On Time, friendly and efficient! Would recommend and use again.

I love these guys! I've used them for the past 4 years (yes, I've moved every year...). 4 moves and i'll keep using them for all of my moves. For the people that have commented complaining about things being scratched, that's completely normal when you move... If something breaks, it's more than likely not their fault. I've moved cross country three times and that's when I've had one MAYBE two small pieces of furniture damaged. These guys take care to not damage your things, or your house. The one you're moving into, or the one your moving out of. These guys have always wrapped my furniture in blankets, cling wrapped desks or pieces of wood (pretty well I might add, at least 2 inches thick) and I've never had anything damaged. The small scratch here and there that is easily handleable. Not this last move, but the previous one I had them do, the guys ended up having a nearby truck that was done unloading come and help them unload and didn't charge me extra. They got the job done in an hour, instead of the three hours it would've taken two of them. I've never had anybody slow. I'm pretty sure I've had all the guys that work there, and they're all wonderful. Highly recommend.

They came to our facility, ran over our stop sign and flowers coming into our self storage facility. They didn't even stop, we had to stop them to tell them what they did. All he could say is things happen, really....no respect for our facility, just imagine what respect for your belongings if they moved you. Sorry they will not be a moving service we would recommend to our self storage customers.

Absolutely the best moving company I've ever used. Seth and Shawn were polite, professional, quick, and efficient. Even carried my dog crate into my car for me. Awesome experience and made my moving day so easy.

We're very happy with Shawn & Shawn! They encountered a tough situation when the piece we were moving out of a 3rd floor condo was too tall for the elevator. They worked it out! We'll definitely use them again and recommend to others!

What a great company! They answered the phone promptly (yay!), answered all my questions, scheduled the move for the one day I needed it a few days after the initial phone call (I was only in town for a few days), arrived when they said they would, quickly and efficiently moved my mother-in-law, cleaned up the accidental glass breakage that wasn't their fault, were polite, and easy to work with. And the price was very reasonable! Thank you S&S! You made what could have been a tough transition a very painless one.

Your example about totaling the car doesn't apply to this situation. I was not the one who damaged the table, your company was. This is poor customer service all around.

We have moved across the country multiple times with the big name companies but used Shawn and Shawn for a short crosstown move and they were great. We needed them to just handle the big stuff and they took great care in making sure every was handled to our satisfaction. Had room on the truck and time to spare so moved even more than we planned which was greatly appreciated. Have already recommended them to friends.

Excellent. They take care of your furniture. They arrive on schedule I run a small hotel and I use them for furniture changes there and at my home

Very disappointed since it was recommended to me by a good friend. The two guys that work my moved where very slow, figure they were taking their time to charge me more since the move was small one. Also from two of them, one was like a family member of the owner so he hardly do any work, left everything to the other guy who by the way did all the work. Damage few of my pieces, never called to follow up and check on my experience. I would not recommend to anybody. Dissapointed customer.

Our family chose Shawn & Shawn moving and they are simply the best. Sammy and Shawn B did our move and they are professional and truly cared about our belongings. I have moved a lot over the years and I can honestly say that this was my best moving experience. Austin and Clint were great! They were on time, worked fast but were careful with my belongings and never complained. I will use Shawn and Shawn Moving from here on out and highly recommend them.
