Very professional and proficient transportation company. I worked in transportation for 20 yrs in the Air Force and worked with many cargo and personal property companies and these guys rival the best of them. Fast, professional, courteous movers. Treated our home like their own. They were very conscious of the stress of moving and took our feelings in consideration when they unloaded our things. They also had the best rates around for our move from Lakeland to Oldsmar. My husband and I are very happy with our move and completely recommend them to anyone moving. Veteran owned and operated. Special acknowledgement to Shawn and Justin for taking such good care of our and my parents moves. We will be referring you to friends and family.

It was a traumatic moving experience. My agreement was for a 26 foot truck. They showed up with an old pickup truck and trailer, then they couldn't fit all my items and ended up piling them in the back of the pickup like Sanford and son. I'm not even sure how they were able to safely drive on the highway. A three hour travel time ended up being 5 hours. When they finally arrived, they held my items hostage at the destination unless I paid in full upfront. Once paid they became irate and started unloading my items randomly throughout the property, forcing me to chase them so I could put my belongings away correctly. I felt unsafe, vulnerable and had to make a scene in my new neighborhood. Very embarrassing. I'm lucky I even have my belongings back and just relieved it's all over now.

I have moved plenty of times in my life and I have hired movers many times, I have never had such a huge difference in the estimate and the final bill. The estimate was for $400+ and my total bill was $760.50. Now I understand that the first is just an estimate, however, the estimate should have also included that I said we were moving upstairs and that I had a 4 foot china hutch that had glass. Both of these items were told to Justin who gave me my estimate, in fact, Justin asked more details, like the glass and stairs. My move took about 3.5 hours, that is it! AND that includes the time they traveled, so really the move only took 3 hours. Below is a copy of my invoice and what they charged. By the way, it took 4 emails and a phone call to actually get a detailed invoice. When I talked to the owner, he stated, I should have asked the movers how much the upcharge would be for the china cabinet packing and the stairs. Well, by the time they were there, I had to move, so I was basically at their mercy and just wanted my stuff moved. I NEVER thought putting cardboard, and shrink wrap on a 4 ft. hutch and 19 stairs were going to cost $200 additional. I am upset because the lack of professional communication, and that they should have put stairs and china hutch in the invoice, which i thought they had, since I was asked specifically on these items. As a Realtor, I can assure you I will never recommend this company. Which is sad, two out of the three guys worked so very hard. The foreman just told me how dehydrated he was because he was out drinking the night before, and didn't do much of anything. We had such a small amount of items to move, I can't imagine if I would ask them to move everything in the house, like most have to. He says he refunded my deposit. NOT TRUE! Thank goodness I put it on a credit card and had to get Wells Fargo involved. It took 2 months of not paying before they finally had to do it. If you want rude, dirty movers with a filthy truck and difficulty getting your money back if the situation arises, then this is the company for you.

I know that the owner, Miguel, will respond to this negatively but at this point they have left me with no other options but to report them on social media platforms, media ,etc. I booked them 1 month prior to my move and paid the deposit. I was then given a dollar amount that would be owed upon completion of the move. I called several times to make sure that this was the case and each time I spoke to Justin, I was assured of the amount. The day of the move was a nightmare. They were 3.5 hours late because of truck issues, which I can understand, but then Miguel sent them to the wrong address. I then had to beg the cable company to come back out since due to the negligence of the moving company, I missed my appointment. Once they did arrive I was taken aback because I was told that the movers were former military and that a portion of the move money went to military support. The people who showed up were not former military and while I got 3 movers due to the error, 2 really did the work. When we finally left and arrived at the new place I was told my balance which was $67 over the price i was given. I was told this happens all the time and they put Miguel on the phone. He rambled off numbers justifying the over charge. I was stuck because they had my items so I had to pay. I emailed Justin that minute in hopes it would be taken care of that Monday. The move itself was done poorly and a large amount of objects were broken or chipped. The major damage was to the actual property. They pulled off a good amount of my popcorn ceiling as well as removing the paint from the staircase/hallway entrance. I have pictures and I have sent these to Justin as well. When I spoke with Justin he said they would come and repair the damage and to speak with customer service in regards to the over payment. Well, after 1 month of trying to reach out to anyone for any assistance I have reached my end point. There is no customer service department and the entire operation is a disgrace. I will not be silenced and will keep fighting for what's right. I am owed the $67 as well as repair to my property. I would also suggest that people look into their military contribution statement.

JUSTIN IN CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE FIRED.... AWFUL customer service skills. they were SIX hours late. when I called and spoke with a guy named paul, SUPER NICE and understanding. said they will see if they can take something off the move or for next time. called back today to inquire, seeing as my move cost me $1000.... Justin began to YELL AT ME, TELLS ME IF THIS WAS AN AIRLINE THEY WOULDNT COMPENSATE.. which isnt the truth... then proceeded to tell me how EVERYONE IS ALWAYS TRYING TO GET OVER ON MOVERS AND HOW EVERYONE DESPUTES CHARGES AND HOW HE IS TRYING TO PUT FOOD ON THE TABLE, ETC ETC...after he told me he was a manager, i asked him.. is this how you want your employees talking to customers?... JUST AWFUL.. guess thats how you build business...or maybe they dont need anymore? go figure..... PAUL.. GREAT..and from what Justin said, he was his boss....ironic. Josh and the moving crew..EXCELLENT... under paid for how hard they work. i tipped them as well. they deserved it. take care of those guys.. they were great.... Justin.....terrible. hope you learn from this

Moving again... relocating for another job... wooo-hooo... again... needed to move to Tampa and I called the same company I used last time to see if they can help and they have an office in tampa. So we went through the process again with the questions and inventory, and they sent someone out to give me a price, they helped me out with boxes, they gave me a fair price and awesome service...again!!! If you need to move you need to call thoughtful moving! Thanks again!

This crew is AWESOME!!! They moved us today and did a wonderful job. They were cool and laid back but still very professional. We have heavy furniture and they did a great job of taking it apart and putting it back together. Nothing broke during the move. They helped us pack the remaining things we didn't have packed. They worked so hard. I highly recommend this company!!
