Moving is very very very Stressful I recently contracted these guys for my move in Atlanta to Miami. I called them and Jason was very helpful with explaining how this worked. The move date came and the guys did a good job wrapping especially my curve TV which was my biggest concern. Delivery took about 4 days which from what I hear in the moving "world" is really quick. I couldn't be happier. Definitely recommend these guys.

horrible customer service if you like being tricked and lied to, if you like people being 5 hours late for your pick up, if you like not knowing where your stuff is or when it is going to be delivered and if you like being told by the manager of the company that you do not matter....than sure, use these guys. but if you actually want a smooth move, do not use this company.

We are often hesitant about hiring movers for our moves, as we are always concerned about any potential damages done to our items or floor/walls while moving, but decided to go with these guys after reading their company reviews. It's our first time getting movers for our move, and it was a pleasant experience. Items/furniture are treated with care, everything was wrapped, and they tried to pay attention to not damaging anything. So, A+++ for post-move customer service.

I have enjoyed every second of my move with them. The manager immediately called me, offered his personal number, and answered all 100 of my questions with ease and grace. Before and after my move I received texts/emails from the move lead and the team leaders. Both team leaders were so friendly and all of the team members were prompt, friendly, personable, careful, and courteous and my items all arrived on time and in tact. I also liked that I got the whole truck on my move and didn't have to worry about my things getting lost. Overall, so happy that I chose them, and I will be using them for my next move.

Their pricing structure, as well as communication and scheduling was straight forward and helpful, and allowed me to proceed with them. On the day of the move -- this was the most positive moving experience. They were on time, worked so hard and worked well as a team, were professional, handled our furniture and boxes with care. On April 28th I hired Premium Movers to move 2 house worth of furniture they were very professional and went above and beyond the call of duty where I was concerned. On June 6th I had Premium Movers move my things from the storage unit to my new residents and again they went above and beyond the call of duty. I would recommend this company any time. My experience was absolutely amazing. Moved a big 1/1 apartment in 3 hours. They wrapped and taped up all important things (Computer, expensive pieces of furniture, TV) they even broke down my bed, which has a huge headboard and rebuilt it in the new place. Made it on time , extremely fast and professional but most importantly moved my belongings carefully and in one piece without any damages. Price point is great to compared to other companies. Would HIGHLY recommended them!!

I've never moved with a moving company before, but I've always had a lot of advanced notice when I've needed a move. Plenty of time for me to box up everything, arrange transport, take time off of work, etc. Last Saturday I moved, and I had one day notice. Freaked out, panicked, not sure where to even get started with moving in a day, I called this company. They came in the next day at 8am, helped me get the whole apartment packed, moved, and into the new place by 1pm. Because I had basically zero notice for my move, barely anything was packed before they arrived, and they got it all taken care of so fast. The movers were so great, super capable and professional and understanding of the circumstances. They made the whole process fun somehow, even though I was super panicked before. Trying to move in a day was an absolute nightmare and they made it, not just possible, but fun. They were super fast, reliable, personable, and kept our stuff safe. Took an impossible situation and fixed it, and somehow it was fun.

UNREAL. Finally, a company that not only does what they say they're going to do, they go above and beyond! We have moved several times from as far as Texas to Detroit to Pittsburgh. Out of all of the moving companies I have dealt with, Roadrunner Moving and Storage was by far the very best. Their workers are friendly and professional. We moved from Mt. Lebanon to Eighty-Four and these guys finished about 2.5 hours early. ALSO, THE FINAL PRICE WAS ROUGHLY $350 LESS THAN WHAT THEY QUOTED me No items were damaged and they treated everything with care. In my past moves, other companies always sent 2-guys, Roadrunner Moving and Storage sent 4 of them and they all worked really hard. I will highly recommend this moving company to anyone that ever asks. Take it from someone that has used 7 different moving companies, they are the best!

A TOTAL NIGHTMARE- PLEASE DON'T USE THESE MOVERS. This was the worst experience. My items were damaged, the job was sold to another company, and they had zero support through the move. Mitch the salesperson said they'd be there every step of the way and it was a total lie. The owner Mike said they had a truck drive under a bridge on the way to my place that is why they showed up two days late for my pick up and I had to be charged extra by landlords to stay. They said they would never sell a job, and they absolutely did- twice. And my goods came with most items damaged, and Mike the owner took no responsibility for the gig. Not only that during the quote process they will try to win you, then tack on extra charges and not let you out of them. SCAMMERS!

Gosh, so many terrible things happened on my move, I don't know where to begin! I'll give you the highlights: After I paid my deposit, I pretty much took on the responsibility of following up with Chris Anderson (salesman), Mike Miller (logistics/sales/general manager) or Kelwin (driver/mover) every step of the way. I was told before I signed the contract that the entire process would take 5 (maybe 7) days. My pick up window on the contract was Sunday Dec 9 - Monday Dec 11 but it wasn't until after numerous follow ups and voicemails to Chris and Mike that I finally managed to coordinate a pick up "at the end of the week" - not helpful. I was forced to take matters into my own hands and reach out to the driver directly. Roadrunners did not show up until Friday, Dec. 14, which was 4 days out of the specified window. Luckily I had some flexibility in my move out. Otherwise I would have been screwed with not knowing where to put my things while I waited for them. During the pick up I asked the driver when I can expect delivery. He said early the following week, maybe around Tuesday or Wednesday. This was not ideal since that was another 5 days away at the latest and I was sleeping on an air mattress without any pillows or blankets in the middle of the Chicago winter - but there was nothing I could do about it. When Tuesday Dec. 18 rolled around and no one reached out to me, I called the driver again. He said he was still in Pennsylvania, doing a pick up. This was very frustrating to hear. I was sleeping in the cold in an empty apartment and NO ONE had bothered to call to inform me that there would be a delay. If I didn't contact the driver, I wouldn't have known where in the US my things were. When Chris sold me on their service, he told me about how many trucks they had and what a big line of business they were operating, so there wouldn't be delay in their service. Even if that were true, (which, it probably isn't since Mike Miller has three different titles that I know of) all that did nothing for me now that they prioritized more pick ups, over their commitment to getting my stuff delivered to me on time. When my belongings finally came, it was Christmas Eve, Monday Dec 24. Counting from the last day of my original quoted pick up window of Dec 11, IT TOOK 14 DAYS FOR MY THINGS TO ARRIVE. The driver came with one helper that didn't worked for RoadRunners. He was obviously frustrated that the driver spoke in circles and was slow on the paperwork. He became impatient and said at several points that it was taking too long, and that he wanted to leave. *face palm*. The driver would also relay that message to me and uhhhh I should not need to deal something like that as the customer. After all my things were in my apartment, I discovered that 3 of my dining chairs were left behind in the other truck, which the driver admitted was his fault. It made me very nervous that more of my belongings were left behind so I tried to unpack as much as I could to make sure that everything was accounted for. Did I mention that it was Christmas Eve at this point? He was leaving town the next day so it was a nerve-filled holiday of frantic unpacking as fast as possible. During this process, I discovered that my air purifier was damaged. See photo. It's made of metal so it must have been dropped from pretty high up in order to cause that kind of damage. One of my mirrors also arrived broken...I paid too much money for my things to me handled so carelessly. When I brought this up to Mike Miller, I was met with the worst customer service I've encountered in a very long time. Nothing seemed to be their fault and did not take any responsibility for the miscommunication or lack there of. For my broken things, he only offered a generic email apology. I tried to reason with him, only to be dismissed. I left that conversation feeling like they're going to keep making the same mistakes over and over again.. My whole experience was a complete nightmare. SAVE YOURSELF FROM THE VERGE OF PULLING YOUR HAIR OUT AND AVOID THESE PEOPLE LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Gave four stars only because I was a bit frustrated a few times with communication of company's office/scheduling staff, but the moving crew was so great it left me feeling really positive overall. The amazing moving crew - Andy, Juan and Marcus - are, without a doubt, all five stars in my book. They wrapped and protected every single piece of furniture so well I don't think it could be scratched even if they tried! They worked until 10pm and Andy still had a smile and took time to answer my questions. He was exceptionally personable, accommodating and helpful with everything. It was amazing to see them pack everything like a puzzle to use every cubic foot of space possible. I don't think Juan ever took a break, every time I looked he was working NONstop. I truly appreciate the care they showed for my mom's valuables.

I am surprised to see so many good reviews, because working with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. I could write an essay on the problems I had throughout this move, but the long and short of it is the communication throughout the process was horrid, my pick up was late causing me to miss it (luckily my roommate was still living in the house and could handle it) and my delivery was 2 weeks later than expected. I will never use this company again.

RUN- This place is a scam my stuff was suppose to be delivered 11-28 they keep telling me a different story and now ignore my calls! First they will low ball your quote to get your business and then take 6 hrs to load very little stuff!!! Still waiting on my stuff! First I was told it's delayed to a snow storm!!! I live in the south! Then they wrecked the truck it's just lie after lie!! If they have done this to you also you can report them to the DOT! If you need help contact me.

So far, road runner moving and storage has only lived up to the latter. My stuff is definitely in storage, but they forgot about the moving part. Sales rep named Justin reached out to me over 2 weeks ago after filling out one of those online "quotes". It was April 25th and I wanted to ship my belongings from Florida to Los Angeles ASAP as I was moving into my apartment May 1st. I realized that was a long shot and I had companies tell me they could leave immediately and be there within 6 days but Road Runner had good reviews and Justin told me it would be there between 10 and 14 days. Not ideal, but for the good price and the good reviews I accepted. Liam and his crew were to pick up my belongings by 8pm. They showed up on April 27th at 11:30pm. My family, who were orchestrating the move in Florida as I was already in LA, were annoyed but thought it was a last ditch effort to get my stuff out the next day. NOPE! It's now May 11th and my stuff is still in storage. They don't even have a truck coming out west! I've called several times asking for a date and they just don't have one. I have been living in an empty apartment with my dog on a blow up bed for 11 days with no end in sight. Mike Miller, their director of operations, only tells you about the problems his company is facing and I've yet to hear how it's my problem or what the solution is. DON'T TAKE THE JOB IF YOU CAN'T PERFORM IT. Liam's crew wrapped my stuff up really well, and I have all the pictures. It looks good - if only they could perform the essential part of a moving company, which is to you know - to MOVE IT. Maybe i'll update this to 2 stars if everything comes in one piece - but at the moment I'm so fed up with these guys, ya'll best look elsewhere for a moving company.

Living across 4 different countries and 6 different states in the US, I've moved dozen times using services from various moving companies. The roadrunnermovingandstorage.com by far has made it the worst experience ever. They are extremely disorganized, don't keep promises and change the pick up or delivery dates without communicating them with you. My work was supposed to be done in 6 day window, but it's been taking 17 days so far! No delivery yet... Bottom line: save your money and use another company instead of dealing with such a chaos and their extremely irresponsible staff.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. Showed up 2 hours late, WITH NO WARNING. Movers, who would not really communicate with us, unloaded HALF of our belongings (there was one mover doing this). One item was the bed, which they were supposed to put together as our contract states and we paid for - they DID NOT do this and refused. At this time, 4 ppl were her and no one would communicate with us. Then then LEFT WITH NO WARNING AT ALL. We called stating HALF our stuff was missing, one of which is a ten foot bar - I don't see how they could miss this. The mover REFUSED to return, saying they didn't have our stuff and making jokes like "You will see your stuff June 2020, good luck" and would hang up. The guy then blocked my number after calling and begging them to return so that I could see the stuff in the truck. They say they scan your things on departure and arrival, clearly this does not happen. We are MISSING about 20 items. Tv, boxes, bags, vacuums, etc. I have my own inventory list which I crossed off when itms walked through the door and we are missing tons. MOVER WERE EXTREMELY SHADY AND LEFT WITH NO WARNING - PROBABLY DROPPED OUR STUFF AT GOD KNOWS WHERE OR WILL BE SELLING IT. DO NOT USE!!! wish it would have been better, but save ur money and go somewhere else. We will be taking legal action.

We have property in Miami that is now being rented to a family. This week the family called my father and asked for the extra rooms in which our some stuff and furniture was lying. It was tricky to organize since we don't live there currently but I had some friends help out and he suggested me to contact these guys. It took over 4 days to arrive but when it did it was wrapped up so well that not even a speck of dust was found when they took off plastic wrap. Whole staff was nice to me. It turned out to be much less of a hassle than I thought it was going to be. thanks a lot guys.
