I apologize for the delay in my review but I did need to submit my review. My move was on 3/30/2019 from Millenia to Winter Park. I was scheduled for the guys to arrive between 3-4pm. I got a call at 2:21pm from one of the guys saying they were on their way and only 20 min away. They got a tad lost but we got them here(only down the road a couple of blocks away). Let me just say I was impressed and my family who was helping were also impressed. Dumitru and Sergei were moving beasts. They emptied out my apartment just under 45 min to also include the time they took to disassemble my dining room table and wrap pieces of furniture. We got to the new place and beast mode commenced, these guys emptied out their truck in no time. From the scheduling to the move day I couldn't have been happier with their service. Dumitru and Sergei, you guys were awesome. Thank you for a smooth move. Give this moving company a try, I will use them again in the future.

UPDATE- I was contacted by the owner, who showed great concern over my review. He made sure to apologize for my experience, expressed his willingness to address my concerns - not only in the future with personal attention on future services- but provided a partial refund to show how serious he takes customer service. Glad to see the owner cares about what customers say! If you value communication with the people moving your belongings, look elsewhere. The two movers that showed up didn't speak English fluently (one not at all) and were incredibly rude. They showed up and immediately started barking orders at me - "Put dog away, What you want move???" When asked if they received a list of what was being moved, they said they had none. When I indicated some items were trash and not coming, they proceeded to pack them any way so thanks for bringing my trash to my new place...They also made it clear that they were not prepared for some items, like big screen TVs and said "We not responsible..." Luckily, I had the original box, which had lizard poop due to being on the patio (one of my garbage items...) or I might have a broken TV at the new house. The move was scheduled for 3 hours (site unseen despite request) and took 6 hours to complete. A two bedroom, two story townhouse...They also left trash like packing tape at the old house which I have to clean up.

These guys were great! Totally professional and handled all my belongings with the utmost care. Moving can be such a pain but they made it easy and stress-free. I would highly recommend them!

I am so happy I decided to hire this company for my move. On the phone to make the appointment Alex was so helpful, and gave me peace of mind that I greatly needed this moving week. Scheduled the appointment, staff arrived in time, friendly, all in uniforms, and ready to work on this hot weather. They were very friendly and professional, great communication during the entire process, did an amazing job loading their truck, packing and caring for my property as they did unloading at my new place. Couldn't ask for anything more. Amazing hardworking team, worth every penny. I highly recommend them!

I was very pleased with my experience with Orlando Express Movers. They quoted one of the most competitive rates, and did not have a huge 'travel fee' like other companies had (which mattered to me because my move was only 12 minutes away). The team of 3 gave me a heads up call when they were arriving, and then worked NON STOP for the next 5 or so hours, including lugging our heavy washer and dryer up and down stairs. There was ZERO damage to our property. The only down side was that they told us they weren't insured to take our flat screen TV so we ended up driving that ourselves. All in all, excellent price and service, and have already recommended to my family members.

On time. Quick move. No damaged items. We paid less than they quoted us because the were so quick and efficient! The team was extremely polite. I have moved 5 times since I have lived in Florida and this was my first time using Orlando Express Movers. I would absolutely recommend these guys above all others to my friends and family!

I moved from a storage unit and stopped at two family houses to pick up items. I moved to the third floor with no elevator. The two men were efficient and did not damage anything. I was very grateful as I have heard bad stories of lazy movers before. These guys were great!!!!! I will definitely use this company next time I need movers.

I've used this company before but for the move I just did I was very upset with this company. They moved my 1 bedroom apartment to my new home. The dresser that was in my bedroom I had them place in my new guest room. However they did not reassemble the dresser to the mirror. They claimed to have left the screws at the apartment in the bedroom. Well my fiancé later went to the apartment and did not find the screws. I had him call this company and the manager said he would call the truck who serviced us and call us back. He never called back so I called him again and he blamed the situation on my husband saying maybe my husband threw away the screws... how crazy is that!! These are massive screws. We eventually had to get new screws and do it ourselves. Very disappointed in this company seeing as I'm a repeat customer, I will be taking my money elsewhere next time.

So we needed movers with short lead time. OEM had good reviews and reasonable rates. Not necessarily cheap but fair. Alex was very accommodating and work with us when we have last minute issues with a closing affecting time and scheduling. They day came and everyone arrived and confirmed details before the clock started on the work. Tour of the home and the work design done and then right to it. The disassembled the furniture and wrapped it up. Professional and efficient. Extremely communicative and that's important with everything involved in any move. They stored over night for an add'l fee (worth it) then came right on time the next day to unload. Same deal...confirm work details, tour of the space, and then right to it. 3 men both days and second went smoother. Once items in the home we still had time...they suggested hey you have your add'l 26' truck and we have two guys assembling...the 3 led man can help you unload the 2nd truck. Awesome and right to it while the others worked in assembly. Once they were done with assembly, they had some extra time (pay by the .25 hr minimum of 3hrs) and we finished unloading the ENTIRE second truck. Saved a bunch of time. They didn't reassemble the easy things like a desk or sectional (efficient use of time) on focused on the best way to get the most done. The next day Alex followed up to make sure everything was good, congratulated us on our new home, and thanked us for the business. Moving is not easy and OEM took a lot of stress away while working side by side with me. You can do as little or as much as you want and that's important on a budget. Not planning on moving for a long time I I would definitely and highly recommend OEM!!!

I have to say that I am extremely impressed with Orlando Express Movers, the entire process of moving with them was breeze, guys who came over to move my stuff were ready to work, were extremely professional and did not waisted any time to move me from one spot to another. I am saving their number and will recommend them to all my friends.

The two movers that were sent to help us unload a 16 foot truck were on time, polite, and finished bringing our belongings up 3 flights of stairs in under 2 hours. There is a 2 hour minimum, so we still paid the full amount quoted which we were aware of before scheduling the service. My only partial recommendation for the future is that the movers use the restroom before starting a job. Overall great service for a much lower price than the other 3 quotes we got. Would definitely use again and recommend to others!

Did arrive on time. Called when ten minutes away. Wrapped furniture very well. Very polite. Nothing broken. My only reason why it's 4 stars is because one of the two guys carried one box at a time. It took 6 hours a previous mover took 2 and a half. Would use them again.

We recently moved from Altamonte to Longwood and being 6 months pregnant there was no way I could help my husband with all the heavy furniture. These gentlemen were incredible and had us entirely moved in three hours. They were prompt and very gentle with our belongings. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to everyone I know! Thank you!!!

On time arrival. No damages to items. Guys were professional and nice. Would use them again. Updating my rating since realizing the team did not have the proper equipment to move the items quickly, the boards on wheels are not as effective as the metal dolly the Salvation Army men used to take my donation items. If they get a dolly their services would be worth 5 stars.

Two friendly guys showed up in our allotted window (8-9 am) and got right to work. I was impressed with their efficiency and the attention to detail with our belongings. The moved took a total of two and half hours... other companies were estimating 4 hours for the same inventory list. We had a fixed rate that was $50 below the closest any other company in the area could offer and $250+ below 90% of the other estimates I got. Booking was easy as the company was very responsive, followed up, and answered all my questions (of which I had a lot... first time mover)! Orlando Express Movers has gained a loyal customer.

These guys will take good care of you! I was able to request a quote through Yelp that I thought was pretty good so I booked them. The two movers showed up on time and did a great job of loading/unloading all my stuff in a timely fashion. While moving the stand for my television broke. The movers took a picture of the serial number of my television and ordered another stand for me at their cost. Additionally, they came back to my place to install the stand at no additional charge. Hire these guys! You won't be sorry!

Booking process couldn't have been easier. Messaged them on yelp, they answered right away with a quote of $139/hr for 3 guys with supplies and truck included. Alex and two other guys were nice, pleasant and went straight to work. Anyone who hires movers can appreciate the work they do (and that we paid someone else to do). It's not an easy job at all. So they were great and moved a 3 bedroom townhome to a 2- story single family home, disassemble and assembled 3 beds, wrapped most of our furniture and moved about 30 boxes in 4.5 hours (we moved 10 minutes away). We have a couple of really expensive TVs, so we asked about insurance and Alex explained that they would take great care of it but couldn't guarantee so we decided to take those with us, everything else they took. I don't want to think about moving again, but when I do, I'd hire them again. Thanks guys!

Did a local move last week with Express Movers and it was a great experience. They arrived as scheduled and after a quick walk through got right to work. Hard working crew that was careful with our stuff and walls. I highly recommend them.
