We have used this company many times and they are always fantastic! This time we used them to move us from Ponte Vedra Beach to Orlando. Stan and James were the guys who handled our move and they did a terrific job. Ponte Vedra Movers are the best!!

They really stepped in and rescued me!! My movers failed to show up on Sunday and I had to be out on Monday! I called at 6 pm on Sunday night and they were at my door 10 minutes early Monday morning. They sent John and Luis- the most polite and incredibly strong young men who were quick and protective of my things; they even worked around me leaving to go sign closing documents and for a very small fee hauled away some unwanted furniture. I can not stress enough how impressed I was start to finish and get this ... they were $400 cheaper than my original movers.

They were the worst. They moved me a few years ago and I am about to move again and someone recommended them to me. Never again will I use them. They were two hours late coming to move me because the owners had told them to move someone else's couch before me. One of the guys working was so lazy another guy had to keep telling him to step it up. They are not cheap. I called to complain to the Manager (owner?) and she was very rude to me. Look at all the complaints.

The 4th time i used them was the 1st time i used them to move out of state. As usual the drivers were pleasant and professional. Even as careful as they were accidents happen. Like in all the other negative comments its the owners/ managers who could care less after the move. They said the one damaged item was there before. It wasn't as i had them move me only a few months ago and would have noticed it. The other item broken they blamed me because i alledgelly jumped in front of them.. really, come up with a better one than that. I listened nicely until he accused me of making these up. The movers even apologized for their mishaps. Remove the owners and they would be a better co. I always spoke nicely with them until they accused me of making thins up. The owners are the common thread to their bad reviews. They are poor businessman . I'm not through dealing with them yet! !

I had next to nothing to move. Only large things. Moving 5 miles away... I was told $95 an hour. 2 guys and a 26 ft truck. Absolutely NO additional expenses... $435 later WITH a charge for freaking tape as well... RIDICULOUS!!!! Very nice guys but when I found out I was their only job for the day due to the job after me cancelling I realized just why they moved at a snail's pace!! Terrible!!!!!!!!

To Rex and Evan at Ponte Vedra Movers. Thank you so very much for your kindness in helping me with my flat tire. I could not get someone to help me but you guys came up to me and asked if I needed help. You were two angels in changing out my flat tire. Go check out these guys for any moving that you may need. Had a 9am appointment. Movers got to my home at 4:15PM. By far the worst customer service you could ask for. Kim I believe is the owner and is extremely rude. The movers were very nice and helpful and did a great job. However instead of saying "it'll be 4pm before we can get to you, the owners told me "another 45min" each of the 5 times I had to call. I asked if they were going to compensate me or discount the hourly rate at all and the owner said "what do you want us to do??? Move you for free??" And continued to hang up on me. I feel bad for the movers who work here who clearly won't be getting more business due to the rude owners and their lack of proper customer service or courtesy.

Hired them to move me from Cape Coral, Fl to Ponte Vedra. We were told that the movers would be onsite in Cape Coral at 9am but they didn't leave early enough to drive the 330 miles. Another factor was a horrific rain storm that added more travel time. Rex and Evan worked hard, fast and smart from the moment they arrived and filled a 26' truck in 2.5 hours 1 flight upstairs. An item was damaged during transport and they took full responsibility for it and I'm very satisfied.

Don't trust these guys. They don't care about anybody but themselves. On my quiet 15 mile an hour street full on kids they did 60 miles an hour down the road went to the wrong house turned around and did 60 miles an hour back down the street. I wouldn't trust these guys as far as you could throw them.

Although I had a nice experience moving out of my home into a temporary apartment, my experience moving from the temporary apartment into my home was different. When I moved out of my home, I had to move everything into 2 pods for storage plus their moving truck to go to the apartment and unload. That cost $710. Essentially half of my possessions went to the apartment. However, the cost just to move out of the apartment into the permanent home -- which should have taken much less time, was $1100. Same hourly rate. The driver drove the truck with all my possessions in it to DMV because he had to get a tag renewed after he left he apartment and before he went to unload at the house. When I argued with the company about why I was charged for their guy to go to DMV, they defended their driver and the charge.

Disappointed. I used Ponte Vedra movers in the past without any complaints. My last move was pretty awful. They would only offer me an hourly rate and the two movers I had were slower than molasses. One was busy yakking with his girlfriend on the phone while the other was just slow and lazy. They made sure my move, which should have taken a couple of hours, stretched into 5. I won't use them again.

First off, Check with the BBB about Ponte Vedra Movers. Not a good review. We used them due to many neighbors recommendations. We should have gone a few steps further. Kim took all our info and was extremely pleasant to deal with. The movers themselves did a decent job and few damaged doors and door frames. Probably due to the lack of experience of 2 of the 3 guys doing our move. The main guy was trying his best to get things done but the 2 needed to be trained so that took a lot of extra time from the ultimate goal. So that probably cost us at least 2 hrs of real work being done. 8.5 hrs for moving out of one and into another place. If I hadn't helped it probably would have been more like 9.5-10 hours. We allowed the guys to use our bathroom. Huge mistake, all I can say is they haven't learned how to cleanup after themselves. I workers were good guys just wish we weren't the Guinea pigs for their training. Ponte Vedra Movers should have lessened their hourly rate knowing this would take longer than average. Now let's talk about the grumpy old man we talked to at their place of business. Customer service is obviously not this man forte. We had emailed about the bathroom issue, doors and door frame damage. When the email was mentioned he basically brushed us off. In the end, CHOOSE SOMEONE ELSE TO DO YOUR MOVE!!!!

Worst experience with any service company of my life. The owner is the most despicable human being I've ever been in contact with. Frodulent company. They arrived four hours late, when the three men got there they informed me it would be impossible for them to complete the move alone and recommended calling in additional help and one additional truck, all at an additional $130 per hour. This was already a red flag, especially since I was so clear with the despicable owner on the amount and size of furniture I had and he reassured me that 3 men and 1 truck were more than enough. He then forced me into getting additional storage units overnight as the move went until 4:30 am (for a 3 bedroom home without any appliances and with 6 men and 2 trucks). Conveniently for him the storage units belonged to a "friend". After going back to our storage facility we were in shock to see that my initial unit was half empty and the two additional units he made me rent were even more empty. Then charged me $2700 to move furniture to storage units without even having to remount furniture. When I called to complain he screamed at me on the phone, told me their "office" is not open to the public, hung up on me and would not pick up my phone calls after that. To make things even worse all of our furniture was chipped, found laying on the floor without wrapping. I will do everything I can to prevent this from ever happening to anyone else. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Appalling.

THE WORST COMPANY I have ever hired. They movers were 4 HOURS late and arrived with only 2 men when I had specifically asked for 3. It was so late they were then unable to get another worker out. When I called the office to express my concerns, the owner (Kim) raised her voice with me, was beyond rude and had me so upset I was literllay shaking....she then hung up on me and screened my calls when I called her back. They refused to provide me with any discount and my move did not end until 3am. NEVER USE PONTE VEDRA MOVERS!!!
