This review is going to be short and sweet, as I don't have too much to say here. I've got zero complaints. They explained their pricing options and process very clearly over the phone. They arrived on time and were friendly, personable and professional. They brought everything that they needed for my move, including protective gear for my furniture. Everything was done within a reasonable timeframe and all of my goods arrived intact. I did have one broken bowl, but that was due to a packing mistake on my part and had nothing to do with them. These folks are top notch. Their rates are pretty competitive relative to what their competitors charge, and they're worth every single penny. You can hand them your money and be fully confident that it's well invested into having an easy, hassle free move. Book these folks and don't look back!!

What can I say, moving sucks. But, if you have to do it I highly recommend Trey and his team at the Orlando Moving Company. Trey came out to the house personally to measure and estimate for the move and then he even called twice during the move to make sure things were going smoothly. Trey and his team are one of the best moving companies here in Central Florida. They don't only are reliable but they're also very professional. They helped my company move from big archives to the desks and chairs. He's also very good when it comes to residential moving. I just got my new house and I couldn't count with a better team. 100% recommend it.

My boyfriend and I just moved to Baldwin Park. We looked on Yelp for movers, because we both used a company (2 guys and a vehicle... if you know who I mean)... We both had a great experience with them, but we wanted to find others for prices. We read a few recommendations on here, so we decided to check out OMC. They sounded great from people's testimonials, so I decided to get a quote. The owner, Trey, called me and listened to what I needed to move and my requirements. 1. Moving two apartments from East Orlando and Downtown to 1 apartment in Baldwin Park. 2. Move in a month 3. Price - Under what the others guys provided. Trey gave me a quote, that was below or just around the others. I decided to give OMC a try due to their reviews, and BOY AM I GLAD I DID!! From the day before our move, I could not have been more pleased. From emails and voice mails, to text messages, I was updated on everything. When they will arrive, how many people will be there, answered questions I had, and they came prepared. The guys did an awesome job. They came in to both apartments, wrapped everything securely, were very friendly and personable, fast (damn fast!!!), careful (very careful), and unloaded everything in record time. When the guys left, they called the office for a revision to the bill because they were done early, and I received over 300$ off of the quote. I guess my move was less intensive than expected. For that, I will not complain. Overall, I can't say how great the guys were. Actually, yes I can. I asked the guys if they wouldn't mind moving a couch from the 19th floor to the 12th floor to a friends unit. They did not hesitate and said sure. They brought it down, and spent time trying to get it into the apartment and put effort into doing something outside of the scope of their arrangement. To me this meant so much, because they were going above and beyond what others would do!! THANK YOU!!! I highly recommend OMC and will for sure be using them when I move out of my current apartment.

No need to look any further, Trey and his team are the BEST, even for a complex move like mine. Unlike other companies, Trey keeps his word, never changing appointment times, he always showed up on time and he was always available to answer my questions. Also, unlike other companies, Trey and his team took great care in making sure that my furniture was wrapped with blankets in addition to the shrink wrap to assure that everything would arrive in perfect condition. And Trey and his team were such a pleasure to work with, they were friendly, positive, upbeat and always made sure to care for my items like they were their own. Hello, let me first say that I have just as many great things to say about the company as I have some major concerns with them. As many other reviews have stated, they were prompt, professional and kept in contact leading up to move day. When they arrived, the guys got right to work. I was moving out of a 2 room condo into a 3 bdrm single family home. I had 2 bdrm sets (1 mattress because the other was disposed of), a sectional, dining table +chairs, and miscellaneous boxes. My master bdrm furniture has a canopy that appeared to give the guys a bit of a challenge to disassemble causing the process to go much longer than expected. After a while, I started to become concerned about the price increasing as a result and began to contemplate whether or not I could still stop by the storage unit to pick up the items from there. We ended up taking so much longer to complete the pack up at the condo that I canceled the intermediate trip and decided to head straight over to the house. I believe that it was much easier to unload into the house over the condo (no stairs, etc). However, for some reason, I guess the set up of the beds again seem to stall out again. My miscellaneous boxes were brought in and placed where instructed as well. After the move was done, I was flabbergasted at the price. I have moved a few times over my life, using movers and I have NEVER spent $1000 to do so!!! I have moved far more for a whole lot less. With virtually the same level of performance. They did good work and were very friendly but I believe their youth and inexperience may have cost me a lot extra. If I had any idea the move would take me 5 hours (and that was without my intermediate stop and the items I moved on my own) I would have chosen other methods to get the move done. I still to this day cannot find my red Bluetooth portable speaker that I spent $150 on. Not to mention that there were so many other items that I chose to transport on my own that I wished for that price I would have MADE SURE that they took EVERYTHING on that truck!!! I attempted to reach out to Trey by phone and left him a voicemail, but unfortunately I did not receive a call back. Perhaps because the move was completed, they were a little less interested? Customer service is not so much the PRIORITY after the money is in the bank.....Idk. Excellence??? I'm not sure that's the word I can use. The entire experience left me a bit perplexed, but still glad to have the move done. Like I said 50/50.

I've moved at LEAST ten times with many different moving companies. I can confidently say that Orlando Moving Company was the the best experience by far and has raised the bar! After I requested a quote I received a very timely response and a follow up email and phone call to ensure I didn't have any questions. Trey was extremely responsive and patient with any questions I had. He gave me tips for packing, guided me to tutorials online and ensured I had all the supplies that I needed as well. During the move Trey and KP worked diligently as not to waste any time and were professional, respectful and personable as well. The amount of care that they took wrapping / moving my furniture and belongings was unprecedented! There wasn't one thing I would have changed and am so appreciative of OMC ensuring that my move was as stress free as possible! #teamomc

I received several bids, but Trey was the most professional and kind on the phone, and was fastest to respond to my questions. Not only did he provide exceptional movers that all took great care of our stuff, but he called me during the move to just check in. If you are moving and want a company you can trust that has a great reputation, use Orlando Moving Company. I would use them again, and again, after moving with two other companies.

We used Orlando Moving Company to move my grandparents from one assisted living company to another. They were quick to respond, competitively priced and super professional. They used blankets, tape and plastic wrap on all wood furniture and even wrapped the mattress to keep it from getting dirty. If you are need of professional movers, I would highly recommend their service!

Exceptional service. Trey was able to accommodate our move with short notice. We were moving our belongings from 2 PODs in our driveway into our home. We received 3 movers that were beyond courteous, fast, efficient and helpful (they even assembled our beds). Would definitely use their services again, and recommend to others.

Contacted the company to provide a quote for moving items into a storage unit (not truck transport, unload, etc). Never received a response of availability either way, and made no effort to get in touch with me.

My moving experience did not start off on a good note. The new property I was relocating to had given me a date and time to arrive. I contacted Trey to schedule my move at least a month prior. My move was pushed back due to hurricane Irma, and needless to say on my scheduled day to move, the Team arrived and loaded up my belongings. Unfortunately, the property was still not available for my scheduled move in time, once we arrived to unpack my belongings. I called Trey and he immediately went into a plan of action to assist me in my dilemma. Thank God he was able to provide storage for my belongings. I was exhausted and feeling very stressed, but he assured me they could finish my move in a couple of days, as their schedule was full. The service I received was very expedient, and satisfactorily. Every need was fun-filled and I couldn't be happier! Things happen beyond our control, and I assure you that they are prepared to deal with any situation that one may encounter and is why I was lengthy in sharing my experience.

Wow!!! Trey and his team really did and amazing job getting me and my son moved into our new home. Not only did he move my things from our huge 10x15x30 storage unit, but he had the tough job of sifting through the terrible job that the previous moving company I used when putting my things in storage. I sent a message to Trey on Yelp about a week prior to the move to discuss details and pricing. I explained the mess the storage unit was in and he put me at ease saying it was not a problem and they could handle it. Boooooy did they ever!!! Although my move took quite a bit of time, it was completed with their " Spirit of Excellence." I didn't feel rushed and they were always professional. There may be other companies that are cheaper than OMC, but then again, you get what you pay for. Next move, I'm calling Trey for sure. You should too!

Lets be honest, moving is stressful. This is officially the first time I've moved and it's been stress free. HUGE thank you to KP and Terrece for their excellent work and care of our items. They arrived promptly at the time we were scheduled and everything was loaded, moved and unloaded in 3 hours. They were fast, efficient, organized and worked extremely well together. Couldn't have been happier with our experience with OMC. Also, a big thanks to Trey who had great communication with us from start to finish. He responded quickly to all emails and overall pricing was very reasonable. We are first time homebuyers and are pleased to have had OMC be a part of our big day! Whenever we decide to move again, we already know who we'll call!

A+ service! Really can't say enough about this company. Very professional, courteous and do not drag their feet when it comes to moving you in or out. They take very good care of all of your belongings with tightly wrapped blankets to make sure all of your stuff remains in perfect condition. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for movers!

Today was moving day and it was great! I don't think that is a statement that one hears very often. Moving can be pretty stressful. If you want to minimize your stress level, call Trey and Orlando Moving Company. That's what I did and it was a great decision! In planning my move I reached out to several companies for proposals. Not only did I get the best price from OMC, I also received a detailed proposal, outlining all costs. The check that I wrote exactly matched the amount on the proposal. There were no hidden costs or added extras. The eight person crew arrived exactly on time. All were well groomed, dressed in clean company t-shirts and jeans. Every member of the team was courteous, polite, respectful, professional and efficient. No time was wasted and we finished on time, exactly according to schedule. All furniture was padded and wrapped for protection and securely loading into the trucks. Not a single item has any damage. As pieces came into the new house the OMC team helped to place and arrange each room. They weren't satisfied until I was satisfied. All of my expectations were exceeded. If you want to make your moving day as easy as a moving day can possibly be, do yourself a favor, call OMC. You'll be glad you did.
