We just did a whole house move with Trinity Moving and Storage and we were very happy. Their guys were punctual and organized. They took extra care to wrap everything and consequently nothing was damaged. The group that loaded and unloaded the trucks did it in even less time than the estimate, which was very reasonable to start with. The employees are very caring with your furnishings. They did a great job with the estimate, bringing boxes and keeping both places clean. Moving is stressful enough, this made it less stressful! Such an amazing experience and the price was amazing as well I would HIGHLY recommend these movers. Thank you again for making this moving process simple and easy!!!

I had really good time with this company, they were really professional. They were super efficient, incredibly thorough, and very professional. They were careful with my belongings and asked clarifying questions throughout. They packed everything in an organized and neat manner. They were on time, meticulous in wrapping and protecting my items, and very gracious and charming. If you want an easy and extremely affordable move. They were very careful with packaging and wrapping my things and responded well to any questions or concerns I had. From start to finish the company was so friendly and helpful and WAY cheaper than anyone else I spoke with. I will definitely be using them again.

The team on the day of the move was on time, efficient, careful with my stuff, and really professional. The move was booked. I had a two man crew show up on time, and immediately get to work. We had a very large move and all of the movers assigned to us that day were professional, polite and organized. They kept me informed of the process all along the way. We had a particularly challenging object, a piano, which is the hardest thing to move, but they did a great job handling it. Overall, the booking process is friendly and helpful and was able to successfully move my stuff to my new home. The quote was accurate. The guys were very nice, efficient and professional. They handled everything perfectly with no damage whatsoever. Everything went really smoothly, I had no issues with them. Highly recommend them!

My experience with Trinity moving went really good. hey were prompt and courteous and took very good care of my belongings. The two gentlemen who moved my stuff were courteous and very professional. They ensured everything was packed to perfection. All the fragile items especially the fancy china was packed thrice so they don't get broke in middle of the move. Everything went perfect from start to finish. The price quoted was the price charged. Organized, professional and efficient , I highly recommend them!

Please be aware that this company is a brokerage. They will sell you a move and then turn you over to the driver who will coordinate your move. I had a rather small amount of things, all stored in a 7 by 10 foot unit. The actual cost was almost 50 percent more once the driver arrived and estimated the cubic feet of my things. They were not weighed. I used the free month storage and once my things arrived there was a good deal of damage. The company that picked up my things did not do the actual move themselves. Many moving parts were involved, too many for a successful job. Having a small job, I feel, worked against me. Take your time and truly know from start to finish what you can expect from the company that you choose. Best wishes.

A few weeks ago, I contacted Trinity Moving and Storage to help my sister with her move. They were able to answer all my numerous questions and were also very friendly and helpful. This moving company was also one of the cheapest quotes compared to the others that I called. On the day of the move, the movers were on time, quick, and efficient. All of the furniture and heavy objects were handled with care and all our instructions were noted. When loading the items onto their truck, it was clear that they knew what they were doing. Everything was quick, easy, and smooth. It was nice to be able to depend on them since the rest of the family was frantic doing other things during her move. Their customer service is what really stood out to me and I would definitely recommend Trinity to anyone who needs moving services.

All I can say is THANK the stars in heaven for this place! I'm was in a major rut trying to plan an event from California in Florida for my work and was in need of movers to help with the process. After calling over five different movers, I finally got help from Trinity. They showed up on time, were supper professional, were reasonably priced, and were able to help calm all of my nerves while trying to plan something from a different state prior to arriving. They were also supper flexible with all of the last minute details that came into play, and I'm so grateful! Trinity moving and storage was a fantastic experience! The moving team was courteous, professional, and very efficient. They took care to wrap my items very thoroughly and nicely. They carefully packed the truck and moved everything to my new place without damage. They disassembled and reassembled (once we were at our new place) our furniture in minutes. These guys wrapped and moved everything super quickly and very efficiently. The final price I paid was much cheaper than the original quote. I was moving houses, and needed someone to help me move my stuff into my new place. I called Trinity moving and storage. We set up a time around noon and they came early. We started from upstairs first because that was where most of my important belongings were, so I have a let them know how to store it correctly so my stuff didn't break. They followed instructions carefully and we was able to finish everything with it three hours. The movers were really nice and I could tell they were managed by good family people. They help me move my stuff into my new house and we I got everything moved in correctly and I couldn't have got it down without them. If you need to move, these are the perfect people to call.

Being in real estate, there is always the off chance that I will have to see one of my clients leave the state I work in. That was the case this past month. My clients were relocating to the fort Lauderdale area and the move was going to be a logistical nightmare. They had to sell their property in California, move to Florida, rent an Airbnb for a few weeks and hold all of their belongings in storage while waiting for their Fort Lauderdale home to close. Now, I'm not familiar at all with the area, but I went on Yelp to find some movers who could help their transition from the Airbnb to their new home. I sent my clients a list of 3 movers that came up and they went with this one. They basically said that they felt like this company treated them with respect while the other two just treated them like a transaction. I believe the pricing was competitive as well so it was a no brainier for them. They had nothing but good things to say and they asked me to post a review for them since they are not into social media or anything but felt like Trinity deserved some recognition.

I want to express my gratitude to the crew. They took care or everything from wrapping to making sure my stuff fit in a small storage space! Their office manager was nice and they even sent a guy to take a look at our furniture. He gave us a very accurate estimate of price, time period, and how many boxes our things would need. The customer service was amazing and I had such a positive experience during such a stressful time. They disassembled and reassembled all of our furniture in no time. The crew packed and moved us fast, carefully so nothing was damaged. They were very speedy, friendly and with no complains and handled all of our stuff with care. They are excellent movers in town with affordable prices and hard working people without any attitude. I would highly recommend them.

please stay away from this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this comapny is a brokerage company 100% of the time!! then they use people from craigslist to move your furniture postive reviews are paid for on here!!! they damage half of my items which they packed! their insurance covers .60 per pounds which means they treat your furniture like garbage! delivery was delayed by 5 days i had to live out of a hotel at my expense. my advice sell off all your furniture and please everyone save yourself a massive headache and money!! these companies need to be out of business!!!

Writing a review for my aunt who doesn't have a yelp account and doesn't like social media, BUT she wanted to make sure to leave a nice review anyways. She just moved to SoCal from Florida and thanks to this moving company, the move was pretty easy for her. Everything remained intact and pretty unharmed, including her glass chandelier. They did a really great job packing it and making sure it was secure. At first they told her that it would be VERY difficult moving that thing, but she insisted. She also had very specific instructions on how to pack and secure the chandelier and they did a great job of following her instructions. Somehow it made it across the country almost completely unscathed (I am also in disbelief). I don't know if any other moving company could have done a better job. No items were lost, and they dutifully kept in touch with frequent updates. All around excellent service! Thank you Trinity!

So i gave them ample opportunity to communication or correct this yet that has lead me here. I am so beyond disappointed with how unprofessional this company is and have been. They have yet to show up to deliver and it's been almost a month. I call text and email and never get a response. We were promised a price out the door but when they showed up were charged much more or they wouldn't move it. I had to leave a few items behind as a single mom moving to be closer to family was worth it but I would never use this company not recommend this company ever again. They are a broker. My daughter started school here and she's been sleeping on an air mattress because Thea's individuals lied and told me delivery would be in 2-3 weeks after pickup. However I was sent an email stating I get 30 days of free storage I don't give a crap about free storage I want my stuff here and now! They apparently tell you a bunch of lies and then sit on your stuff until another family needs to move and you can load them in the same truck. I feel like I've been scammed and I want to tell others so they don't experience this frustration and pure disappointment in their lack of communication lack of follow through lack of any sort of common business sense. Stay away! And find a more reputable company where you don't have to pay a deposit upfront as I'm reading mode and more most moving companies at least the legit ones don't make you do. Horrible company, very disappointing! And to think I originally chose this company because a us marine contacted me from their company or so I thought. I felt he had to be another breed of special ... I was very wrong!! ***Buyer Beware!! They have changed their name a few times to run from their piss poor reputation!***

I was contacted by Giavanni with trinity movers and given a low quote. Rob Jones manager gave me a web link to their reviews as Trinity movers showed all 5 stars. My mover from Va to Florida. I get a call few days before move, my move was sourced to Integrated solution movers. The night before the move 5:45 I get a call from Somoni the quality control with this company she wants me to print out fax forms for move. I have no printers or fax have to get this to her by morning. Got into a yelling/ nightmare argument with her. Rudest person I have ever had displeasure of talking to. I researched Integrated movers, from other people who Trinity source them to. All 1 stars, words like Fraud, nightmare they should loose their license came up. Furniture held for ransomed until increase in moving cost paid. It is morning of move and I am frantically calling Trinity to get a new mover? Please beware
