Ari, Judith, and the rest of their team do the absolute best job when it comes to delivering exactly what their clients are looking for! I needed a new shower for the house my wife & I had just purchased, and Ari and his team showed up and completed the job in a record amount of time! Not only that, but Ari allowed me the opportunity to select & purchase my OWN supplies for the job, in order to remain transparent and prove that he was not charging me extra for the supplies I had gotten 100% from Home Depot myself. While Ari was working on my shower, he had sent me pictures of the progress of the shower (every step of the way) directly to my phone, and had suggested (only if I wanted) to add a ceiling shower overhead light (again that I selected & bought myself at Home Depot), since none was there previously. What an excellent suggestion because the shower tiling looks gorgeous lit up with the overhead light Ari had installed! :) Besides these amazing methods so far, he also had told me that there were a few boxes of shower tiling that he did not need, and that I had two options: 1) Return the unused boxes and get a full refund, or 2) Hang onto the boxes, and at a later time (when we were ready and could afford it) use the same exact tiling to redo our bathtub directly next to the shower (since styles frequently expire and are no longer remade by companies) so that the two tiling jobs match one another perfectly! What an excellent suggestion!! Ari & his team are world-class, and I would highly, hands-down, recommend them as the absolute best service that South Florida has to offer....trust me, you will not be disappointed utilizing his services!! I definitely recommend Los Primos . I live in a townhouse condominium and this company already did few jobs here like pressure cleaning the pool area and fix the elbows -gutters. Judith and Adriana are very friendly and understand what we need/ can afford as a condominium that has a budget to work with . Judith gives us ideas and also examples of what has been done and worked in other condominiums. As you can see, they provide " solution " for your problems and free estimates like fence installation, painting the parking lot , paving , indoor repair, installations, remodeling... Easy to reach out. They also provide license and insurance contractors in case you need .

Well, I can't comment on how their service/work actually is because they never showed up to do an estimate (twice). I messaged them here setting up an appointment for an estimate for some work on my bathroom. They told me they would arrive between 3-5pm. My husband and I waited around all day, and they never showed. Nor did they call to explain they would be late or not coming at all. It wasn't until 7:15 that they finally called and explained their handyman was held up at a previous job and had only just called the office to communicate that to them. So we gave them a second chance and set up another estimate with them for the next day from 11-1pm. This time with the manager/supervisor. So again, we wait around until 2pm. Another no show. Another no call until 2:30pm. Their explanation this time was the supervisor was held up doing something and would be coming around around 5pm. At this point, we gave up. We said no thank you. Enough is enough. Be mindful of the other negative reviews. This company is not reliable.

Made my move as smooth as possible. Judith and her team were very detail orientated and ensured nothing was damaged. Moving is never easy but everything was handled with TLC.

I contacted them through Yelp in the afternoon to have a microwave installed over my range. They came out and I had it in that evening (a holiday weekend). They had to get a component for installation, but they got it done. They were very professional and polite. They cleaned up and were helpful. I'd use them again and recommend them for dependability and service.

We hired Los Primos for a post construction cleaning. They were ready bright and early to get the job done. They did an excellent job helping us clean the house. The staff was very detail oriented. We highly recommend their services.

My mother in law needed to send a container and a TV to the Dominican Republic. A lady came to our home to deliver the container. Her quote to us was $175 for the container and $250 for the TV. My mother in law had to pay her $15 for a cover for the container when the lady came to our home. In NY, companies provide the top. This was weird for us but we agreed. A week later, they came to pick up the container and the TV. My husband paid the amount agreed upon: $425. A few days later, the lady called us back, late one night, to tell us that the container had already been shipped. However, she claims that a new regulation had been passed that same day (what a coincidence) and we now to pay an additional $75 for the TV. We are livid that these people are so shady and unprofessional and they don't stick to their word. They shipped the container but didn't ship the TV, to their crooked convenience, and decide not to inform us until days later. I don't recommend this company and will never use them again.

Los Primos did excellent work and had the best price by far. The worker that came out was as nice as can be and I'm very happy with the outcome. There was a language barrier, but Google Translate allowed us to communicate flawlessly. Hire this group worry free, you'll thank yourself later. I'll be back for more work in the future!

I am so glad I found this company. I have had horrible luck when looking for someone to complete handy work around my house. My unlucky streak has ended! I found Los Primos and they are absolutely amazing! They are respond and even quicker to begin the work. I called on a Monday and Wednesday they were there with materials, ready to work. They completed the work on my house and did a marvelous job. I added some more tasks and they even stayed until 11:30 pm to get the job done before I left on vacation. I am now using them once again for another project and again I am amazed by how quickly they responded and their level of professionalism. I am super picky, but I highly recommend this company!

We hired them for a cleaning service and outcome was very good! Great staff and very satisfied. Crew was on time and invoicing was clear and as agreed. Will use them for future movings and services.

Overall had a great experience with Los Primos Express. I had a nightmare experience with my previous GC and Judith her team came through to save the day. She came on a stormy Sunday none the less and was very quick to point out things that weren't even on my radar. She was able to give me a quote the next afternoon and was able to start a few days later. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because when I did a walk through of the finished work, there were some details that were not competed to my satisfaction. Now, after letting Judith know about them, she came in the next day took pictures and apologized and told me that everything was gonna get fixed ASAP. Not only were the issues corrected quickly and professionally, she even had my house thoroughly cleaned as part of their services. Not everything goes right when doing a remodel and especially a gut job, but it gives me great pleasure in recommending Los Primos Express, because of the of the positive attitude and service they provided in resolving my issues. Good job guys, we will be doing business again.

I went in bought a box from a tall lady spoke in Spanish with me (which is fine I speak Spanish myself no issues there) I told her that I would need them to pick up my box on Tuesday she got my address and cell phone number written down and when Tuesday I called and they told to reschedule due to some traffic issues (I didn't believe it but fine). Comes Thursday I had to call them or else I would've never received an update regardless they just told me they couldn't that day even though they had pick that day to come pick up my box... horrible business service

Ari and his team are great and provide excellent customer service. They were in constant contact throughout the process, did the work as scheduled and with great care. For us, they are the only choice when it comes to moving services, and they can also provide a number of additional services. we highly recommend them.

We used Los Primo's to help us load up our Pod. They were very helpful when trying to set up the service. Judith answered all my questions and believe me I had many! I changed my mind many times and in the end instead of getting a uhaul I got a pod. They showed up the day of the move a few min early. There was a bit of a language barrier but they tried their best and we were still able to communicate. They worked really hard. In the end the pod got full and we were not able to fit everything. Not their fault. I should have looked at the tutorial for the pod packing. It's a very specific way to get things to fit. And these guys are used to packing trucks. In the end they did their very best to fit as much as they could. We got the most important stuff in there. They worked tirelessly for an hour and a half passed the 2 hour window. They were very courteous and professional. And their prices are very fair. Definitely would recommend them to friends and family.
