Our crew of Anil and Rick were awesome! You could tell right away they cared about our stuff as if it was their own. They made sure we felt comfortable with what they were doing and answered all of our questions. Moving out of state can be VERY exhausting and scary but they made us feel as good as we possibly could with their kindness and hard work. They were fast but very efficient. At no point did me or my wife worry about the work they were doing. I would not hesitate to recommend these 2 gentlemen to work on our move again or for anyone else. I have moved several times and this was, by far, the best experience I have ever had. They were extremely respectful every step of the way. Carlos and Jay were the best!! I would use them again without question! They definitely made a stressful time much smoother.

Jason, Lucas, Carmen, Thomas, and Torres, were wonderful! Arrived on time, worked extremely hard and efficiently. They were very thorough and accommodating. Displayed professionalism, but at the same time were friendly and personable, the entire time . They helped make the stressful experience of moving much more palatable. Absolutely the worst moving experience ever. We have relocated perhaps 10 times over the years, and this move was by far the worst we have encountered. The day of packing, only one person showed up to pack the entire house. He kept saying others were on the way, but noneone ever showed. The following morning, loading day, only the driver showed up. No help at all!! he had to first complete the packing from the day before, and then began loading. BY HIM SELFF!! He told us several times that help was coming. We tried repeatedly to reach our move consultant, but could only get her voicemail. Finally, at about 4:30, to more guys showed up to help the driver. They eventually finished loading the truck at 9pm. But wait, that's not it. When the load was delivered to our new house, they were not able to park at our house, and said they could not use the driveway because the truck weighed too much. They told us this should have been set up a shuttle delivery. The driver had to go to the local U-Haul and rent a truck. They then loaded our goods onto that truck and finally after two trips our stuff was unloaded. And by the way, we have never heard from these people after complaining about the move. Apparently they are not as committed to customer service as they claim to be. Gary M Lawrenceville, Ga.

Excellent experience with Suddath. They shipped my stuff from Korea to Florida with no mishaps. Their communication throughout the whole process was great and kept me up to date on where my stuff was with their online tracking system. The delivery team of Raul, Roman and Vince was top notch. I highly recommend using this company and will go back to them for my next move.

Absolutely horrible! Twin Oaks was assigned to me by Suddath Relocation Systems to have my household goods moved. Anyone serving in the military knows that no matter what your household goods are broken down and setup by the moving company that is assigned to you. However that was not the case... My things arrived not setup or put together as I was told that would be and my vacuum arrived broken. Neither company did anything to help and seemed unbothered by a dissatisfied customer and veteran. I would not recommend Twin Oaks or Suddath to anyone military or not. Horrible.

The team is Suddath was incredible to work with on our cross-town residential move. Dan Lees set everything up and came to our old place to assess what we have and give us an accurate estimate of moving costs. He also gave us a few great money saving tips about buying our own bags for mattresses / getting a special TV box. On moving day, Neri and Felix showed up during the required window and were great to work with. Moving is always stressful, and they were great to work with to help reduce this. No complaints from them about having to bring heavy furniture up our stairs in our two-story townhouse. Everything was delivered without damage including my piano. They were very good about pointing out pre-existing damage in the old place. Overall an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend the team at Suddath for any move.

Jason is a very nice person, he and his wife packed all the things for us in the house before we move, they did excelleng job very fast from 9am and done by noon. They are also thoughtful and leave us boxes and tapes in case we need in the future. I would definitely recommend them to my friends. Flora

My movers were prompt, courteous, and professional. They let me know when they would arrive and were on time. Anil Patton and his partner, Chuck, worked efficiently and were careful to wrap each item of furniture separately. It was obvious that they were very experienced and experts at moving and packing a truck. They really worked together as a team, they were personable and friendly. I would use this company again. The man who came to do our estimate was prompt and professional, and Terry, in the office, was very helpful when ever we called with questions. I am happy with the service we received, and I highly recommend them.

This has been by far the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. Our belongings were packed on August 22, shipped from California on September 15 and still HAS NOT ARRIVED to Florida and it is September 22. Everything was sitting in a warehouse in California for 4 weeks. Every time I call Suddath, I can never get a straight answer as to where our belongings are and why it has not been delivered. It has been 5 weeks without our belongings! We have been living out of our suitcases for a whole month. This company has no answers and compassion. Do not move with this company!!!!

My company recently contracted with Suddath for a warehouse move to a new facility after being in the same location for over 15 years. Our experience with John, Rich, and the entire crew was exceptional. Right from the start, I was impressed by John and Rich's professionalism and knowledge. As we discussed the scope of the move, they both asked questions that made it clear they were aware of the challenges and preparations needed for a successful warehouse move. They came to our warehouse and took careful notes and pictures to give us as accurate a quote as possible. When John came by to present the proposal, he reviewed with us a well-prepared, detailed, and clear proposal in an attractive presentation folder. He reviewed the company's history and capabilities. Throughout the entire process, he was easy to work with, displayed consistent follow-through, and communicated well with our team. Rich was extremely knowledgeable and selected an excellent crew to work with us on our move day. The movers on moving day were hardworking, considerate and careful with our product, located items just as we needed, and worked quickly yet safely. They were so efficient, we completed our move a day early and under budget. It's always exciting to get an invoice that's lower than the quote you'd received. While moving is always stressful, they made it as easy as possible and worked well with our entire team every step of the way. Highly recommend.
