The estimate was done on site in advance and they were able to accommodate my work schedule. Fair prices, but not the cheapest. On moving day, the team from LOL arrived on time. Their truck was clean and they had all the pads, dolly's, etc... to make the move go smoothly. The crew worked hard and were pretty careful with my belongings. Only a couple minor scrapes of walls/furniture, which is to be expected. There was some confusion on the invoice at the end, but the office called me and we came to an agreement on a resolution. I was referred by a friend and I'm happy to recommend them to anyone that has a move coming up.

My widowed aunt moved today from Land O Lakes to Wesley Chapel with LOL Transport & Moving. We were very impressed with their professionalism and courtesy. They arrived on time, handled my aunt's lifelong belongings with respect and finished the job at the quoted price. Thanks again Jack, Nigel and Roy for a job well done!

I hired lol for in house moving and they were great! I am always worried to hire movers because we have high polish all wood floors. No worry with lol !!! They carefully covered all the moving areas with padded cloth and there was a smooth move for my furniture !!!! I am very happy I called them. I recommend lol Transport and Moving for in- house, furniture moves!

Great experience! Very thorough and professional. This is my second time using them and they will always be who I will call from now on for my moving needs. Rates are very reasonable! Both times the actual cost was less than the estimate by quite a good amount! Hard working crew that is considerate about your items and the time that you are paying for their service. These are hands down the best movers out there. I think over the course of three years I have used them about four times. They are hustlers! They always beat other prices and have never broken anything. Movers are always courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend them for any move. They travel all over the state of Florida!!

LOL moving took all the worry and trouble out of my crosstown Tampa move. As always I'm concerned with the 'moving' process even if I've been given a recommendation. I have to say the first floor house to executive townhouse with lots of floors went fantastic. Crew was great, nothing broken and price was fair.

So everything this woman stated was not true. The damage was not because of a flaw of the material but rather their unprofessional movers and lack of care for the clients belongings. As for the insurance stating the repair was done properly, A TOTAL LIE!! The repairman stated to me that he was unable to fix the damage and the piece would need a new top and that's the only way it could be repaired. This placed offered ZERO COMPENSATION, and wined about how much her insurance cost and she was only trying to make a living. Again, no regard for the customer or their property. Very sad and please STAY AWAY!

Why 5 stars? Because they were everything we hoped they'd be! --- --- --- I've moved a lot over the course of the last 12 years, but this time around, I actually had an entire house to move, and not just one bedroom. I initially thought I would just do it with my fiance and maybe a couple of friends, but oh how glad I am to have hired LOL Moving. They worked quickly and efficiently, all while being very pleasant to be around all morning/afternoon. They disassembled and reassembled our bed, which was possibly my favorite part of the experience. It's enough to haul stuff in and out of a truck, but it's another to have to take things a part and put them back together, after a long day of tiring yourself out. They even lugged around my gigantic, potted palms, that probably weighed 500+ pounds each, AND, they even moved them for me twice, when our original spot didn't turn out to be big enough for them. I also liked that all of the furniture was wrapped to not only protect it, but allowing us to not have to empty out all of the drawers. At the end of the day, we were exhausted from doing all the little stuff, so I couldn't imagine how much it would have been to tack on the heavy lifting, on top of everything else. Best $750 I've ever spent. Note: That price was for a 3 bedroom house, and we were very prepared for their arrival, with everything boxed up and ready to go. It took from 8:30a-2:15p with two movers.

LOL Transport & Moving is a fantastic, affordable moving company. Jack and Devon the two gentlemen who moved me were amazing. Quick, efficient, down to earth, and very detail oriented. They protected all of my things, and got the job done. Really amazing guys, and an excellent company. I will be using them again for sure. I recommend LOL to anyone looking to move big or small loads. Pleased customer for life.

They were was fantastic. Moving can be such an emotional and stressful time, but LOL Transport & Moving, Inc. did an outstanding job. They were patient and I felt bad they had to walk about half mile through are building on every trip but they just sucked it up and got the job done. They wrapped all furniture. Not one item was damaged. The movers placed each item in my new condo. I would never use any other company. Thank you again for being so excellent with my relocation to Downtown Tampa.

She claims not to remember me? she will do the same to any of you .. who decide to use her business. Very unprofessional. The key here , is I have a receipt for using their service and a call log of all calls. Stay away from this business

Jacqueline S. I have used LOL Trans & Moving several times in the past 10 years but this past March 2017 was awful! I was charged over $2000.00 to move my home which everything was packed before the movers arrived into a storage facility a mile away. I have to say I've never written a bad review before tonight but the more I've thought of how my husband and I were treated by LOL they left me no choice but to tell the public my story. I don't want this to happen to anyone else. Rene, I have my receipts if you would like for me to post I could ma'am. I don't know if this will help you but we met at the mini storage facility on Wesley Chapel Rd to replace the broken headboard.

I used LOL moving for a in city move. They were efficient, professional and timely. They quickly packed, wrapped and loaded at the original destination and then unloaded and set up furniture at new destination. Great local company. Would definitely use again!

Here are some things to know about LOL Transport & Moving if you are considering them for your moving needs: 1) Karen was extremely helpful with the initial process as I was looking around for moving companies. She asked me questions that I didn't consider that helped my search for moving companies go more smoothly. She had great communication skills and was very friendly. After deciding to use LOL Transport and Moving, she called the night before and confirmed all the details. 2) The moving company was scheduled to arrive by 8:15. Hector and Brian pulled in shortly after 8:00 a.m. I was able to meet them in the parking lot, and they greeted me with a smile and eagerness to begin work. I escorted them to my apartment and gave some explanation. They got to work and had the apartment emptied within 2.5 hours. (Note: I was on a 4th floor apartment, furthest apartment away from the elevator.) They took great care with wrapping my dressers with blankets and tape, and took caution when moving boxes. We traveled to my new apartment and they waited patiently as my roommate and I checked in. Based on some scheduled handyman and cable appointments, I asked the guys to prioritize some of the items they carried into my new apartment first. (Another note: I only asked for a few things to be carried into my new apartment as it is on the 2nd floor. I have a garage on the first floor and instructed most of my boxes to be left in there.) The guys accommodated my requests promptly and with a smile! When they finished unloading the truck, they invited me to confirm that the truck was emptied. They wished me luck and left me to continue unpacking and setting up my new place. 3) I called several moving companies, some even closer to my location. I found that the prices were comparable. Although I could have chosen a company that was closer to me and pay less for travel time, I was glad to pay the few extra bucks to have this company. When I move in the future, I will be contacting LOL Transport and Moving. If you have a local move, do yourself a favor and contact LOL Transport and Moving. You won't regret it!

This is the fourth move our small business has made. This was the best moving company we have ever had by far. They were fast, efficient, careful, and courteous. Couldn't have asked for more!
