I needed a last minute move for 1 king size mattress, 1 42" tv, 1 Ikea entertainment unit and 2 30lbs. storage bins. They charged me $150 plus 4% to pay on a credit card. My mom was going to pay but I paid instead so I charged the card over the phone. The two guys knowingly took my mother's cash of $150 and have not returned the money. Do not trust them completely dishonest and shady guys praying on women who have no one else to turn to!! Update: I leave negative reviews for businesses whom in the are wrong. Not only did the owners try to intimidate me by stating they'll give my money back if I take this review down. The owner also stated his guys assumes it was a $150 tip to move less then 10 items! Even your response is the worst to a customers complaint. Thanks Miracle Movers!

Mike doesn't deserve ONE STAR!!! He's an arrogant, COCKY, UNPROFESSIONAL, LACK OF COMMUNICATING, LYING individual. Trust me I'm telling everyone about his BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE PER HIS REQUEST!!! FACEBOOK review you're next! On Wednesday, January 23, 2019 Mike reached out via iMessage (904-710-1565) and asked would 1pm on Sunday, January 27, 2019 work for the move. On Friday, January 25, 2019 shortly after 2pm EST I reached out to Mike asking could he recommend someone to remove a chest, bed and mattress which I would no longer be using, he advised for an additional $20 his guys would be able to do it, in which I agreed. On Saturday, January 26, 2019 Mike contacted me about 4:45pm asking if I needed 2 or 3 men. Rate for 3men $105 hourly, 2 men $75 per hour. I advised him that I did not have a lot of boxes my concern was more so with the two beds and table being broken down. From there I advised him 2 would work fine. On Sunday, January 27, 2019 Mike contacted me and asked if we could reschedule due to the rain in which I agreed we could but it would need to be on Tuesday not Monday due to work schedule. On Tuesday the guys were to arrive about 2pm, however they guys didn't arrive until 5:30pm. Mike informed me due to the tardiness of the job they would be sending 3 men since the prior customer caused them to run behind. He also stated he would send the 3rd guy however I would only be paying for the rate of 2 guys. Upon arrival I noticed it was only 2 guys NOT the 3 guys Mike advised would come. After loading the items on the truck they claim they were 'just called' to come assist me and this was 'last minute'. In addition to that instead of hauling the items agreed upon for the $20 they stored them under the stairs within my complex which results in fines for me. The bed and mattress were not removed, they informed me they had no knowledge of this. The rate changed from $75 per hour to $125 for the first hour and $75 for each additional hour. I texted Mike and called Mike at 5:30pm when the guys arrived and nothing. No return call. No return iMessage. Even asked my girlfriend to contact him still no reply. At this point he was ignoring me and DOING BAD BUSINESS. Everything he had mentioned had become a lie. I am VERY DISPLEASE with the LACK OF SERVICE given and most importantly the FAILED COMMUNICATION. This needs to be rectified ASAP or I can take this to a higher level.

First time hiring movers and not sure where to call? Look no further! After calling about 10 companies that didn't work out for one reason or another, I stumble across Mike's Miracle Movers. The reviews are great and before I even called, I knew I was going to book them for my move. I spoke with Mike and with just a little over a days' notice, he was able to fit me in the books. He was very professional and understanding of my last-minute schedule. Moving day! The guys arrive a few minutes early and start assessing what needs to be loaded. They came up with a game plan and got started. I also want to note that they didn't mind me helping which was great because I didn't want to just stand around and point. Dun dun dun. The elevator breaks about 20 minutes into the move... we are on the 3rd floor and only have boxes loaded thus far. Sigh. I called Mike and again was very understanding and rescheduled the guys for later that day in hopes of the elevator being fixed. Unfortunately, it wasn't but the guys still showed up and we managed to find a way to only go down two flights of stairs; as opposed to the initial three that I was dreading. They remained professional and upbeat about helping us the entire time. We get to our storage unit and they unloaded in what appeared to be record time. They played a mean game of Tetris to get all our items in a 10x15 and even double checked with my business partner and I to make sure it was the way we wanted it. I worked with Vidal, Brandon and Jeff and I would recommend each of them and Mikes Miracle Movers in general to anyone! Gotta love stress free, affordable service. Keep up the great work guys!

I am appalled by a recent situation concerning my wife and Mike's Miracle Movers. I am an insurance Adjustor. I work storm claims and a part of that is researching possible storm surges and damage predictions prior to a hit. Hurricane Irma was estimated to cause high storm surges up to 15 ft if it had hit us from the east coast. Instead, it pretty much came right over us which still flooded our home about 4-5 feet because we were right on Cedar River. I booked a storage unit and told my wife to hire movers to move our large furniture. Our renters policy does not cover personal property so we had to save what we could in the event of a flood. My wife hired Mike's Miracle Movers on 9/7/17. She was charged $59 per hour for two men and a truck. And $40 for gas. She informed both movers of our situation. They helped her move the large items. Unfortunately we still lost a lot of our personal items in the flood. On 9/13/17, she hired the same moving company to help move whatever wasn't damaged from flood out of the house. They witnessed for themselves the aftermath of Irma in our area after the water had receded back into the river. She paid $65 an hour for two men and a truck (regular rate) as well as $40 for gas. FEMA put us up in a hotel for two weeks because even though our RV was moved to higher grounds prior to the storm, it still resulted in multiple roof leaks which was deemed a total loss by State Farm. During this time, I was still working every single day from 7-7 while my wife had to take off from work to search for a house for us to live in. She finally found one earlier this week and reached out to Mike's Miracle Movers for a third time. This time Mike said that the rate would increase to $95 per hour for 3 guys instead of 2. Aside from moving costs paid to them the first two times, we also had to pay for storage costs and move-in costs to the new place. Now I'd like to backtrack and clarify that my wife bought both moving men lunch BOTH times they helped us move the previous times. One of the movers had said that they had no time to break for lunch before the next job. Anyways, back to present issue, Mike the owner seemed reluctant to respond to my wife and confirm a move into the new home when she said that we could not afford $95/hour to add a third guy. Especially since we only needed two for the first two moves. Then Mike changed his story to his guys being upset about not getting tipped. So apparently buying lunch for them wasn't good enough. Well my wife had originally posted a 5 star Google review for them but went back and changed her review based on the unprofessional reaction she received from the owner (you can read her review that is separate from mine). She also made a new one on Yelp. She had been completely honest and then to top it off, Mike had responded to her Yelp review trying to slander her for "insurance claim fraud" and "moving into a flood zone knowing Irma was coming". His false accusations didn't even make sense. Well thank goodness for screen shots of messages. I believe what they were trying to do to my wife was "price gouge". They took advantage of a woman handling the overseeing of a move on her own while her husband worked around the clock. They took advantage knowing that we were in a bad situation and needed their services since there was no way one woman could move everything on her own. Mike this message is to you. Keep slandering us by making up stories to cover your ass and we will have everyone we know write a 1 star review based on our bad experience with your company. Your company did well the first two times and then got greedy. Be a man and own up to your own actions. Don't try to spin it around like we're making stuff up because we have all screen shots to prove it.

The first time that I used them was before Hurricane Irma had hit. My husband is an insurance Adjustor and had told me to move most of our furniture to storage on high grounds just in case our area flooded. Our rental policy didn't cover flood. I hired Mike's Miracle Movers. They were fast and efficient. I was very pleased with their service. As a thank you, I bought them lunch because the guys told me they were going straight to the next job and didn't have time to stop and eat. They were very appreciative and I told them I wanted to work with them again after the storm (whether to move into next place or back into old place if there wasn't damage). Hurricane Irma flooded our home much worse than I had anticipated. I had moved a lot of things up high. I had relaxed a little because the storm came straight over us towards the west a bit. My largest concern about storm surges and floods was if it came from the east coast. Anyways, we lost a lot of things in the house. Luckily our largest pieces of furniture were safe. I hired Mike's Miracle Movers again. They came and helped me move the rest of my non damaged stuff out of the house. Once again, I bought them lunch as a thank you. They were very appreciative or so it seemed. After living out of a hotel room that FEMA put us up in for 2 weeks, I was finally able to get into another house. Many people were in similar situations from Irma so houses were getting rented pretty quickly. I contacted Mike's Miracle Movers via text (that's how we had been corresponding since the beginning). Mike the owner told me that I had to pay more for a third guy to help move. There would also be a price increase for the third guy. Which didn't make sense to me because the previous times I had only two. Then I was told the guys were reluctant to help me move because I had not tipped them the last two times. Mike began telling me how his mother works at a nail salon and gets tipped well. Considering my financial situation of losing a lot of my household items and belongings from Irma, I would have thought that they would not be the type to try and price gouge a woman who was handling the move. My husband wasn't around. Maybe they felt they could take advantage? Maybe they assumed that we were rich so wanted to take advantage? Reality check. I work at an animal hospital. I get paid crap money. I never get tipped. Restaurant servers are tipped 20% because they get paid $2.13 per hour. I offered I could considering the situation that I was in. I paid them twice to move furniture and belongings. I had to rent a storage unit. We lost many things from the storm. I had to apply for FEMA assistance since our RV was also damaged (roof leaking badly and was deemed a total loss by State Farm). We had to scrape up funds to move into a new home. I haven't been working since the storm because I have been working with at least 5 realtors looking at homes and applying to rent for the last two weeks trying to get into a house. I was happy with their services and were willing to use them again. However, the third time was not a charm. It has left a very sour taste in my mouth and honestly hurt. Instead of honoring their original price, they decided to try and take advantage. Because I'm a woman? Because I was desperate? Because they felt I had money? No clue. Would I say to never use them? No. They are good the first time or so. But better tip them well or they will try and price gouge later on as retaliation? Or maybe to try and make up for what they felt is owed to them.

I would give ZERO STARS if possible. Showed up late and then left without saying because the furniture was "too heavy" for him to handle. His crew was on "vacation" and the one worker he had, who didnt show up, was a new hire who he didnt trust to move my "heavy" furniture. If you have cheap, lightweight furniture, which you would move yourself more than likely, you can trust Mike's Not So Miracle Company to do your move. Otherwise I recommend trying Jax ASAP Movers who came to the rescue and saved the day after Mike bailed on the spot. Oh but he did offer to reschedule for later in the day or the next day...as if moving isnt a major planned ordeal and can just be changed with short notice. This business is run by a kid and there is a lot to be learned. I am sure they have moved many people and know how to move, but even your grandpa can help you move if it really comes down to it. The icing on the cake...it was my fault for not sending pictures of my furniture considering its 2018. I didnt realize movers need to see what sofas, dressers, etc look like. I didnt have mountains to move and any moving company should be able to handle your basic essential items found in a household.

Yes, I am definitely a fan of these guys and would recommend them. I got 5 quotes for my 3 hour move job and they beat everyone by at least $100. PROS: Lowest price around, friendly, clean, hard-working (VERY), and efficient with their time (and your money). I can't stress the "hard-working" enough - I paid for 3 hours and they worked for 3 hours. Efficiency and hard work are hard to come by these days and Mike's Miracle Movers brought both. They truly made the experience stress-free. CONS: Lack of communication (phone calls about when they would arrive) but that can be easily fixed with guidance and experience.

Came. Asessed my house and said there truck wasn't big enough said it was a 22 foot truck when it look as if a 40 foot truck. They left and never returned. This is after they called to cancel an appointment the previous week citing their truck was broke. After an hour I called and my phone went straight to voicemail. After calling a few times I realized they placed me on block. For what reason I'm not sure. We just wanted to know if they were coming back or not. End result. Never came back never retired emails or calls, will never go through offer up again to schedule movers. Very disappointed. Very unprofessional.
