On time, hardworking, careful. These guys made our local move much easier. We have a lot delicate furniture and they took great care to make sure nothing was damaged. We were moving into a brand new house with real wood floors and came out of the move with no scratches and marks at all. They also came with a lot of their own bungee cords, moving blankets, and ratchet straps. Use them for your move!

I called the Incredible Giants to load a 17 foot truck for a cross country move and they did a phenomenal job. Silas and Nick came out and loaded my truck extremely quickly and efficiently. They did the whole job in about 30 minutes and were very reasonably priced. They were also personable and gave me recommendations in my new city. Just make sure you have cash to pay as they prefer cash. I can't recommend these guys highly enough!

This was my first experience with movers that 1. Showed up on time, as scheduled and 2. Packed and handled my items as if they were their own! James and his team were awesome. They were also very patient with me with my indecisiveness in where to put my furniture. Overall it was such a positive experience and i will be using them in the future :)

I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS but after such an Incredible Experience with the Incredible Giants, wanted to let everybody know that these guys are the absolute best movers I've ever had. On time, honest, courteous, knowledgeable, diligent, and some of the hardest working guys I've ever seen. Jason and Christopher showed up on time and ready to go and didn't stop for a second until the job was done to our complete satisfaction and everything was placed and set up how we wanted it. I can't say enough good things about how great an experience we had with them. Do yourself a favor and hire them to help with your move.

I am very disappointed with this moving company- tried to get a hold of James multiple times but he never answered his phone and his voicemail was always full. It wasn't until I resorted to texting that I got a response prior to the move. The movers didn't come with any supplies of their own so luckily I had rented some dollies, etc. just in case. Thankfully I hired them through hireahelper.com because once my things arrived, they were horribly damaged due to poor packing and the movers hadn't used any of the moving blankets I had provided. The movers themselves were very courteous- I tipped them well and in hindsight I should've kept a better eye on the actual truck packing rather than organizing things inside. When I contacted James with pictures of the damage and asked what the process was for reimbursement, I never received a response. Luckily hireahelper reimbursed me partially for my damaged items, but I would've expected better from a moving company--my recommendation would be to look elsewhere.

This was my first experience using movers instead of bribing friends with pizza and now I doubt I'll go back to my old method. They were so friendly, funny, careful, and quick. When we got to the complex I was moving to, they said the freight elevator was down, but I was moving to the fourth floor. Despite them suddenly needing to take the stairs to move everything, they were still extremely pleasant and game. Luckily it started working during the move but attitudes like that deserve a shout out. Thank you James for letting me reschedule the time window at the last minute and making it work. In a nutshell, book this company if you want a stress-free moving process with friendly people!

James and Silas are magicians!! They were able to put so much in our POD!! They were very professional and organized! They were thoughtful in their approach ensuring our stuff was cared for properly and would fit in the POD and moving truck. They worked fast without sacrificing the quality of their service. They asked questions to make sure they stored things in the right place. Moving is never easy, however, James and Silas sure reduced a great deal of my stress by taking care of the hard part! Incredible Giants moved me from north Tampa to Seminole Heights (one bedroom apartment). They were quick, polite and very affordable. Scheduling took a couple days so make sure you contact them ahead of time. Send them an email don't call.

James and Jason are amazing! I hired them to unload after I drove up from Miami. They were on time and unloaded the truck just as planned. I contacted James 48 hours prior to move & he was able to work it in. Arrived on time & finished per timeline agreed upon. Both Jason & James were super polite & diligent. They were very careful - treated my stuff as if it was there own. Very important to be up front & honest with your stuff so they can quote it correctly instead giving them a surprise upon there arrival. Great job guys and I will be sure to recommend you all in the future to anyone I know moving in the area.

James and his crew were professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for movers at a great price who are pleasant and meticulous about their work. Unfortunately our move ended up being during a tropical storm but they handled it completely fine with rain coming down all day long. Moving is stressful but at least during that portion of the move we felt at ease.

I moved this weekend using a helper service of hireahelper and was referred to Gentle Giants. I was very please with my move. Showed up at 9 am and Jason and Ian were very professional and mindful of packing my moving truck and when we got to the new place unloaded fast and helped my put my bed together which was nice since I could get the frame to go together. I would use them again and have recommend them to several people as well. I was very nice to know that all the belongings that I packed arrived at me new place. I have used other movers in the area and had more than 20 boxes missing but were charged for twice the amount then was packed. These guys are aces and very reasonable.

I contacted James yesterday last minute to move me the very next day. I got an immediate response, quote and time of arrival. Both James and Jason were highly professional, kind, informative, thorough and fast. What's great about them too, is as everyone knows you purge a lot when moving and being able to use one company for moving and hualing trash is very convenient, which eliminated so much stress that I had. They helped in an emergency situation and were wonderful right up to the $1,500 damage done to our Cherry Dining room table. I was told they would resolve the problem immediately. It has been a year! James refuses to return my calls, much less resolve the problem. It's a shame a law suit seems to be the only way to resolve a very resolvable problem! Had moving services recently. The guys were very courteous and knew what they were doing. They were a little late but I had also just arrived at the pick up location as well. I did not get charge for that time so I cannot complain. (I don't think)!!! naa anyway I was suggest the services again. The only thing I would say is I I understand that you have your own equipment but the movers should be a little more proficient or have a little more training in moving furniture pieces through doorways. Ok I know there is no textbook way to do something like that. Being a mover though should entitle you to having tips for protecting items against banging against the wall. I do understand that furniture sways and a lot of times you cannot get a third person in the middle. Taking your time always helps but I watched the guys and not one time did I feel like they were miss handling my things aggressively. I guess I should've tried to just wrap all the items with furniture covers but then it can make it super slippery for movers to grab. Let me find some stain and shut up lol. Good job

The Incredible Giants were extremely reasonable with pricing and very responsive. I received a call from James regarding my request for a quote within 10 minutes of submission. And they worked very well with the timeframe I needed and even gave me guidance on how to get the most effective service for a 2-hour timeslot. Our move has been put on hold and I had to cancel my reservation with them, but, because of their stellar communication and competitive pricing, I will be sure to use them for our upcoming move once it was been rescheduled.

I am currently enjoying lunch after another seamless moving experience with Incredible Giants. They were on time, quick, professional, careful, and a pleasure to be around. They make an activity as often dreaded as moving seem easy. Will definitely use them again and would definitely recommend them!

I moved last weekend and Jason and Travis came to help. They were both so professional and courteous. They went from my storage unit then to my house. Jason is a very creative packer! When we got to the new home they unloaded everything very carefully and places it all where it needed to go. Moving is a very stressful experience but Gentle Giants seemed to take it away.
