I have moved a few times in the past 10 years. I used another moving company on 3 to 4 occasions. They were unavailable so a friend recommended Rock's. Three Rock's guys showed up to move my 4 bedroom house. A BIG JOB! They showed up right on time and assured me that they would stick by my side till the job was done. They did just that. With continuous energy, All Three gentlemen handled my furniture with the utmost respect and care. This is my new moving company! Highly recommend!!

I honestly wish I could remember our movers' names so I could shout them out specifically. This was the first time I've ever used movers and they were great. Very fast and friendly and handled all of our stuff with care. They definitely made our move less stressful. My only critique is that I wish the person who scheduled me over the phone would have been a little more specific when asking about the items we had to move and been clearer on what to expect in terms of the process and how to make it as smooth as possible. Overall, though it was a great experience and everyone was kind and professional.

May be alright when you have to move but I chose not to use this moving company I had an interview, got job supposedly, he emailed me two or three times, then was going to make it part time and I still didn't mind - then never heard from again so if this is the type of business communication I'd pass on using them

This is our second time utilizing the services of Rock's Moving and both times were excellent experiences. Absolutely on-time at arrival, no breaks during loading, extreme care while wrapping certain pieces, drove directly to new location and unloaded with no delay. Price initially quoted is price we paid. We have moved several times but Rock's is by far the best.

I have moved only internationally over the past 25 years and so my standards are very high. When the "Rock's Team" arrives I was skeptical and nervous. This was only two days ago. I can honestly say that they exceeded all my expectations and the move was conducted professionally, calmly and with precision and the utmost of care. I would be happy to recommend Rock's to anyone making a move in Florida!

Rock's Moving Company surpassed my expectations. They were incredible from start to finish. My initial call was answered right away, and I was provided an estimate within a minute of conversation. They were flexible with scheduling and worked around what I needed and when within a few days' notice. They were excellent about communication leading up to my move. They called ahead and were ahead of schedule. The movers were personable, friendly, and professional. They took extra care in protecting my furniture in both preparing the furniture for the move and loading the truck. They made moving a breeze, and I will always use Rock's going forward. As a Realtor, having a solid moving company to refer to clients is crucial. Rock's will be the company I always recommend.

Truly the BEST move of my life :) Initially I was skeptical but after two phone chats with owner Scott, and the fact that the woman who answered the phone also sounded confident and communicated well, this raised my confidence. Then when Scott told me: all his men are covered by workers comp, he only uses his employees not day-laborers; and that he includes at no extra cost full-replacement on any items broken. Federal & FL law only require movers have "full-value protection" which is 60cents/pound coverage. The coverage is based on your valuation of the contents being transported. The 'full-value protection is based on about 1 percent of what owner valuates his items ! ..... The team arrived on time, all spoke decent English. I was impressed by how carefully they wrapped a new white leather sofa! HIGHLY recommend.

****UPDATE***** Rock's called back and will be reimbursing me for the items missing. I really appreciate them finally listening and providing assistance. I will use them again. I have used Rock's Moving in the past with no issues. They have been accommodating with my schedule, etc. this time, unfortunately there was an issue and trying to get a resolution has been less than a pleasant experience. The move seemed to go smoothly, until I started to unpack my items and realized that I was missing a bag with 2 pillows, shower curtain and hooks. These items were packed up last minute the morning of the move in a black garbage bag (along with another black garbage bag with additional pillows and comforter). One of the pillows cost over $100, as it was a tempurpedic type pillow to help with sleeping issues and less than a month old. Total loss with 2 pillows and shower curtain was close to $200. I have called multiple times, sent my receipts for the items and I have zero resolution. Last conversation was the guys checked the moving truck and it's not on there. We hope it shows up for you. Seriously? You lost my items and you are going to just say oh well! They have a process in place for items damaged, but not ones that go missing? In fact, I felt like they were saying I was lying. Which is very upsetting given I have used them at least 4 times. If this wouldn't have happened, I would have given them 5 start but the lack of follow up and not helping me has soured me all together on the company. I shouldn't have to hound you to get a resolution and you should have a solution in place to help your customers. I am beyond disappointed and disgusted. I will not recommend nor will I use Rock's moving again.

I called today to check availability and pricing for a move. I've just returned from a Military deployment and all of my things needed to be moved from storage to my new apartment. They beat the next closet quote I had by more than 150.00 and actually had same day availability without any extra charges or anything. James and Leland were phenomenal. They were both very had working and personable and had me packed up and heading over to my new apartment in no time. Even with my new apartment being on the second floor they finished in less than the expected time and then adjusted the price charging me about 50.00 dollars less than their already very reasonable quote. They took great care of my belongings with no damage or problems at all. I would absolutely use them again. Thanks guys!

We recently moved and had a wonderful experience with Rock's Moving. James and Leland were the 2 gentlemen that moved us. James and Leland were the individuals who moved us and I highly recommend them. Since choosing a moving company is such a stressful decision, I posted a request on the "Nextdoor" app and there were many recommendations for Rock's. After researching Rock's on YELP, I decided to schedule our move with them. I am glad I did- James and Leland were great- very hardworking and conscientious. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, but I'm never moving again!

Rock's Moving Company was a pleasure to work with in every way. The office staff was very helpful and responsive while handling our scheduling and payments. The moving team of Wally and George was outstanding! They arrived on time, introduced themselves, and explained how things would go. Throughout the day, they were highly professional and courteous, and they took wonderful care of our stuff! They didn't waste any time during the move, or even during the drive from one home to the next. I HIGHLY recommend Rock's, particularly Wally and George. They represented the company extremely well.

Moving is always a stressful situation but Rock's Moving Co. made it easy from start to finish! Price was very fair. One of their best movers--named Matt and his very capable assistant George arrived on time and quickly got to work! They worked efficiently and carefully moved us from our 3500 sq ft home into a 2 bedroom apartment. Matt and George were respectful and very professional! Thanks to you both again! I was happy to learn that Rock's does long distance moves within the state of FL. When we find our next home on the Atlantic side we are definitely going to use Rock's again.

What an awful experience. I checked reviews online and this company had high ratings. I moved to a new location to undergo chemo and radiation treatments simultaneously. I have never used a moving company before. This move was a disaster. My $3800.00 tempurpedic bed was badly damaged after I repeatedly told the men that it was an expensive bed and to take care moving it. A full size mirror/ jewelry box was damaged and then someone put a screw in it to try to fix it but it did not work. After I confronted and took pictures of the bed damage then more furniture came in that was scatched up, gouged or with broken off pieces. That does not include the smashed breakables in the boxes marked FRAGILE in red letters and the missing tote that I only discovered after someone unpacking them for me. I had them all labeled and numbered so I have a list of all of what was in that tote. My main concern was the bed as I need that to deal with the pain I live with at this point. They said they didn't cause any of it and when repeatedly calling the office they said the claim was denied. The last two messages I left was to talk to the president or vice president of the company and they didn't return my calls. I am so sick at this time and certainly didn't need to have to deal with something like this. I'm not even sure I could keep an appointment at small claims court since I spend most days vomiting and in bed. What an awful experience. There are a number of things that cannot be replaced but I still want payment for the damages.

While moving is never a pleasure, Rocks made it a lot less stressful. I emailed for an estimate and they got back to me as promised in less than 24hrs. Surprisingly, the schedule could accommodate me the same week. Three guys arrived on time to move our small, 3 BR home. I wasn't 100% packed, meaning that I didn't have 30 neatly stacked and taped boxes like you see in the movies. They really helped me a lot. I even learned a few things about proper packing, other than using bubble wrap for everything, to ensure safe transport. My favorite part was putting everything in the new house. The first thing 'The Fixer' aka Ocho, did was put my king bed back together so I could get started on a cozy place to sleep. He was also kind enough to help me put a 60" TV on a stand (it was wall mounted before and my husband is away on business). When putting boxes in closets for me they made sure that only the lightest went on the top shelf so that nothing would fall on my head in the future. Sometimes it's the little things. They were all funny, hard working, helpful guys and I would recommend Rocks Moving hands down over all the others out there!!

I had to call these movers in almost at the last minute. They were professional, kind, courteous, and helpful. The three guys who came to do my move could not have been more enthusiastic, friendly, professional, helpful or kind. They were also a wealth of information as I was moving into an older home and had not had experience with the small staircases and narrow hallways. They were able to give me advice on future furniture purchases! Overall the experience was excellent and if and when I have the need to move again I will certainly be calling them.

After another moving company would not honor their Groupon, I called my realtor and asked who he would recommend. He's personally used Rock's Moving Company and highly recommended them. I spoke to Cherie, their friendly office staff, who was able to get me onto their schedule fairly quickly. On the day of the move, Matt (team lead), Neil, and Mike showed up on time and did an outstanding job of moving my belongings. I moved from a 2-bedroom apartment (1st floor) to a 3-bedroom townhouse (2 floors). They were very careful with my 2 curved glass curio cabinets which arrived undamaged. They successfully moved both adjustable beds to the 2nd floor of my new home. At the end of the move, they asked if anything was out of place and were happy to make any adjustments. From start to finish, the move came in just under 2-hours. Thanks, again, for making this move into my new home the best one yet!

Comments to the owner's reply, almost two years after my experience: "6/15/2018 This review was written four months after the move. At the time of the move the customer and our office came to a settlement agreement. We paid the amount that the customer requested and he agreed he would take the money and do the repairs to the bed himself. Four months later it appears as though he has spent the money in other places, and has not gotten the bed repaired. We have done our part in this matter." R: First of all, I won't ever forget what your guys irresponsibly did when they broke my bed. Nor in 4 four months, nor in 40 years .. I haven't fixed it because is too expensive and watching it broken every single morning reminds me that sour day when I mistakenly hired your services. Second, you didn't pay the amount I requested. That's a lie. Since you didn't pay for the damages, all I got was a ridiculous discount for the "moving" service. I still can't believe how I paid after that disaster. You comment about me spending some "money" that I didn't get is simply immature and pointless. Hiring you guys in the past is a sentence that I'll have to carry out till the day I switch my bed. Your response just confirms the lack of professionalism and management of your business. ___ Hiring these people to move our stuff it's been by far one of the biggest errors of our lives. When we saw the lead guy smiling and joking since the moment he arrived, both my wife and myself felt a horrible feeling that a few hours later would finish in a huge disaster that we're still suffering every night. The pathetic job executed by the movers got complemented by the irresponsibility of the manager who didn't assume liability about the damages caused by his employees. Whoever cares about his furniture, should think twice about hiring this company. They damaged very badly our king bed, structurally and physically, to the point that it cracks all the time; the scary scratches caused when they hit the bed against the walls (which we had to fix and paint again) and the crack sounds we hear since that event remind us a dark and horrible day that unfortunately we won't ever forget. Our loved super solid Italian platform bed, bought in $7000 after been on sale, became a piece of furniture that nobody would like to buy in the current condition. And all this because the irresponsibly of one rookie guy that talked about himself as a very professional mover. This guy that didn't have the required tool to disassemble completely the bed, took the decision to move the bed entirely. I personally warned him (as well as the other assistant guy which at least was against his superior); I even offered him the option to find the tool to do it right. I specially begged attention to our bed since it's (was) the most expensive furniture we had. The lead guy just didn't listen and did what we wanted. A couple of hours later, since they had to stop to have lunch first, the bed got cracked and scratched against the walls and ceiling and since then all we think about while been on the bed is why we had to hire these people. There aren't enough words to describe the anger and damage caused by these people. Just after the incident happened, we spoke to the owner's wife who said they would take care of the issues. By the time all the stuff was out of the truck, I called again since the the owner didn't call as they were supposed to do. The husband, just was willing to provide a ridiculously low discount to the bill and wouldn't fix anything as promised by his wife and employees. The mover said all the time that his company was going to fix his disaster, but turned out it was a lie. These people are liars, irresponsible and careless. Do a favor to you and hire anyone else. We deeply regret hiring them and the fact we didn't hire somebody else responsable.

Excellent moving company!! Very friendly movers. They showed up on time and moved my stuff quickly without breaking anything. Highly recommend. I paid $130 per hour for three movers. They always 26 foot truck.
