Woohoo is a good way to express my experiance with Professional Movers. They helped me move my house furniture from Miami to Tampa, not only that they were polite and hard working, they sent a different truck to move my car!!!! I did not know that a moving company can do so, but they did. Belinda helped me through out this process, the team were great and got my items in good ocndition. Thank you!!!

Ok -- let me tell you how this group works so you can make sure you never use them. I spoke with Stuart, their representative a week ago to ask him if he could provide a driver to transport our 2016 GMC 2500HD from Illinois to the Bay Area in California. We had looked at a number of places and the numbers, the good-looking website and so on, gave us the impression that we could trust this group. Additionally, Stuart said that getting the driver should be no problem and that he would send the contract over which required a $200 deposit, whereupon the driver would call us to set everything up. I signed the contract, gave him the $200 and never heard from Stuart again. The company kept telling me that they were working on it - even as my son and I flew out to Illinois to make the purchase. After the purchase, with no driver contact at all from the Professional Movers Group, we began looking at other sources as the dealership would not allow the truck to remain on the lot. PMG said that because we were looking at other sources (like, what the heck we were supposed to do?), that we were in violation of their "contract" and we would lose our $200. Needless to say, I can recognize a scam when I see one and have since reported them to our bank as well as our Congressman's office. My recommendation would be that no one ever use the Professional Movers Group and that if you ever have to deal with any of this type of group in the future, that you pay no one any deposit until they can provide factual guarantees (contact numbers, license verification's, etc.) that the driver will be there for the pick up at that agreed upon time. I lost my $200 from the Professional Movers Group - don't you do it.

It is now 5/23/16, three days AFTER the last day to pick up my vehicle. Vehicle was NEVER PICKED UP! I was NOT CONTACTED in any way. How this "business" remains licensed by the DOT is a mystery to me, but I will be filing a claim against them with the DOT.

I cant thank Professional Movers Group enough for helping me with my move. I was able to go to their office and sit down with Mary the sales rep and go over everything for my move. It made me feel very comfortable knowing they weren't closed off to the public and willing to take more than an hour of their time to help me understand my quote and how to save me money!! In the end I did pay for an extra hour but that is because I needed help packing my kitchen items which the guys did for me with no problems. Wrapped all my glass items and made it to the new location safe and perfect! My job moves me around quite often and I will most definitely be using them again!!!!!

Shipping your car to this company, Don't do it. This company is the middle man. You are just wasting your money. Don't do it.

This company is horrible.... Do not waste your money. You'll regret. I finally cancelled my contract and paid $200 cancellation fee. But, I think this is a right decision for my safe move and mental health. Never use this company if you care about your mental health. There are much better moving companies out there. These are brokers, so they change words all the time to increase the shipping rate....!

Things started well but unfortunately this organization turned out to be dishonest. I was moving my elderly father from Boynton Beach to Lake Mary. I was told this was an "Orlando" based move (makes sense) but in the end was charged as a Tampa based move - the only place they are located. I felt bad because both Belinda and Mary were nice and helpful while booking, it is too bad they could not be honest. The actual movers, Jamal and Jay were actually excellent - not their fault for the deception at all. In addition to the overcharges there was a very unpleasant exchange mid way through when payment was demanded at the pack up in Boynton Beach, rather than at the unload in Lake Mary where my husband was with the certified check, and where their contract states that payment is to be made. This is where Mary's true colors came out. As with all movers - be very careful getting an explanation of their services - where they start charging travel time. The initial estimate is always a low-ball but for them it was a complete lie. They have earned a poor review and lost my recommendations to others. Stay away!!

Please, please, please, if you are reading these reviews don't hire them! I needed to transport my car from Virginia to California and unfortunately did not research this company on the Better Business Bureau before hiring them. No they are not a BBB accredited business and that is most likely because their business consists of scamming $200 off of people and never transporting their vehicle. When I called them after my car had not been transported and I had a plane to catch in two days, they kept giving me the run around; if you leave a voicemail, they will never call you back. When I contacted another car transport to get a second opinion on my situation and trouble with this company, the other company told me that everything I was telling them was indicative of a scam. Car transport companies do not charge you money upfront, they'll charge you a deposit on the actual day your car is picked up and then you pay the rest to the driver after they deliver your vehicle. They also said that any quote under $1000 for a long distance move was a red flag. After I called this company and told Jennifer that I no longer wanted to use their service, she kept calling and emailing me and would not take my details off the car transport dispatch which made it difficult for car drivers to pick up my vehicle since it was listed on there twice. If this was an honest and legitimate business they would have taken me off of the dispatch after I told them by phone and two times by email to please take me off. I cannot stress enough to do your research before hiring a car transport company, and please don't make the same mistake I did with this company.

Never use this moving company... They are frauds who will lure you with great deal and once you make a deposit and sign the contract they don't give a damn..I shipped my car through this company they gave me a price of $800. When the date was coming closer for the car to be picked up they vanished. Tried to call them and after leaving numerous voicemails they finally got back to me saying that they have not found a driver yet on the day the car was supposed to be picked up. Not only that finally they hit me a driver but I had to pay $200 extra. The representative I spoke to was Belinda who had given me the $800 quote. She never got back to me and the GM Jenifer Tyler has no sense of customer service.please stay away from this company. It is not even a shipping conpany. They are brokers fishing to make money

First they canceled on us on our moving day. Everything was packed up no where to sleep horrible, and because of "truck problems". Secondly they did not quote us correctly. Third they broke a very expensive neon lamp and hid it behind bags of clothes. We did not find it until the next day when we started putting things away. We are currently still fighting with them because they will not pay for broken lamp. This move was in september. DO NOT USE COMPANY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
