Fantastic moving company. Sales & service were very helpful & very nice. Rates are competitive & reasonable. Movers took great care of my furniture. They wrapped everything up and my furniture went into my new home scratch free . Extremely happy. Thanks Lincoln!!

UPDATE- Atlas does not require their subcontractors to carry Atlas insurance. I'm now stuck trying to work with the subcontractor's insurance company. You would think Atlas would offer to pay for the repair and then seek to recover funds from THEIR subcontractor. Now I've got to take time off work to meet with yet another claims adjuster. It is now 4+ months post move. They did $2000 damage to my floors. I hired them for a out of state move. The company they subcontracted it to pushed a heavy dresser across the hardwood floor with no protection. Despite a professional estimate of $2000 they refuse to pay it because as they subcontracted the job. The subcontractor is unresponsive. Use another carrier, you have no recourse if something goes wrong.

These people were terrible. It started off ok. Manual came out to my house to give me a quote. My moving days were June 22&23rd. We were to close on my house on July 1st. Then several days later he called again asking to come out another time to look at my items one more time ( I'm believing we still have the same moving date). He then emails me that the 15th-20th are no longer available BUT he has the 22nd -26th open. I emailed him right away saying GREAT because we are moving the 22nd and the 23rd - I thought does this guy know what he's doing. I called and left a message with his manager Bruce to confirm. The following Monday Manny emails me to say that they can move me on the 26th, 29th ( pack us) and move to our rental on the 1st and take the rest to storage on the 2nd. Let me know if that would work. I emailed him back NO IT WON'T!!! We close on July 1st you idiot!! I didn't say idiot but I certainly wanted to. I called and talked to his Manger Bruce. All he could do was apologize. Which I'm sorry doesn't make it better. So I now had less than 2 weeks to find movers. Which most are booked. Save your time and get several quotes not just one like I did. Because if they drop the ball like good old Manny did then you are completely screwed!!! Not even a phone call or an email from Manny apologizing for his mistakes. I would definitely not bother with these movers!!!!

This is my experience with this company. I needed to move a 10x15 storage unit with contents of my ailing mother's one bedroom apartment from Tampa to a 10x15 unit in Georgia in June. No packing necessary. I went online and used my AAA online quote which turned out to be $1600. I called the number to further reserve this quote. I spoke to Manny in March and he stated he could do the move for around that price. I offered to give a deposit to secure the reservation but he said it wasn't necessary. I booked my airline flight in March to arrive one day before the booked move for a visual inspection. I took a day off of work to facilitate this move. Five days before my trip to Tampa, I called to confirm and spoke to Brooks W. I find it interesting he rates his own business on Yelp 5 stars. Anyway, he tells me Manny no longer works for the company and the quote that I was given would not be honored. He then quoted me at $3600 and said it was the busy season and that was the price. Lesson, don't do online quotes. I realize that this company will probably write a counter comment saying they are sorry about my experience but that doesn't change the fact that I lost one day of work and an airline ticket. Don't offer online quotes if you are not going to honor them or work near the quoted price. They will not move anything for less than $3600 during this time. Take it or leave it. So I left it. I'll use another company in the OFF season Brooks. Thanks for your advice!

First off i will say this is a review based on my initial conversation with the man who took my call to get a quote. I did not write down his name but when i called i explained that would need a truck next week. I told him that i would like an over the phone quote estimate and he said he would really need someone to come to my home and do an in home estimate. I told him because my husband and i work during the day it would need to be on the weekend and he said that wasn't possible because all his guys were booked. So he still asked me a bunch of questions. I told him it was a move from Tampa to Boca Raton, 2 bedrooms. He quoted me $3300!!!!!!!!! I told him i didn't pay that much for a cross country move and in a completely condescending tone he said, "yeah, well that's my price, so it was nice talking to you" so i said whatever and hung up. TOTAL JERK! He could have just said, i am sorry, i would love your business but i cant offer you a competitive quote. Based on poor customer relations alone, i wouldn't recommended them. If that's how they treat prospects over the phone, i can only imagine how they treat your stuff in the move!
