I had to assist an elderly client with a move from her condo to an assisted living/nursing facility. Certainly outside of my normal routine but this move needed careful coordination with aides and medical transport. Naturally my search for a short distance mover started with Yelp. First I quickly got a written quote which turned out to be incredibly accurate. It was $85 for the truck and $85 an hour for two men. Julia was so wonderful in setting up the move on short notice. Junior and Brian showed up right within the 1 hour time frame and went to work. They properly wrapped the bed, furniture and breakables. They were kind, considerate and professional. They were being given directions/orders by my client's aides as to what went and what stayed and, what order they should be removed from the truck. They worked hard for 3 1/2 hours without a break to complete the move. I certainly would use this company again for a local move. Thank you Julia, Junior and Brian!

If you are looking for a responsible moving company THIS IS THE WRONG PLACE. I used their service a week ago. I have never had such a bad experience to work with. I called Roman( the owner of the company, I know him in person) 2 weeks in advance and ask him to help us unload a truck. I asked him to send an experienced worker because we had a lot of expensive and fragile things. He said okey. Moving day The worker they sent asked us how to move things. It was his first day at job . He was extremely unprofessional and broke a very expensive lamp ($600 value). We canceled on them after couple of hours of work and complete the job ourselves. I can say it was the worst service I have ever had. I believed them as I knew them before. Never going to use them again! Never.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I hired them to come from 2-3pm to help move what was left in my apartment. Not only did they say they would be arriving in 40 minutes at 3:50... Julia is refusing to give me the $50 deposit back even though they didn't fulfill the contract. She is trying to say I cancelled when they didn't come when agreed. Plus, based on these reviews they will screw up your furniture anyway. I should have looked this company up before paying them anyway. Don't be stupid like me. I'm on the phone with my bank right now!!! I'll be calling Better Business Bureau in the morning. Save yourself the headache. Anything higher than 1 star is their friends/family!!!!!!!!!

These are only a few of the pics I have, and Julia had the wrong email address that I corrected today, I did submit a form for my damaged items, also all you have to do is look at the pics and toy can clearly see that my stuff read not wrapped look at the dining room chair completely not wrapped, I will not go back and forth with you i know what happened i told them that i would let the rest of the things go as long as they compensated me appropriately for the new TV that they shared that is why i did not want to pay until my stuff was unloaded into my home not garage . I did send a pic of the shattered pic I wish I could add it now so everyone could see

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! they will BREAK everything you own and not take responsibility for ANYTHING. we literally have a video of the inexperienced "movers" who "moved" us admitting blame to breaking an item. emails have been sent to their "claim department" and calls made - the number for their claims department (240.701.3377) is not even a working number. like others have mentioned, this company is a TOTAL scam. the Julia woman who is the contact for florida doesnt even speak English. do yourself a HUGE favor, if you have any money and care for the items you are moving, take the time to research ANY other moving company besides this one and PAY them for real services. otherwise, like us, you will end up spending unnecessary time with people who DONT KNOW HOW TO MOVE and losing items you value. SHAME ON YOU, MY SPACE EXPRESS. SHAME!

I was relocating and sent a request for moving services in to some website. Space Express responded to my request. They came back with very reasonable price for what I wanted done. And I signed them up on the first call. Scheduling my move was all done via email and everything was fine. I had no issues at all. The moving crew was very friendly, professional, and courteous. They arrived right on time. Job was done very well and very quickly. They wrapped all my belongings in blankets before they put them in the truck and moved everything, unwrapped everything upon arrival to my new location, set me up, and were in and out in less time than they had estimated. There was no breakage. The entire experience was extremely positive and I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. I would highly recommend them. Thank you!!

Company refused to remedy an issue when I informed them I had fraudulent charges and had to have my debit card cancelled. They went ahead and processed the refund to a cancelled debit card and stated I received the refund. I did not. I have bank statements to prove this but they still refuse to remedy this situation. Would not recommend they are clearly not honest.

Terrible service, I do not recommend them because they do not have qualified personnel for this simple job, When I moved in addition to exceeding the transport time they destroyed my mattress, the company apparently has an insurance that is responsible for these damages but there was never one response to my claim. This is not a serious company, if you check the reviews clearly you could realize that they are used to being from claim to claim. My suggestion is to find a competent company because you could lose more money in the damage to your belongings.

We got a referral from our friends, and did not regret it. I give this company our highest recommendation.We hired them last weekend to move us from an apartment to a three-story townhouse. The movers were punctual, unfailingly polite, and efficient. All of our furniture was carefully packed in our apartment, and it arrived in perfect condition and in record time. They were able to neatly disassembled our beds and they assembled our beds at our new location. The three workers worked tirelessly to ensure the job done as efficiently as possible. I cannot say enough positive things about these guys. I am very happy with their service!

I had a great experience with Space Express Movers from start to finish! Super efficient and professional. All was done online and few calls. I moved my daughter’s 5 piece bedroom set to her dads house on a 5th floor apartment building. Initially, I was concerned because the set is a princess white bedroom set with lots of decor all over it, but Val & Jimmy went out of their way to make sure it was wrapped well enough that no damage would occur. Once my daughter’s dad received them, he also commented how careful and professional these guys were. I highly recommend this moving company if you’re looking for fast, professional and reasonably priced (got several other quotes) movers. I will use again in the future.
