Joe at Bestwestchester is great. He came out quickly for an estimate for my first move, and his prices were better than the four other companies who gave me quotes. They're punctual and took good care of my antique furniture which means the world to me. I've used them three times in the past eight years and will use them in the future.

Ok I am using Joe's company to move out, store and move in. Yesterday was the moving out portion, I must say, the crew did an amazing job! 4 guys came in and were out before 2 hours passed by. I hope the moving in part is as smooth. Totally happy so far!

CONSUMER BEWARE!!!!! Apparently it's a common practice for this company to change the price on their customer not matter what the contract says! (just read other Yelp reviews) Unfortunately this company screwed my elderly parents over by charging them $600 more than the contract price. Moreover, when my mother tried to talk to the Owner/President Joe Diaz he was rude, vile and disrespectful to the point that he made a 72 year old woman cry. I even tried to reason with him and he was just as nasty with me and used foul language. Joe Diaz is disrespectful, vile, and totally unprofessional. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!

I called and after 3 try they picked up. The operator was very nice and we scheduled a free estimate for moving cost. They didn't even bother to call and tell us that they are not coming . We waited over one hour for nothing on my moms bday. Very unprofessional. That's not how you do business.

From my personal experience, I have used them several times on with all moves around Miami and have never heard a problem with their service. They have excellent prices and great service and a professional staff. They have always taken care of my personal belongings and nothing has ever been damaged. The owner is very nice and upfront. It's great to work with them.

Update: They finally called after almost a 4 hour wait with an excuse about the truck breaking down and recommended that we hire another company because the truck wouldn't be fixed!! Why wait 4 hours to call?! Absolutely horrible service!!

So one day after I post a less than satisfactory review, in less than 24 hours there is a raving review about how professional this company is and how great their rates are. In addition I received an email from the owner below: "Who ever reads your review will see who had to deal with grievance do you realize how many moves this company does threw out 38 years in business and have a great customer satisfaction with our service and pricing . Govern yourself accordingly with your false statements." Yelpers beware! Its not a coincidence and they will continue to post flowery reviews to up their rating. I picked this company because it was a price for the job and they turned around and hit me with a price per hour. LIVINGSOCIAL has deals that you can buy that will save you $100 on a move. Excellent moving company. Their prices are fair and they are prompt to return any calls. On moving day they show up on time and work hard. It is a family owned business and they treat their customers as such.

They were very unprofessional. Threw stuff around, dropped stuff, were very slow packing and generally were a disappointment. Price changed. Had to pay a $150.00 storage fee for an overnight wait in their truck and then it took two days to get the load to me as their driver had an accident. Broke a bunch of stuff and after six weeks of waiting, submitted a check for $80.00 on a claim for thousands. All in all, I would avoid this company at all cost. Companion company with Best Westchester Moving (DBA). Joe Diaz really screwed me over.
