Harold, Gordan and Willie.... The review is delayed by a week. That's because the three of you had sooo much to move for me. I have to say, as far as moving goes, the three of you made it a good experience. Your all patient, kind and understanding of the stress involved in moving. I couldn't of asked for a better experience going through a move from a house to an apartment! Thanks for your help! Outstanding job. In this day and age, it's hard to find people that understand their job/role and do it well. The three of you have accomplished that!

Most everything went fine until Mayflower decided not to fix scratches in a bedroom set they have damaged. They asked for me to verify the value and I was able to find the manufacture and line. From some reason they would not accept that and they would not tell me why. Beware - Mayflower and Suddath do not honor their agreement- I had a full repair/replace contract and the damage was verified and cost to fix estimated by a contractor hired by Mayflower Suddath.

I'll start by saying I don't know if this is the correct location to leave this review as there are a few Suddath Relocations on Yelp. However, I'm appalled. I did a virtual survey with a relocation specialist who was supposed to get back to me with a move estimate, and she never did. I never got a response to my email inquiring about the status of my estimate. Great way to case people's homes and all their possessions by offering a virtual survey and then disappearing. I'd never hire them to handle my move at this point because the professionalism is at a zero.

We just had the best move by Harold, Gordan and Willie. They were prompt, courteous, and very efficient. They took excellent care of our belongings and house. This is our fourth move with a major van line. This was an excellent crew and a stress-free process. Thank you, Suddath!

In response your company Suddath Relocation/United Van Lines asked for an email from the hazmat company stating that it was safe to enter the house. The email was sent and your company verified that they received it. Despite this Suddath Relocation/United Van Lines still cancelled my move. The worst part was that they waited until the night before to cancel a cross country move! Never again!

Outstanding move! Professional, on time, caring, and friendly. Listened to all of our instructions and took care of each item that was special. The entire crew was polite. Thank you to Shelley for setting up the survey. She was quick in getting it set up and very knowledgeable. Thank you to Timmy, Shelton, and Reggie for the loading service. They were always smiling and working hard. Thank you to Frank in the warehouse for the many times he helped load boxes for us. And special thanks to Patrick for getting the biggest boxes in our car. The whole Operations team was great. The General Manager, JP, came out to do a quality check. What a nice touch. Great teamwork!

We were very pleased with Joyce Lanning's crew. They were efficient, quick, and took care of our belongings so as not to damage them. They also found my husband's phone when he lost it.

Our move team was professional and efficient. They helped us move a 53k sq ft facility and did so in 3 nights, with care for the equipment and furniture/belongings entrusted to them. It was clear their goal was to please. My team and theirs worked very well together and were successful in moving the facility in the very short timeframe allotted. Warren Owens' team was fantastic and we really appreciated all they did for us. The Suddath team was a bright spot in this stressful time for our company.

I'm very pleased with the service provided by Suddath Relocation Systems. From the In-Home estimate to the final delivery of my furniture, each member of their team was personable, prompt, and professional. All of my furniture and wall art was wrapped with care, and there was no damage to any items. They were even able to make my final delivery one day earlier than estimated.

Suddath did a great job during my local move. Even though my move was small they still made sure it was done correctly and offered any extra help I may have needed.

Suddath acted as our local support for a United move. Deb arrived at our home and was immediately very gracious in the communication troubles we experienced earlier that day (my phone was not receiving calls or texts). She still arrived within twenty minutes of our original scheduled time. Thankfully she had the foresight to have other people continue to try to contact me, and they were able to get through to me. (Sorry again Deb). Deb took 10 minutes just to make small talk and I was immediately at ease. Her countenance gave me the peace of mind that she was fully capable at what she was set out to do, and she was no longer a stranger intruding in our home, but a qualified professional here to help me with an overwhelming task. She was very thorough in her walk through and very quick in making her notes which kept things moving quickly. At no time during her visit did i feel she was forgetting or not seeing something that was important. With poor planning on my part, I forgot to organize a second location (my father's woodshop) to be surveyed. Thankfully my wife mentioned it and asked if I had set it all up to have a walk through... With a minute of planning and making sure I had keys to my dad's house, Deb happily offerred to take a look at the second location (a few miles away) immediately. She then put up with my putting my dad on speaker phone and verbally explaining what was in his woodshop that was being moved, and what was staying... (No one likes me trying to relay information as the middleman!) Thank you Deb for your tremendous service and expertise in which you surveyed our house (and Dad's shop!)... I will gladly recommend United and Suddath.

Suddath did a wonderful job and made my move extremely easy. From the time of the quote, packing, loading and unloading, everyone on the Suddath team were extremely friendly and hard working. The team who did the packing, loading and unloading did an amazing job. I had no issues at all. I highly recommend Suddath for any move!

Rotten experience. I moved with them almost 3 years ago, and it still bothers me so much, I decided to find them and leave a review. Everything started out fine: they came and gave a fair estimate, and then on moving day, they were on time, packed my belongings well. I was living in a 3rd floor walkup rental apartment, and during the move, the movers slammed a dolly up and down the stairs, busted out the window crosspieces, and laughed about it. I ended up paying a huge portion of my deposit to pay for the damage from the movers. As part of the intake, the movers rushed through a list of "valuables." I didn't have anything especially valuable, so I didn't declare anything as special. But I had just bought a printer and fax machine, and they were in the original boxes, and I saw them go on the van. On the other end, they were almost 2 weeks late. When they finally arrived, they complained during the unloading. And the printer and fax machine were inexplicably gone. The manifest sheet was all jumbled, and there was no way to follow if everything was delivered, and the movers just mumbled to call the office when about 10 boxes on the manifest could not be identified in my things. After I unpacked everything, I called to explain that some things appeared to have been missing. The only things I could clearly identify as missing were the printer and fax. The company, instead of apologizing for MISSING items, sent me a check for less than $3, based on weight-based damage. I didn't even cash it, it was so ridiculous. When I signed up for the insurance, I was thinking about damage, not full-out theft. In the end, the electronics was probably worth $200 or so, not the end of the world. But I was more offended by the idea that a moving company would steal your things. If I saw it go on the van, and it wasn't there when the things arrived, no one else could be responsible. And because it was only the things that were clearly marked as electronics, it was clearly deliberate. I left feeling almost violated, and definitely would not use this company again if anyone else was available.
