They definitely deserve the 5 stars review! Moving is stressful for everyone, for us, particularly so since our POD wasn't delivered as planned. We had to call Rob 2 hours before the starting time and informed him that a simple 2-3 hours job is much bigger and they put in 5 hours all the time through 7pm on Halloween night. The next day the same crew had to come and continue to pack at 7:30am (!) on Saturday to accommodate the new moving company's schedule. The new moving company told us they were short staff and couldn't finish the job, and Rob again was able to send another two guys the next morning at 9:30am to help load our remaining items. Yes, we sound like the worst customer a moving company can wish for...not our fault to be fair, but Rob was patient throughout the whole time and his team was very friendly and thoughtful about packing our items. Trevon, Johntae, Azer and another guy (sorry that I forgot name), thank you for coming out and help us out. Rob, great job recruiting your team and thanks for the patience with us!

I've moved around San Francisco almost every year for about 6 years and this one is the best one yet. Very professional, quick to do the job, and friendly. I've had movers demand more than what they worked for, but Bobby and his team was careful with my items and the unit. Best of all, he didn't demand a five star rating at the end of the job. However, he deserves it. The move was 3.5 hours for two separate pick-up locations in SF to a 2 bedroom apartment. Bobby was exactly on time and didn't drag on to get extra cash. 10/10 would hire again.

I don't like giving negative reviews, but I want to warn others about the services I received so you can make an informed decision. Day-of-move things were fine. At the end however, after all day of moving they tell me they accidentally sent an extra person (I had asked for two, there were three people.) I assumed one or possible two were training as they were quite slow so I didn't say anything at the beginning. They put me in a very awkward position and asked me To "just pay the wages of the extra person." Long story short I felt they didn't move with urgency, they left trash both at my old and new place in common spaces and worst of all left huge stains on the walls and carpets of the common space area at my old apt due to I had to clean. They still didn't all fully come out. Also they broke a knob off my Speaker due to careless packing after I had asked them not to touch the electronics. I called Rob the owner to tell him my experience first as I prefer to give Buisness's a chance to make it right before publicly posting a review. He said he would Get back to me and never did. This was over a month ago. This tells me he is not taking my thoughts seriously and looking for ways to improve. Because of this, I want to publicly share my experience with you. Beware! I thought I was splurging on this service to give myself a little relief in the move. Not so.

Robert and Danny were so great! They moved an upright piano to our new apartment in a very timely manner. Great price as well. I recommend them for any move!

Highly recommend. They were polite, friendly and very careful with all my things - which was very important to me. The combination of being prepared with their moving efforts expedited the process tremendously. We finished quickly with everything intact. Very grateful.

Price was excellent - they have a low minimum so it was great for me since I was just moving within my building. I didn't want to use other companies that required more hours as a minimum and charged fees for truck etc that I wouldn't even be using. The owner was very empathetic and understanding in resolving the issue that I had with one of his no longer employed movers. Would definitely use them again.

Great service! The owner is trust worthy and reliable. They also have a 2hr minimum instead of 3hr like many other movers. Would recommend it.

Rob is the best. Very efficient. A lot reasonable than a few others that I have spoken to. Provided boxes, tapes and blankets. Didn't even charge for a bit extra time. I used their services back in February. I am moving again next week and will use their services. :)

I just moved most of my home into storage and engaged the services of Paradise Moving. I had a great team of 3 very polite and hard working men who took good care of my furniture and all my boxes. It was a bit of a challenging move due to the number of stairs, but they handled it well with a smile on their faces. I would use this company again.

Rob and his staff are true professionals. They were responsive from the time we inquired about their rates, when we scheduled the move, and even reconfirmed the day before to make sure we were all set. We scheduled the move early for Saturday morning, and they called us when they were 15 minutes out and showed up early! No complaining here! Two guys showed up and they were like machines. They were really careful with our furniture, and yet so quick to put it in the truck, drive over to the new place, and unload everything. It took them only 2.5 hours to get everything done when I thought it was going to take 4! You can't go wrong by hiring Rob and his staff. They're not only professional, but they're personable.

Rob and team was great on a large move from the Bay Area to Lassen area, will highly recommend them. They are casual yet focused and a fun, respectful crew that will get things done.

I called these guys pretty last minute - needed movers to come the next day! Not only were their rates the best (& I called a buuuuunch of moving companies to check rates, so trust me!) but they were also quick to respond & communicated over phone & text. Which worked great for me as I was packing with a 1yr old. The two movers that did my move, Rodolfo & Darrel, were amazing. They were both super polite & courteous. They were considerate of the people in my building & didn't hog the elevator. They wrapped the items I needed wrapped in plastic wrap or blankets & they were fast! They didn't dottle, but I didn't feel like they were rough with my stuff either. And they did it all with a smile. Ideal movers! We'll definitely use them again! I highly recommend giving them a call.

Rob and crew are great! Twice they were available for short notice moves and each time they were finished quicker than expected. They packed boxes as well as blanket wrapped items for me, and organized a storage unit, all quickly and with skill. I'm totally hiring them next time!

UPDATE: one year later and here we are again. I don't get the best luck with my living situations apparently (I wish I could review roommates on yelp) but there is some ease to the situation knowing Rob's crew will always take care of me and at a fair price. Rob remembered me over the phone and I really feel like I'm doing the community justice by supporting a local small business. I just want to thank you guys, you did it again! Highly recommend!

Awesome Service. Mover was on time(in fact early). Moved our small storage to a U-Haul Ubox. From the initial quote to follow up and then to booking, the experience was smooth and painless. The mover arrived early and was very friendly. All of our belongings were moved with great care and attention to detail. My fiancée and I were very pleased with their service and would recommend to any and everyone.

The movers were incredibly friendly and made the overall experience very enjoyable. They checked-in on the day of the move to let us know exactly when they were arriving, were organized and efficient with their time, and did exactly what they committed to in terms of completing the full move in one trip. All with affordable rates!

Jesus and Manny did an excellent job getting all of my stuff carefully from San Jose to San Francisco even with moving into a much smaller place. The move took only about six hours including travel time.

Quick to respond, good rates, professional movers. Enjoyed my experience with this moving company.
