This is the company you want to call if your moving to the Brickell area. They have the experience With most all the buildings in the area. I so appreciate my first point of contact Rey DeSilva. He is very thorough and understands the headaches that clients experience with condos. Especially with getting the COIs. He will tell you everything you need to know and cares that you aren't charged extra. (This company is also known as Move for Less.) As far as the two movers Ivan and Rudy, it was a pleasure working with them. Ivan kept it all positive and comes in with a great attitude. They are polite and wrap up the mattress and furniture very quickly. I'd call them again for another move and definitely would recommend them to others

Beware. We were supposed to move between 9-10 and we were told the movers were 30minutes away until they showed up at 2pm! They weren't ready to work and everything was an issue. They advertise "Promovers" but they showed up with a truck with "Budget Movers" plastered on it. The price we were quoted wasn't a "budget" price but the customer service and professionalism was. We decided after we met the crew and waited 6 hours for them to arrive to our home to cancel our move. It was the best decision. Customer service offered $100 discount for the delay and no one was authorized to do anything else. I do not recommend them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ; pretty long but must read I don't know where to start .... I must start off by saying I took a few days to write this review because of how upset I was with this company and I did not want my post to come off the wrong way . I hired Pro Movers for my move due to the reviews and great Feed back I read online... My move "should have been" June 13th on a Thursday between the hours of 10-11 am with 3 guys to do the move is what was on my quote and I listed all the things I had and what was in each bedroom (pretty detailed) ... WELL, 2 guys showed up at 11:30 am and took a look around and said they couldn't do my move due to how many hours it would take them. I was quite confused due to how detailed I was and the fact that my husband and I took everything apart for them because they were late and we were on a timely schedule due to the condo we were moving to's hours, it should have been simply , just grab and load . Only one bed was not taking apart . One of the movers proceeds to tell me he would call his manager "to get an approval " I said ok and I also stated I had everything in writing and asked to show him . He proceeded out the door and said he would wait for the manager . I immediately contacted Rey De Silva which was the rep who assisted me but got no answer , I than contact customer support and advised of the situation and asked for them to contact the 2 guys who showed up and give them the approve to start my move , the rep advised he would and he didn't know what the problem was due to everything was writing and quoted accordingly. About 20-30 minutes pass by it is now noon and I call the 2 movers who were suppose to be moving me and they told me they left and weren't going to do the move because it was alot of work ! I hang up and started to cry because I could not believe what was happening . I had now 4 hours to move and had no one to move my stuff . I called back Pro movers and kept getting voicemails and when I would spoke to someone they told me they would call me back ..... an hour passes by and I still have not heard from anyone nor is anyone wanting to speak to me . I immediately contacted Uhaul at 1 pm and rented a truck and ended up moving myself between my husband and I and some friends and family . Later that afternoon around 5pm, finally someone from pro movers called me ( not my rep Rey ) and apologized and said they could do my move for $40 less than what they originally quoted me. I laughed and told them I would never use them again and I would make sure that people knew how my experience went and expressed how upset I was and how unprofessional they were by CANCELING on me the day of my move . This is extremely Unacceptable and I still don't understand why this happened. I have a deposit and all . There is really no reason why I should have had this TERRIBLE experience . I don't wish this to anyone so please be mindful of my experience and I hope it doesn't ever happen to anyone else.

A nightmare of an experience! I booked my move with ReydeSilva (their sales guy) on 06.20. They picked up my stuff from NJ on 06.30. After that, all was a black hole. These guys provide absolutely no information or communicate whatsoever on what is going on. I tried reaching out to Vladimir (their operations/manager guy who never picks up his phone and provides any clarity). My stuff finally arrived on 08.04 after many attempts to reach out and get answers. They also contract their service to other companies when their website states, they have their own trucks. Also, their main number and e-mail on the website don't work. They also raised my estimate by 70% after picking up my stuff (it was a harrowing experience dealing with these guys) Super shady experience and I would rate this company a ZERO on professionalism, communication, customer concerns, and overall standards. I would not recommend anyone to do business with them and will be filing a complaint with BBB and other related agencies.

This move was the worst I have ever experienced. The crew came 3 hours past the 1 hour window they provided to me. The men were completely unprofessional, wasting a great deal of time looking at their phones, chatting in the hallways doing nothing, and making stupid jokes about misplacing the tv cables and leaving furniture behind. They did not have anything with them to cut the blanket wraps from around the furniture and had to borrow scissors from me - making it difficult for me to open the boxes I wanted to unpack. My quote to move a small 2 bedroom dorm-room apartment was for a 3 hour time frame at a cost of $450. The move ended up taking over 5 hours and they charged me $899. When I wanted to speak with someone in charge before paying, there was no one at the office to speak to dispute the charges. I called and spoke to Robert the supervisor first thing the next day and he was completely unhelpful and refused to connect me with his supervisor. After carefully examining their website and calling different people within the company, I was not given any assistance in reaching someone who could help. Do not use this company!

RESPONSE TO CONSTANTINE: Constantine, thank you for your reply 3 months later. I am not judging you on being one hour late. In fact, that is not the problem at all. The problem is that your movers were an hour late (it was their fault), they took one look at my things and told me no because they would not be able to complete the move in enough time. Like I said, the fact that they were late was THEIR fault, so why was I penalized for it? There is no excuse for what happened. I was in touch with TWO managers that day, both of whom refused to call me back because they knew they were in the wrong. Of all the companies I have ever worked with in my life, yours is by far the WORST. Please note that I have made the situation known through all of my social media outlets. THANK YOU.

They did a great job scheduling an unload of a u-haul for me the morning after my call (college hunks failed to show up, so I lost a day and had to find another moving company ASAP). They showed up on time, charged me what they said they would, and were very reasonable. That said, they broke off the connector for my dryer, and despite having 90 minutes left in their 3 hour minimum time, left without unwrapping some of my stuff that had been shrink wrapped. The shrink wrap they did remove got left in piles around the house. Some of my boxes got left in rooms contrary to what they said on the labels. Not a perfect job, but I was really in a bind and they helped me out with less than 12 hours notice, so I'm pretty satisfied.

The bitch of it all is rarely the destination - it's the journey. Because when it comes to moving - the actual mechanics of boxing up your life, bubble wrapping it, and figuring out which box to place it in - I am about as Zen the Golden Glades Interchange during rush hour traffic. Meaning - NOT AT ALL, PEOPLE. WHAT ARE YOU SMOKING? Enter Pro Movers. Mike and Ian showed up on time and with contract paperwork in hand. They moved our sofa, mattress, entertainment center, and 39 effing boxes at Mach 3 speed into our storage unit. We're talking sharp corners, uncooperative elevators, and repeated traversing over a pot-holed parking lot - no nicks, no breaks, no nada. Instead of three overweight, surly men taking lengthy smoke breaks with Cohiba Robustas, Mike and Ian labored like eager beavers, and only stopped once to take a sip of water. At the end of the move, they shook our hands, looked us in the eyes, and thanked us with earnest. If the Olympics had a furniture moving event - these guys would have Mark Phelps-ed their way to the finish line. Within the intersection of shadiest shady circles (Miami! Moving Companies!), Pro Movers stands out as a notable exception. (Seriously. Hire them. They're not even paying me to write this).

Don't Go There!
I am afraid we had a rotten time. Pro Movers who also seem to be Move for Less collected our household contents stored them for a year, and then charged us 1,500 US$ to repack them for international shipping. They didn't repack anything and didnt pack our garden furniture at all causing thousands of dollars worth of damage. Then they said they would settle and put us through 'Moving Claims' who have the worst reviews i have ever seen. 6 months later they offered us $115.00 They are a bunch of crooks and you should steer very clear.
