They were the best quoted price and the estimate was to the point too. The movers were extremely careful of my belongings and made every attempt to minimize the stress on what is almost always a stressful time "moving". They were prompt and courteous and took very good care of my belongings. Communication throughout the move was really impressive. Organized, professional and efficient. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend their service.

If you use this company to move you deserve to lose your things as I did. I have learned my lesson the hard way. If and when you move pay the extra dollar and hire a company that you have been around for years with good reviews. When the packers came to my my house I already packed about 40 boxes and they gave me no credit for my work and materials but that is only the beginning. When the packers had my things loaded they called Shawn about monthly storage and he said $ 250.00 per month and I already had an agreement with the 1st month free and $100.00 per month thereafter. We got into an argument and he not only cussed me out with F bombs and much worse and then he hung up on me. I told the packers unload the whole truck and I will get another mover. One of the packers called this jerk and he agreed to the terms and that is the good news as the bad news is coming. They told me they would deliver my things within 5 business days after I moved into my house, it took them 5 weeks. I didn't know but when movers load everything they are suppose to put a numbered ticket on each item so when unloading you can see all that was packed, they didn't. The paper they gave me after loading the truck looked like a 2 year old wrote it. When I kept demanding my things they said they had a truck breakdown on the East coast and had to send one of their trucks to transfer the things that were on the broke down truck to the one they said they had to send to the East coast. This is a company that said they have 22 trucks. My bet is they rent the trucks they use and the trucks look like it is ready for the junk yard. Then I get a call with a Georgia area code about 4:00 P.M. on a Thursday afternoon and said they were on their way and would be at my house about 11:00 P.M. I told him, John was the name he gave me that our development does not allow deliveries after dark. He said he would make arrangements and have my things no later than Saturday, I never heard back from him. When I finally reached some women she said they might charge me an extra $ 400.00 because I turned down deliveries twice. Not the case. What mover deliveries at 11:00 P.M. I finally talked to some female and she told me this was terrible and was going in to talk to the boss. She promised me that I would have my things the next day and I got them and that was the good news but with good comes bad. I told her and the driver when he was leaving Miami to call me when he got to where I lived because the section is so new we don't have GPS yet. When he called me I told him to wait where he was and I would come a get him but he insisted he was almost to my house. Then tempers flared as he started cussing me out with more F bombs than I can remember. This went on for over an hour and he threaten to take my things back to Miami but when he got to the house all of a sudden he was Mister Sunshine because he wanted a tip. His name was Tony. He was such a nasty man that the young guy riding with him apologized to me and said what this man said to me out of line as I was the customer. And so far that is the good news. My hand was in a cast and I had to have a friend come over and unpack all the boxes. I said to her that please tell me the last box contained all my shoes and you can figure out the answer, no. They stole about 25 pairs of shoes, my soundbar for my television and trashed my bike and stripped it clean. I happen to have a lot of Tommy Bahama shirts with a retail price of about $100.00 each. When they packed my shirts they didn't hang them in a wardrobe box they stuffed every shirt into the sides of one of one box and I had to take about 100 shirts to be pressed so now that is another $300.00. Just about everyday when I look for something it is not here. These people are thieves and liars but when it comes time to pay the monthly storage fee they are Johnny on the spot and want paid right away or they would be a late charge. Then come to find out their insurance pays you $.60 on the pound for lost and broken things. Example you have a big screen television that weighs about 40 lbs and your cost was $1000.00 you will get about $24.00. Thank God I had a policy with Erie insurance. Their insurance company and I think there really isn't one sent my a sheet a paper to fill out wanting to know the brand name, how much I paid and how long ago. Just to show you how stupid they are they requested I take a photograph of all my things that were missing. Please read all the reviews about National Express Van Lines and if you do hire them you deserve to lose thousands of dollars. These people are the lowest of the lowest. My things laid on a floor in some alleged warehouse Miami. I had precious thing that belonged to my 1st and 2nd wife that have past away and they lost all their personal things Take my advice and stay clear, you get what you pay for. Whoever wrote the good reviews must be on drugs. Help put these thieves out of business. I'm at 6 K Bobby B

WARNING ****** DO NOT USE ******NATIONAL EXPRESS VAN LINES********WARNING This is my first review. I write this so that you will find a professional company and not someone who will continue to take money from you. Additionally, the police were contacted after one of their subcontractors drove away with our furniture. See below some key points: 1. The estimate we received was for a 3 bedroom house which they quoted needing only 1000 cubic foot - so the price seemed great. Try imagining all your stuff, sofa, beds, etc fitting into this area - It will not work so extra was paid when the subcontractors arrived and told us we needed more space. Before we knew it, our quote was more than double the initial estimate. 2. The movers did not arrive when we were told as National Express lines looked for the cheapest subcontractor to move us (2 weeks after proposed date). When the subcontractors finally arrived, they were late, we were frustrated and the time taken off work was wasted. 3. The dates given for when they would deliver were also not correct. Again, time off work was taken and they did not show. When they did finally arrive, we unloaded furniture until after 12 midnight. 4. I was advised by National Express Van Lines a few day before delivery that I would need to pay additional fees to move our stuff into a smaller truck as they could not drive an 18 wheeler down my street. They assured me they had contacted the HOA regarding the matter and that I would need to pay the additional amount before I could get my stuff delivered. So..., I checked with the HOA and 18 wheelers were able to deliver down our street. It seemed to be a scam - the operator/coordinator of National Express Vanlines to split this money with the subcontractor that was unloading my furniture. The extra they were trying to charge was about $1400. - Great eh? 5. The Police were involved when the subcontractor drove off with our furniture when he found out he was not getting the extra money from point 4 (above). He drove off - yes drove off into the night with our furniture. After we notified National Express Van Lines, they contacted the police to get him to return. 6. The insurance is a joke. For the numerous damaged items (furniture from stacking incorrectly and cardboard boxes being outside the truck during travel to explain a few items), they have offered us $60. 7. They have no website - Ask yourself why? 8. The subcontractor that brought our furniture from Missouri to Florida only brought part of it. We had to wait until they found a cheap subcontractor to receive the remaining items (4 additional weeks). Numerous phone calls were made to follow-up with where our items were and when we would receive them. 9. No phone call was EVER received to tell us our furniture was finally going to be delivered. I found out the subcontractor was in transit only when I called. 10. As mentioned prior, our flat boxes with wall pictures and mattresses were attacked with bungee cords to the outside of the truck. Our move was across country and they must have gone through rain because the boxes with wall art were wet and our pictures/frames started to develop mold. They did think to wrap our mattresses in plastic but there must have been a slight leak because even they were damp on arrival. I urge you to go to a reputable mover, the stress and anguish are not worth the cash savings.

If they are so great, why are they renting moving trucks? It took them 7 hours to load a 2 bedroom apartment because they disappeared for 4 hours. They don't use credit cards because you can refuse to pay them through the credit cards for such appalling service, which they know! SCREW THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE HORRIBLE!

Worst experience of my life! They hold belongings for ransom and demand you pay much more than the original quote. I had to hire additional movers to do what they couldn't do---deliver my belongings. Most of my things are damaged or missing. This isn't a reputable company. Do not use them unless you want your property damaged or stolen.

First, this is a gimmick. It is a kind of tag team approach where one company gives you an estimate and another picks you up and steals you blind. We called the number for ALL AMERICAN MOVERS (800-393-3894 with a website of allamericanmove.com) and received a low ball estimate. Our gear was actually picked up by a NATIONAL EXPRESS VAN LINES truck. The initial estimate WAS $1199.00. We were thrilled. Note that there is a trick here. They will UNDERESTIMATE the cubic footage that you have. The initial footage is billed at $2.92 per cubic foot, but anything over that is penalized at an additional $1.50 per cubic foot ON TOP OF the $2.92. So that means you are paying 44.42 per cubic foot. So our initial $1199 estimate ended up being almost $5,000 that we had to pay NATIONAL EXPRESS VAN LINES when it was all loaded and said and done. Second, they are horribly late...like by many many days (three days late from the initial supposed date when they said they would be at our house). You have to deal with the operations guy at the first company (Alex) who takes forever to call you back. When he finally does, he gives you the phone number to the actual truck driver (Teddy, with NATIONAL EXPRESS VAN LINES). National Express Van Lines LLC phone number is 1-800-716-6964. When Teddy finally did get there, he and his crew were in a rush. I asked him to verify the estimate of the amount of gear that we had. He said, "we're running late, let us get this on the truck then we can do the money side of things." DON'T DO IT! IT'S A GIMMICK. You are stuck at that point because unless you tell them to unload it, you will have to pay whatever ransom they want to move your stuff. After listening to Teddy talk about how his last four jobs were seriously underestimated and ended up at two to four times the amount of money that was estimated, I realized we were in trouble. Our stuff was already on the truck, we were tired and days behind because of their lateness, and we needed to move. We paid the money. Now we don't know where our stuff is. I finally was able to get Teddy to answer his phone today (about a week later). He said he offloaded our gear in the National Express Van Lines warehouse in Norcross, Georgia. So there it sits. I can't get anyone to call us back. I have started a consumer complaint against both National Express Van Lines LLC and All American Movers (allamericanmove.com) on the Federal Motor Carriers Safety Administration (go to https://nccdb.fmcsa.dot.gov/nccdb/home.aspx). So the bottom line is this. There is no such thing as discount moving. They will scam you to be at least four times whatever the initial estimate is that they give you. And you may never see your gear again. Go instead and find a reputable company (go to www.movingscam.com. They created a list of REPUTABLE companies on there as well as a forum on antics of the not-so-reputable companies). Good luck.

I was set up with National Express through a broker to move items from my Mother's estate, including many antiques. The broker, Gateway Express in Ormond Beach, FL and driver lead me to believe that my items would be on a single truck and I would be meeting the driver on the other end of the transit. Boy was I stupid. After the shipment left, the driver added a different "first available delivery date" on the order sheet that I had previously signed. The load was unloaded and put on a larger truck for delivery. Due to the fact that my load was removed from the truck and loaded on another, upon delivery, I incurred additional charges. In addition, when I called the movers prior to pick-up and let them know I would not ship a piano, they billed me for it anyway. When I received the shipment it looked as if our boxes had been thrown into the truck. While there were damaged and missing items, they were all sentimental items so it wasn't worth filling out the paperwork for the reduced value they would pay. Awful experience.

They have the best prices in Florida! The customer service rep who scheduled my move, to the 3 amazing guys who were the movers, every single person I dealt with at national express van lines was kind, professional, and hardworking! I wish I knew the names of the 3 movers they were great. The only issue I had with the move was that when I unpacked my things, two of the items how ever were broken, they did offer a compensation which was nice of them. I would recommend them :)

Worst moving experience of my life, and I've moved continents. We moved two states over with this company. It started with them giving an estimate and it continuously increasing because they were refused to send someone to come give an accurate estimate and look at our home. We ended up having to get a second car ourselves to not exceed the limit that they had estimated us and go hundreds of dollars over the cost. The movers themselves were incredibly rough with our possessions. They broke so many of my items; stained glass pieces that have cracks in them that are unfixable, a bookcase that never made it onto the truck because they broke it in our home. After unpacking I found out they literally shoved stuff in boxes without taking care to wrap. And the stuff they did wrap they did with brown sticky tape that when I took it off of my furniture it took off varnish and left residue. My year old sofa has scuff marks on it from how it was put in pulled in and out of the truck. And even after sending tons of pictures showing the company what happened to my items they offered me pennies on the dollar, a total of $45 to cover all the damage. Save yourself a lot of heart ache and do not use these people because they truly do not care.

thanks for replying Daniel and I appreciate your update.. that sounds nice and like this is resolved; but we are far from it. I have been trying to reach you and your company via phone and email for the last few days and I am receiving no response at all. I need to file my insurance claim for damaged and a lot of missing items. I guestimate about 90% of my shipment has some sort of damage ranging from minor to unusable. I never received the move booklet that explains this process because your company sold me bogus additional insurance that I can not use and now have to revert back to .60 cent on the pound. if someone would reach me then I would not have to contact you here

Recently hired national express van lines for my elderly mother move from Florida to California. She moved in with me few days ago, I hired national express van lines because it was close to her residence. They carefully wrapped all her furniture, packed everything and safely got it all to my place. I checked their packing when the packed things arrived it was neat and professional. Very happy with the help that I received when unpacking the things, they stayed there until everything was settled. My mom told me that they were helpful while packing up and loading too. Nothing got broke, not even a single scar on any product. Bubble wrapping works well. Happy with this team! Thankyou!

I strongly urge you to not use this company at all. They will tell you the negative reviews are for another company using a similar name, this is not the case here. 4 days before my move, I called my rep Aaron/Mike (the name on the voicemail was different then the name he told me) to confirm everything for my cross country move. Apparently that was too much to ask and I was told that my request was frustrating, see attached photo. I was hung up on, ignored a few times, and even transferred to a google voicemail. This made me feel very uncomfortable trusting my possessions to this company. When I called the 1800#, I asked about refunding my deposit, and I was told by a very rude man, that it's "not gonna happen and there is no manager to speak to." This company is sham, I'm wondering where all of these great reviews came from.... also goes by several different names including Nationwide Moving in Norcross, GA. Check those reviews out. Filing a police report and a scam report with SBI.GOV

I was impressed that I was able to get same-day service to help my mother move. They were courteous, careful and clean in doing their jobs ! From the office communication making appointments to the movers themselves everything was really smooth. They were really quick and efficient, everything went smoothly in every way. They talked & joked around with my mother and were just a huge help. They wanted to make sure everything was just right. I appreciate them doing such a great job!

Never Again I selected National Express Van Lines after a bit of research for a cross-country move over the summer. The man who contacted me, Josh, inspired confidence in part by how much he wanted to ensure I was happy with his company's service. It all fell apart bit by bit. Josh gave me an estimate of $1,600 for the three bedrooms since we had no furniture to move. A couple of weeks before the move, I was contacted by the sub-contractor (Leardership Logisticsm, LLC) contacted me and we discussed how many boxes I had of what size. He gave me a range of a price estimate, but promised that I would not exceed the high end and may come out ahead. I had to make a $2,000 non-refundable deposit at that time. The day the movers were supposed to come came and the movers missed their window. They called at 7:30 that night saying they had been delayed and asking if I wanted them to show up at 9:00 PM or in the morning. I opted for the morning, and they showed up late for that. When they showed up, I nearly lost my mind. The amount of space I had been allocated on the truck was laughably small. It was a third of the space I needed. The overcharge to load all my boxes was going to push my cost to over $8,000 for the move. I ended up prioritizing what I wanted on the truck. I still went over, and every square foot over hurt my wallet. In addition to the $2,000 deposit, I had to pay $1,400 that day, plus an additional 3% service charge for using a credit card. Another $1,400 would be due upon delivery. Here is the kicker - that $1,400 due upon delivery had to be cash or money order. Delivery took three weeks. When the truck showed up, it was yet another company's truck. Every single one of my boxes had been smashed. Many were broken wide open. The customer whose stuff was immediately behind mine had collapsed onto my boxes. The delivery guys blamed my boxes saying that boxes from Home Depot are usually terrible for moving, but he also admitted that the moving company boxes don't usually fare well either. And add to all this that in the year 2018, when the moving company had all of my information (origination, destination, email, phone number, name, etc.) I was still required to fill out all this information on triplicate forms - SIX TIMES! I will never use National Express Van Lines again. I will never use Leadership Logistics, LLC again. I encourage everyone to use anyone else. They sing a good song, but they can't dance.

Moving is the worse, urghh, the last time I moved it was headache only, we did the packing ourselves and it was a mess, during the process we lost nearly 10-12 items, either they were broke or lost. This time I was determined to hire movers, a friend of mine hire this crew and suggested me this team, although the movers were all the way in Florida, they subcontracted another company and the move was carried away. We were upfront from the beginning that we will only be contacting NEVL not the other company, we don't want any confusion, they explained the entire process and how long the move will take. The packing was very professional, every box was very well wrapped and we marked every box. From the beginning to end, the team kept updating us, we were charged what was estimated, nothing extra, none of the item was missing, nothing was broke either. From start to end everything was top notch. I highly recommend them, hope I don't move again, but if I do, I will be hiring you.
