tldr: I had a very easy, personable, and organized experience with Quantum Moving! They protected and wrapped everything well and moved with a swift speed. Clean truck and the team kept the boxes and furniture clean. Great positive attitude too from the team the day of, they are respectful and have good humor. We moved on Oct 4, but leading up to the move, Dan (the owner) and Sammy was very good at following up, answering any questions, and making sure that we're getting the right quote we needed. After the initial estimate, Dan came out to do an assessment of how much stuff we needed. He's a personable guy with many years of experience in the business. All his folks on his moving team are employees, so I liked that because in my experience, people usually take ownership of their work if they are valued as employees. On the day of the move, the team texted me to confirm arrival. Don, Nunu, Reme, and Issac were the moving team and they introduced themselves, and I gave them a tour of the rooms and what needed to be moved. They paid attention to our instructions on what to move. The team also put down runners that were like long yoga mats to protect the floor and carpet at the old and new place. They were also very swift at disassembling and assembling furniture. The only they they don't assemble are baby cribs, for obvious reasons. Thank you for helping our move to be an easy and swift one!

I highly recommend Quantum Moving. Great communication. I was contacted by the owner to confirm my moving date and time. He called to give me updates on the crew that would be moving my items had been running late from LA area due to unforeseen circumstances. He worked his magic and provided another crew and even got them to my place earlier the same day of my move. When the crew arrived, they were very professional, courteous, motivated, and very pleasant. They were on time, and had the courtesy to say please, thank you, excuse me, which is sometimes lost in every day interactions with others. I was very impressed. Nothing was damaged, they took the time and care to wrap furniture and did a walk-through upon moving and after the move to make sure I was completely satisfied.

Great, professional moving service. I picked this company because I watched my neighbor's seamless move the week before and asked the driver for their business card. I made an appointment, got a moving reminder the day before and called them back to inform them that I needed to ask the movers to make a pit-stop at another location, the day of the move. Wasn't a problem and things went smoothly.

My first time getting help with a moving company. Good price and a good minimum of hours. I was afraid that it would be hard to find help last minute but Dan was very helpful and squeezed me in for a last minute booking.

We moved 2 times in 5 months and used Quantum both times. They show up on time, work quickly and efficiently, and handle everything with care. They wrap everything so that it arrives with no damage. Extra care was given to move our heavy vintage juke box.

I used Quantum Movers for a semi-long distance move of a hundred miles. I was contacted by two different people, Sammy and Dan, regarding my move and I then decided to schedule a walk through of my home just to make sure I covered everything on my list. This was a smooth process as I pointed out items to Dan and he made notes as we went along. At the end, I received my estimate and secured the date of the move. On moving day, the driver Jim, contacted me ahead of time to let me know their ETA, which was going to be right as scheduled. The 3 man crew worked efficently and were incredibly helpful and were always receptive to my requests. Moving day is never easy and no matter how well you think you have it together, there is always something you either didn't anticipate or the usual, odds and ends that need to be boxed up. The guys helped deal with these issues and were always positive and good natured. It made a stressful day go much easier. After we left on our journey, I assumed their truck might be quite a bit further behind me at the arrival to our destination. I only beat them by 5 minutes which was surprising. The route was over a winding mountain and still, they kept up in their large truck. After unloading my stuff they were kind enough to accomodate an additional stop for us, to move a bed to a different location. They honored this request without hesitation even though they had to be tired after a long, hot day and with at least a 2 hour drive back home. These guys were great! I can't say enough good things about them or about how well this move turned out. Thank you Quantum Movers! I will always recommend your service as the need arises.

They are the best movers ever. They treat your furniture as if it was their own polite and respectful I had Jim jose and nuns move me 2nd time we used them.

I've moved 5 times in the past 7 years and worked for a moving company while in college and these guys are hands down the best movers I've ever used. The owner Cortes came out to do a estimate and was very friendly, nice and professional. My great grandmas China cabinet that I was concerned about. No problem. No scratches, gouges or marks. I thought for sure something was going to happen to the walls, floor or railing but nope. The crew was very nice and fast. They rarely to breaks even though I was asking them to. Thanks you guys for making this a very unstressfull, timely and unerving move. Highly recommended

I'm so glad I chose Quantum Moving to handle my move from Oakland to Concord. The owner, Dan was super responsive and came over to my place for a quote. He was reasonable and came prepared to talk through the whole process. This company is very professional and well organized. Prior to the move, I got confirmation of the move the day prior.The movers were so kind, friendly and extremely efficient. They worked really hard and handled things with care. I highly recommend Quantum Moving because of the great service. Everything was seamless and the movers did such a good job!

Dan is the man. I was looking for a moving company to help move from Fremont to Pleasanton and Quantum was one of several companies that I got a quote from. I appreciated Dan taking the time to explain everything to me regarding the move and what the costs are. It's great to see small business owners take pride in what they do and I'm all for supporting them. Their prices are very competitive with others but what you get here is the service which is hard to find elsewhere. Oh also after about a week of moving in I noticed that I couldn't locate my step ladder anywhere. I emailed Dan to see if it was accidentally left behind. He emailed me back the next day and said they had found it and they had it delivered to me the following day. How awesome is that? I Highly recommend these guys for your next move.

Used Quantum Moving when I moved from one unit to another in the same building. I have to say, the guys that came in were professional, upbeat, quick, and very careful with the move. Nothing broken, scratched, or dented! Very conversational as well! I thought it would take much longer than it did, but they were finished long before Fair price, great service, would definitely again!!

This is the 3rd professional moving company I have hired in the past 10 years but by a far the best.. The care that they took a wrapping all my furniture was impressive.. Moved into a brand new home and happy to say that absolutely zero damage was done to my walls, my Banister and my floors.. All 3 men were very professional polite and hardworking not to mention super strong. I highly recommend this company it was a great experience from beginning to end.

Dan, Jim, Luis and the whole team were great. They packed, loaded and moved us to El Dorado Hills from Danville in 2 1/2 days. They are courteous, engaging, efficient, and accommodating. We've made 8 corporate moves during my career. Quantum, hands down, is the very best team we've worked with. They know how to move.

I've moved a few times in my life. And for the last 5 moves, I've used movers, as my friends have all outgrown the "Move your Buddy for beer and Pizza" thing. And each time, I've found myself wanting something more from the movers. Things would get broken, I'd feel like they were taking advantage of us. You hear all the horror stories. For our latest move, from Oakland down to LA, I found Quantum. They had some good reviews, so I gave them a call. Keep in mind, I had filled out an online quote request, which meant I was getting dozens of calls and emails every day from moving companies. I don't respond well to being badgered as a sales tactic and didn't feel good about any of them. What I found was that Quantum was the best, hands down, in customer service. Dan really cares about his customers and it shows. He personally came out to take a look at what we had to move and gave us a simple quote for a one truck move. As my schedule ended up not being ideal, I had to be out of the country when the moveout happened, leaving my wife on her own. Cortez and Nunu were super nice, respectful, clean, efficient, caring, and thorough. I got a few texts from my wife about how great they were and how grateful she was they were making it so easy. When I met them 2 days later in LA, Nunu and Cortez were on the truck. They protected the floors, remembered which room each box had come from and reassembled several pieces of furniture. On top of that, they were able to move my motorcycle in the truck! Overall, I can't recommend this company enough. I've already connected a friend of mine making the same move next month!

We used Quantum Moving to move stuff from one apartment to another in Berkeley. The 2 gentlemen showed up on time. Courteous. Disassembled bed and furniture. Packed with cushions to avoid any possible damage. They had a clean moving van (not a pickup truck). Re-assembled furniture at the new place and placed them in the right place. They had the tools, smartness and the muscle to do it. Did the entire job in about 2 hours. I'd highly recommend these guys.
