One of the best moving experiences ever. I was moving from a 2bd room single home in SF to Fremont and I packed everything myself, which means they were hastily done. I could not believe how much stuff we have accumulated in such a short time and was moving into a small 2bd apt with a small garage. The team led by Francisco, arrived on time just like they promised they would and started working immediately. They never once complained about the amount of stuff I had or how they had to help me disassemble/reassemble two king sized beds and moving full sized washer and dryer. The team was absolutely stellar and navigated the narrow hallways in the new place including helping me carry a fully assembled set of storage drawers up flight of tiny stairs and reassembled the beds in the new bedrooms with literally millimeters to spare on each side!! They also helped me out of a jam when my apt door auto locked on me, 5 minutes into unloading. OverallThe booking was smooth and simple, the team was excellent and helped me move all the right items to the right places-the apartment itself and the garage. The whole move took only 7 hours, which includes one hour of driving from SF to Fremont, the team was so fast that they got to my place literally 5 minutes after I drove there in my car. I feel super grateful to Conrad and his team, Francisco, Douglas, and Manuel, who were the heroes of the day. I would hire the Conrad and this same crew again without any hesitation.

Great movers! These guys were a tremendous help and very fairly priced. They loaded up my entire storage unit in Belmont for my 2 BR home and moved me up to Marin County into my new place in 5 hours total (with their round trip drive time) and the total was $600 but I had the yelp coupon so $500! Best.money.ever.spent!!! They were kind and extremely hard and efficient workers. Unfortunately I don't know their names but I can't recommend this company enough! I've already let a few people know about them and I just got moved in today. Thank you UPDATE: Was charged $15 on my credit card for using a credit card but never told about this fee. Bummer because I had cash I could've paid to save this. Please let people know about this fee. Not ok to just charge the fee without informing customer.

All the five star reviews are true. This was my first cross-state move and my partner and I packed everything we owned in a 15' UHAUL and carried ourselves from LA to SF. Our building is a tiring 4 story walk up with no elevators and a very thin staircase and a slightly larger service staircase. Most of my belongings are books, boxes, ​and boxes of books. Francisco and Douglas were troopers and amazing movers. They scaled all those stairs, brought up everything, and maneuvered a large 12' slab of oak (my desk) up through those thin stairwells. They never complained, they were so professional (showed up early and got right to work) and super sweet. We were initially afraid that they wouldn't be able to manage all our belongings, and even asked for a third person--but they looked at me like I was crazy and proceeded to prove me wrong. If you ask, they'll even do a furniture dump for you! They removed a large sofa that was left behind by the previous tenants, and took it away for me so I didn't have to deal with that issue on my own. Master Movers really are the 'masters of moving'. Conrad was amazing, friendly, and super helpful. Whenever I need to move again, I am once definitely requesting Master Movers to help. If I could give them more than five stars, I would!

I was a little hesitant to use movers, since I always moved my belongings myself and always thought it'd be crazy expensive. But after moving 5 times in the Bay Area, I was so sick of moving my shit, I decided to hire movers. My friend Zach recommended me to use Master Movers and I was able to schedule something with them on a Friday morning. I made the appointment online and they arrived at my place. Payment was at the end, so I didn't have to worry about anything. I even paid with a check, which is nice if you want to avoid the cc fee. The two movers that came worked efficiently and quickly. They were nimble and hustled so fast. My move was basically done in like an hour. I remember just dropping my jaw when I saw one of the movers stacking 3 boxes on his back and going down the two flights of stairs. I was really impressed with their work ethic. They made moving such a cinch; I definitely recommend their services to anyone who is moving.

The movers were prompt, accommodating, and very very kind- by far the best moving experience I've ever had. All my belongings were handled with gentle care; they disassembled my chunky bed, futon, and other furniture; then they wrapped them all carefully, re-assembled everything at my new place, and arranged them to my liking. Did I mentioned how swift the move was? I was highly impressed. Additionally I received a confirmation call the day before and day of- so there's solid communication as well! If I have to move in the future, there's no doubt I'll use Master Movers again: service to the supreme level.

I moved into a new building with strict rules about loading dock hours and damage insurance - I was worried about finding a reliable moving company but I had a fantastic experience with Master Movers. They were very prompt, efficient, and careful with all of our furniture. We hired three movers who were all professional and clearly experienced. I know there are some cheaper moving options out there but if you want a group of reliable, punctual, and professional movers, I would highly recommend Master Movers!

Wanted to make sure I shouted this from the rooftops - these are the best movers in the Bay Area. Hugo and Francisco worked so hard to move me from Marin back to SF. They showed up on time and absolutely just hustled. Seriously hard workers and I'm so grateful to them. I set up the move with Conrad who answered my questions and estimated what I needed correctly. I had a couple of follow-ups bc SF has some restrictions and he responded quickly and professionally. Hugo and Francisco were really careful and thoughtful with my stuff and set everything up correctly in the new place. They wrapped everything really well and just when I thought they would not get all my stuff in the truck, they worked a miracle. While I got rid of stuff, they just kept moving things out and we got this done quicker than I thought we would. My new building doesn't have the best setup for movers and they were cheerful throughout and didn't let that stop them. There were also some contractors finishing up the kitchen and they worked around them with no complaint. Overall, this team really rocked and I wanted to make sure to acknowledge them helping me on a holiday. I'm a very satisfied customer and will be recommending them to everyone! Conrad and his crew are awesome. We had many museum quality pieces as well as furniture and chandeliers that required careful handling. They delivered exceptional service and will definitely use them again!

Reliable, friendly, and service-oriented. 2 men arrived with a large truck, wardrobe boxes, furniture pads, and all the materials to move everything in record time: 3 hours to pack up a 1-bedroom for a cross-town move and 3 hours to unload and set up. Everything was protected--no furniture was scratched or broken. A couple minor dings occurred from boxes shifting around. If anything is particularly important, be sure to supervise those items as they are loaded and unloaded. Otherwise, they did a superb job with a can-do, full-service attitude.

I had a great experience with these guys. I did not know there was a Jazz festival in downtown Hayward on the day of my scheduled move. It was taking place literally right next to the building I was moving into, but they made it happen! They also delivered my old couch to my friend's apartment as it wasn't going to fit in my new one . I would definitely recommend them.

This company is great. I didn't have to worry about where to put my items and how to get them because they move your items, itemize them, and store them. The manager is professional and will work with you and the employees are very hard working. I used them in 2014 and am about to call to use Them again.

Had a move scheduled for 12pm on a Saturday. Josue and Felipe arrived with their truck a little earlier than the scheduled time. They were very organized and quick with moving the boxes. They were also mindful about the more expensive/fragile items and took extra care in wrapping them and carrying them to the truck. They also knew how to disassemble an Ikea bed and then reassemble it at the new place. The whole move took about 3.5 hours including the transport time. Highly recommend!

Wow this was the first time I've ever hired movers, and I can never go back to moving on my own. They were SO good -- by far the best decision I could've made. Omar and Hugo took care of my move today, and I am beyond grateful to them! I had: a full size bed + mattress, a chaise, a coffee table, two end tables/night stands, a bistro table, a GIANT wardrobe, a bookshelf, a dress form, and 15 or so moving boxes. They not only disassembled and reassembled my bed for me, but they also made sure to wrap everything in blankets and plastic wrap to protect them in the truck. They had all the right equipment and were super efficient -- they were able to move me out of my old apartment and into my new one in just 2.5 hours!!! That includes loading, driving, AND unloading completely. My only regret is not having been more diligent about packing ahead of time so that I would've had more stuff for them to take for me. Definitely would recommend for your next move, especially with the $50-for-$100 yelp deal! Suuuuper reasonable pricing -- my total came to $310. (For context, some of my other friends have moved similar amounts of stuff + timing and it cost upwards of $450.)

My company professionally moves people, and we rely on MM for so many high end projects. I can't say enough about their team, willingness to go the extra mile, accommodate special requests, and their flexibility. We call on Master Movers several times a month and are never disappointed.

Decided to use movers last minute for furniture and these guys were GREAT. Jose and Francisco were my guys and these guys worked hard and fast. Ended up having them do more than I initially planned as they were so efficient and nice. Totally would use again. Note there is an extra hour charge for to/from time but again, worth it and you need to print the Yelp coupon but totally great guys.

I had an incredible experience working with Conrad and his team and would highly recommend Master Movers. Conrad was extremely helpful in answering my questions about my move. They charge one standard rate per hour (unlike other movers in the area that charge for a lot of extras). Stan and Miguel helped me with my move and were very professional, quick, and efficient. I had a few fragile items which they carefully wrapped in blankets, some furniture, and a lot of heavy boxes. They also provided a couple of wardrobe boxes which helped with some miscellaneous items. They were gracious and helpful throughout the entire process (despite carrying everything down a long flight of stairs!). I can't thank this team enough for their hard work. Look forward to working with Conrad and his team and in the future!

I needed to move out all my furniture for a little over a week while having my wood floors refinished. Conrad's crew performed a first class job. They carefully wrapped and protected each piece of furniture, including an upright piano, moved them up a steep flight of stairs (I live on a hillside) and brought them all back perfectly unscathed and even applied protector pads on the bottom of each piece to protect my new floors. They were prompt, professional and perfect. A+
