Luis and Oscar were really wonderful and proficient. All the items were wrapped really well and they made sure to check in with me to make sure nothing was left behind (certain appliances were owned by landlords,etc). Their expertise made my move so much more bearable! And once they brought everything to my new location, they made sure that boxes or furniture pcs were where I needed so that unpacking would be easy. I had been dreading moving despite my new home being great. With their help, I really couldn't figure out why I was procrastinating on my actual move. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Moving Forward is the best moving company I have ever had the pleasure of working with, and I've worked with many. They are affordable, fast and so, so, so kind. I've used them twice now in the last two months to help with an office move. On both occasions the keys I had to our storage space weren't working and the move had to be postponed by an hour or so... the boys were patient and happy to wait until I was able to gain access. We got multiple long distance move estimates and decided to go with Moving Forward. It was the best decision. They are reasonably priced and Diamond Certified. Dawn was amazing and kind over the phone. She followed up on all my inquiries. Luis and his movers showed up as scheduled. Efficient, courteous, careful and professional. They were able to complete the job in one day as opposed to two day move from other bids. I would use them again.

I recently used Moving Forward for a local move. This is the first time I have hired movers. I looked at, and requested quotes from, numerous companies. I selected Moving Forward based on the reviews and the fact they are Diamond Certified. They were very responsive, reasonably priced, and the scheduling was easy. I received a confirmation email and then a reminder email the day before. The day of the move, they arrived promptly. Luis and crew were awesome. They were great to work with--very hard working and quick. They wrapped everything really well and nothing was damaged. It took 5.5 hours overall for our 2 bedroom apartment. They did a great job setting up at the new place. I highly recommend them and would absolutely use them if we ever move again (I sure hope not). :)

Short version: They're awesome. Long version: Wife read all the positive reviews and scheduled an appointment for an estimate via HomeAway, a 3rd party service, got the email confirmation and everything. I worked from home on day of appt and when they didn't show up, I called, and they said they never had us in the books. I forwarded the HomeAway confirmation email. Carl stayed cool and collected throughout the call and he made a new estimate appointment and assured me that the original move date that was promised still held. That was super important for us. Luis came by and said that he would probably need one extra mover than originally thought. I got a phone call the next day to confirm this and how it would affect the estimate. Received multiple texts reminding of the upcoming move date. Day of, Luis arrived with his crew and they were great. Had trouble with getting a couch through the door - no problem, popped the door off the hinges, got the couch through, replaced the door, in minutes. They were professional, they were problem solvers, they were communicative and they made it work. They deserve all the great reviews.

Francisco, Solomon and Patric were fabulous. Professional and personable and extremely hard working. Great team! As a retired single lady, I rely on the integrity of the people I hire and this team was awesome in every regard. Would highly recommend them!

Moving Forward is the BEST moving company in the Bay Area! I've used them twice in San Francisco in the past 2 years and in both occasions they were impeccable! They are fast, super careful (they box and wrap everything), and professional (they know what they're doing). I've referred them to friends who had the same experience. One of them actually started with different movers, only to call Moving Forward mid-moving because the original movers were wrecking his couch and couldn't even move it past the stairs -- according to my friend, Moving Forward came in and quickly (and safely) moved the sofa and everything else. When I move again, this is are the only movers I trust. These guys deserve to get recognized and all the 5 stars reviews.

Luis and team helped me move last week again and it was again a great experience! A couple years ago his team was awesome and it just shows how he is committed to quality control and never strays from being the best. They arrived right on time and were quick and efficient. They come with lots of furniture blankets and wardrobe boxes so I didn't have to pack my closet. They wrapped and handled all my items with care and delivered to the new house without any damage. These guys are extremely humble and hard working. I will continue to use their service for any future moves in the bay area!

They showed up right on time, packed and moved furniture quickly and carefully and got it to its destination quickly and unpacked and placed everything perfectly.
