their furniture and when they arrived to their new address they told my parents they had to pay $2,000!! These people are crooks and disgusting!! They have scammed others and NEED TO BE STOPPED! They don't tell people they charge for every little item. The workers even admitted they didn't tell my parents upfront and they still forced them to pay or my parents would have lost their furniture worth thousands!

Worst moving experience EVER...very deceptive - quoted me $390 for a 2bdrm move - before they unloaded the truck at my new destination I had to pay them $1,100!!!!!! Don't ever think about using them for any reason unless you have money to burn - charged me for EVERYTHING and never gave me the chance to opt out of their special packaging and wrapping - workers were very slow and I even moved all my clothes and breakables myself - would never ever even remotely consider using them again.

We used Lapom Moving twice for local moves, within a 3 week period, due to an error made by our storage facility. The guys worked fast and were very professional. I would recommend them and will use them in the future.

I will NEVER even consider using this company for a move and have let my work company and entire social network know never to use them either. I called and spoke with Jeremy to schedule a move. I CLEARLY indicated my concern about- and reluctance to provide my credit card information because the scheduled move was TENTATIVE and I didn't want to be charged if I couldn't get the day off from work to move that exact day. He assured me, in his own words 'not to worry about any charges if I had to cancel' and to give him my credit card information just to hold the reservation. So, (my trusting mistake), I gave him my credit information to 'hold the reservation'. However, I did not sign agreeing to ANY terms or charges. I couldn't get the day off from work for the move so, unfortunately, I had to cancel the day before the appointment. I called Jeremey to cancel and at NO POINT in time during that conversation did he advise me that the moving company would be charging me a cancellation fee. Two days later when reviewing my bank statement, I noticed that the company charged me $100 under the name, 'LAPROM Moving'. Perfect example of UNFAIR and DECEPTIVE and poor customer service / relationship management.
