We had such a fantastic experience this morning that I wanted to write a review right away! We really didn't have a huge house of furniture to move since we were getting rid of most and we moved other odds and ends on our own. This was still money well spent so we didn't have to do any of the grueling work. Getting a quote is simple. I contacted them via their website and had to fill out a detailed questionnaire about the move. Someone contacted me back right away with a quote based on info I provided in addition to other details that would affect our move . We booked a date (no deposit needed) and a few days before, someone called to confirm. The moving guys, Vevera and Burgess, arrived promptly at 845am (we were quoted 845-9am). We chuckled bc the moving truck was HUGE. Our items probably fit 1/4 of their truck! Anyways, we took them on a quick walk through of the house and pointed out what we wanted moved out and they went straight to work. They bring their own shrink wrap and moving pads and wrap everything to minimize any damage during move. You can request boxes for a fee but we didn't need any. A few tips: 1) They cannot move a lawnmower unless it is empty of gasoline 2) If you require them to disconnect washer and dryer, you have to sign a liability waiver. 3) Make sure to have electronics disconnected and ready to move prior to arrival. The guys were just as quick unloading the items into our new home and unwrapping. They were quick and very careful moving large items around corners. I didn't expect them to put together our sectional and bed frame which was a nice surprise. Moving is stressful enough and this was just one less thing we had to worry about. It took them 3 1/4 hrs for the entire move . Payment can be made by check or cash. And if you feel inclined, you can tip as well. I also offered water as it was pretty hot outside and it was just a nice thing to do! Great service and polite guys ( they kept calling me Ma'am- lol) . We would definitely use them again and highly recommend to anyone .

Two Men and a Truck were supposed to be here between 8:30 and 9:30 this morning to do our move. It is now after 11:00 and nobody has showed up. I have left multiple messages and nobody has called back. I'm left waiting and wondering if anyone is going to show up.

I have never had such a great moving experience. From the first phone call to the last handshake, this team was amazing. I have moved many times in the past and I have to admit that this is the first time I had no issues. My belongings were handled with care and not one item was broken or damaged. The moving crew were great. The entire day they smiled and were friendly. They were wonderful to work with. If I move again, I will use this company. If anyone else is planning on moving I highly recommend this company. They are the best.

Best back saving investment ever. We had 2 guys and a chick which were hard working and efficient. My team was also super sweet which was a bonus. It was also way cheaper then quoted. Highly recommend.

We just moved from San Diego to Lake Mary and Needed some help with the unloading of a U-Pack trailer. I was referred to Two Men & A Truck which actually turned into 3 men when they arrived. From the start of calling for a quote the ladies in the office were fantastic. They were polite, friendly and explained the services provided. Scheduling was easy and their communication was on point. They actually showed up within about 10 minutes of my trailer arriving at the house. The guys worked quickly but safely. It took less time than quoted so it was a tad cheaper than expected as well. Great service, I'd definitely use them again if needed

The Team at 2 Men and a Truck were just GREAT, they had great attitudes from the office staff ( Jennifer, Alexis, Shannon all great)to the movers the mover team were fantastic the (Sergus team) were fantastic . Great sense of urgency, great attitudes, care an concern for our move always a stressful experience and they eased the pain. Highly recommend them for all of your moving needs.

It started with my quote from Alexis, total professional and great personality, she put me at ease over being a first time user of their services, then moving day came...WOW...Wilson and the crew arrived promptly as stated in my quote, began Work immediately, and assisted in whatever I needed at the time, they hustled like there was no tomorrow! At my new place I witnessed them jogging back and forth from my place to the truck, which resulted is them coming in under my quote, I thanked them profusely and split the savings over the crew...hard working, courteous, and professional...nothing was broken dinged or damaged!! Thanks again for a job well done!!

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. DO NOT USE TWO MEN AND A TRUCK. Two men and a truck lost the shelves to my bookshelf and are now claiming that we are lying about the pieces being missing. They have offered ZERO compensation! Our bookshelves were delivered to our house without the shelving units on them. The delivery drivers did not explain to us that there would be a walkthrough. WE EXPECTED the delivery drivers to complete their job, and move all our pieces. WE WERE INFORMED that we were being charged per 15 minute increments. WE WERE RUSHED into initialing and signing forms without being allowed to read them. We expected all the units placed in our house to be complete. They placed the bookshelves facing inward at the wall, so when we did final inventory we assumed they had placed the shelves in. We wondered why they were placed backwards, and when we turned them around that evening, they were missing the shelves! Two Men and a Truck have stated in emails that we are lying about missing our shelves. These shelves cost us approximately $300 and are now unusable. Beware of using this moving company. They are full of liars and cheats!

Five stars for a super easy and professional moving service! I had a couple large furniture pieces I needed to move into a storage unit and I opted to pay movers instead of begging my friends. It was so easy and I don't think I'll ever move myself again! Three guys arrived promptly and began to move my furniture into their truck. They wrapped everything in moving blankets and plastic wrap and took great care of my belongings. They moved FAST! I didn't have a lot of stuff, but it literally took them 15 minutes and they were done. You pay by the hour ($115) and it includes their drive time to you, so you may want to keep that in mind when scheduling the time of their pickup/move. Also, lucky for me, they have climate-fitted storage units at their office that are very reasonable. One 5x7x5 unit for $35/month. You can't visit the unit (I think it's more like a crate), which may make this option one that won't work for you, but it worked perfectly to me since I don't need to access my stuff. All in all, a friendly, easy and cost effective way to move. Would definitely use them again.

This moving company damages goods, provides poor services, loses goods, and then claims that the customer is responsible for lost or damaged materkals. This company does not provide consumers with adequate time to check furniture or double check inventory. The office staff is unprofessional, rude, and utterly disgraceful to deal with. Not only do they not reply in a timely manner, but they send emails that insinuate a customer is lying. They have washed their hands of multiple issues. Do not use 2 men and a truck.

These guys are amazing! They really take great care with all your belongings and fast! Very professional. Best move ever!

They had great reviews from our neighborhood on Nextdoor.com and they were nearby for buying boxes, etc for our move from Longwood to Lake Mary, so we hired them for the move. BEST decision we made. I expected it to cost more than it did, and our moving team (3 guys) was incredible. They moved so fast my husband and I almost couldn't keep up. A late lunch was the only break they took the entire 8.5 hours, and they were incredibly professional. Moving into our new house went into the early evening so I ordered pizza for everyone and they hardly took any of it. I think they were being super polite, but I meant for them to have more. The one small issue is this office doesn't take Visa or MasterCard for payment, only Discover card, cash, or check. I didn't know this until moving day, and we don't have a Discover card. Fortunately, it wasn't a problem for us to write them a check, but we would have been in a tough position if we'd had to rely on credit for this moving expense.

I was considering using them for my move. They were on the high side of the quotes I received. My decision not to choose them was made when they were moving a neighbor. They blocked several cars trying to get out of the complex when trying to park their truck. There was more than one time when they could have let them go by. Not only did they not let the people out, guys started getting out of the truck & opening doors - before they were even parked! This went on for a while then finally the truck parked & let the line of cars thru. If they are this inconsiderate to my neighbors & their time, they definitely won't be considerate of my time or belongings.

They showed up early and finished in 90 mins (They quoted me 2 hrs). They movers were fast and nice. They did break a lamp shade though.

What more could you ask for in a quality mover? Beginning with the booking process all the way through to the departure of an empty truck, I was glad to have chosen these guys for our move. After submitting the web form requesting a quote I was promptly contacted and the booking agent thoroughly understood my moving needs. She recommended three movers since we were moving out of the two-story house and provided me an estimate that proved to be very accurate. The crew arrived on time and after getting a walk through got down to it. As a customer you always cringe when agreeing to an hourly rate but these guys were all hustle. They even tacked our two biggest challenges with ease; the wall unit and the fridge. The wall unit was previously purchased at IKEA and assembled in place in our upstairs loft. They did a great job of getting this oversized behemoth down the stairs and safely into the moving truck. They then proceeded to amaze us by getting our huge French door refrigerator out of a very small kitchen with an island as an obstacle. They did so by lifting it up and over the island. This saved us from having to take all of the doors and hinges off to get it out. Upon reloading the fridge in the new house we found we had missed taking out five eggs from the egg bin. Three were perfectly intact and the other two were cracked but not broken! How's that for gentle? While your results may vary because I'm not sure all crews are the same; the crew that we had was exceptional!

Too bad the office staff has no customer relations capability. Movers showed up at our storage unit on front end of their schedule window. No phone call to tell us they were there and waiting. A call to Marie in the office to clarify the invoice start time resulted in her scolding us for not understanding their first appointment of the day procedures!!!! By the end of the call I knew if we were moving the unit today, that it was costing me an extra hour of time @ $115 and she told me in no uncertain terms that we had to pay regardless of what we thought might be fair or expected. Her belligerent attitude and tone was derisive, offensive and awful. Btw our movers were great. We have two more units to move next month. We WON'T be using the Casselberry 2men&truck. Recommend you call another for your moving needs.

I was extremely satisfied with using Two Men and A Truck. This was my first time moving and I had some heavy items that I didn't want to move myself. The entire process was professional and the communication was great as well. Before the moving day l stopped into the office to get wardrobe boxes. The staff were friendly and even tried to help me get the box in my car. It didn't fit but she told me she could deliver the boxes, which saved me time. On the moving day I was called to say the movers would arrive within 45 mins to an hour. Timing was perfect. Three younger guys came and wrapped my furniture and moved it with no issues. As far as pricing goes I looked into a few other companies but they were all above what I paid. I will use this company the next time I move!! They made my first experience a good one and I am beyond grateful for them.

I have used Two Men and A Truck once before, and had only minor issues the first time, however, this after using them for a second time, I wouldn't even recommend them to my worst enemy. The move itself wasn't terrible... the guys worked through the pouring rain - which is the only reason I gave them 1 star. One seemed to be moving pretty slow and just kept walking around, while the second one wrapped everything and was clearly trying to pick up the slack from the first one. From the minute they walked in, I pointed out 2 boxes that were marked with fragile written all over it, and asked them more than 20 times to be very careful with it and notified them that the contents were very fragile, important and irreplaceable. The boxes were moved out, along with everything else and when we are arrived at my new place, I reminded them again another 20+ times to be careful with them. When the box was being brought in, the mover lifted up the box, shook it in the air and said "I've got your wine glasses" and then set the box down in the kitchen. Not but 5 minutes later I turned around and he had brought in another box that was twice the size and weight and placed it ontop of that box. He also did this with the second box that I was worried about. When the move was done, I was very over the move and just wanted to relax so I didn't question the bill - which I found a little high, signed the paperwork, tipped them, and they went on their way. Several hours later we started unpacking and found that almost everything in the 2 boxes were shaddered. Since the office was closed I left a voicemail and was basically in tears. Come Monday - my move was on a Saturday morning - I got a phone call back asking for me to send a list of items that got broken and any details to which I gladly did. I then looked at my bill and redid the math and noticed that there was a mathmatical error and I was over charged for 0.5 hours. Since I was over charged, I wanted my tip back and the retail value of the items that were broken came to $273, I put a stop payment on my check. I received an email stating that they would make the correction on the invoice for the overpayment and told that they didn't usually refund any tips but they would this time and gave me a new total of $432.50. I did not want to pay the amount until I knew I would be compensated for my broken items and because I was waiting to pay them, I was then threatened with small claims court if I did not pay my bill in full and that they could not put a claim through until payment was made. I made the decision to deliver the new total in cash to the office and then within 3 days was sent an email stating that my claim was denied due to the fact that the movers did not pack these items. Everything was wrapped in paper, bubble wrap and had padding in the boxes, so whether they packed these items, or a 3 year old packed them, they clearly did not handle my items with care and believe I should be compensated for the loss of my items. I will NEVER use this company again, nor would I ever recommend them!

After exhausting all of my nice friends who have helped me move throughout the years, I decided to call Two Men & A Truck to help me move a few pieces of furniture. They were extremely professional and moved quickly (running sometimes) in order for me to get the best deal (they charge by the minute/hour). Even after it began to rain, the two men had smiles on their faces and kept on with the job. I never once felt like they were half-assing the job or that they didn't seem genuinely interested in protecting my things. If you're looking for movers, this company is definitely one to try out!
