Could not be more pleased. They were professional, punctual, and they even brought an intern with them so I got three guys for the price of two. They worked way faster than I expected, I had a goal for how much time I wanted to pay for and they beat it. I will definitely consider them if I should need movers again. Update: I used this same company and this same office again for another move, and again they were great. The movers were professional, and very good at their jobs. They knew exactly how to move everything most efficiently and I would certainly use them again if the need arose.

These guys are awesome! Joel and Steven went above and beyond to help Me move my couch up 7 flights of stairs after the furniture company refused. They come right over and got it up some seriously tight stairs unharmed. These guys are awesome and I will use them every chance I get.

Jonathan and Mitchell were great. They took exceptional care of an expensive buffet that was very heavy and expensive. They wrapped it like fine China. We also had a heavy concrete fountain which they moved swiftly and carefully. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them for your moving needs.

Mitchell and Ryan made my move from Jacksonville to Cape Coral very easy. They showed up on time and got the truck loaded pretty quickly. Then after the 5 hour drive to Cape Coral they got everything unloaded in my storage unit. It was a long day but they remained polite and professional. I will definitely use Two Men and a Truck for any future moves. Thanks again Mitchell and Ryan.

Ryan Vanhouten and Brian Merchant were my movers last week from Jax to Tampa. They got the job done quick and nothing was damaged. I wish all movers were as good as these two. Great company, great movers. I couldn't ask for a better move.

The crew arrived on time, were friendly, and worked with unbelievable pace. I blocked out 4 hours of time and they finished in 1.75. Very impressive. My POD got dropped a little further from where I wanted it but my movers weren't phased at all. Pricing was also extremely fair. Better experience than I expected.

When it comes to moving, I like to do it myself. My husband and I moved cross-country and cross-town by ourselves, no problem. Except... when we moved into our last apartment, we brought a new piece of furniture that weighed a lot of pounds; didn't come apart; and required three guys, a supervising gal, and at least an hour to get it up the stairs. We thought we'd end up leaving it behind for the next tenant, but we ended up wanting it in the new house. Lacking the two guys who helped us move in, we knew we'd need to hire someone to get the thing out again, and I figured if I was paying someone to move that bit of furniture they could move all of it, darn it! I called around to a few different moving places for quotes and although this place was certainly not the cheapest, it was definitely the most professional and friendly. They took an inventory of all of our stuff we wanted moved, quoted me at 3-4 hours at an hourly rate (plus some base cost), and got me scheduled for the upcoming weekend. When our two men arrived with the truck, they were super friendly and got to work straight away -- they had a couple pieces in the truck while we were still moving stuff out of the way for them! They went heavy on the padding and shrink wrapping, which I appreciated, and managed to get that ridiculous hunk of furniture down the stairs in about 15 minutes. At the new place, they brought everything in quickly and put it where we asked, even figuring out that "the office" was the most likely dumping ground for not-otherwise-obvious things. They barely stopped when we offered them some water, and when it came time to settle up the bill they somehow came in at 2.5 hours, for a job that would definitely have taken the husband and I all day and probably then some. There were of course some dings and scratches in the process, but probably no more than we would have gathered on our own, and it was worth the cost not to have to do all that work ourselves. I'm not planning on moving for at least another ten years or so, but I will definitely keep these guys in mind when I do.

I would've given 5 stars because the actual movers were good, efficient, fast, & very helpful. We had 3 guys help us, I give them 5 stars! Now I downgraded this review to 2 stars because the admin/customer service folks are not communicating to their movers/field guys what has been requested and discussed by the customer. My husband confirmed with Sporty at the main number at least twice that we are requesting the movers to assemble furniture that are brand new, straight from the box, and not used. She told him multiple times that the movers can do so and everything will be handled. Moving day, the movers tell is that they aren't supposed to assemble furniture that are out of the box, only items that had to be disassembled and reassembled. Thank goodness the guys were VERY GRACIOUS to help and were very professional! They helped to the best of their abilities and limited tools. I remember one of the movers said "yeah sporty, she's new and don't know what she's talking about." Apparently they were correct about that! I wish it was a better day but communication is a problem with the team, movers are rear though.

After our third move with this company, we can only offer the highest praise. Swift response, flexible service, always putting the customer needs first. From keeping costs low to planning for every contingency, the Jacksonville franchise excels at all. In a time of crisis, they responded with overwhelming consideration and assistance. We can't say enough about Kristen and her team, Danielle and Becky. And the moving guys, well, these gentlemen rock! Praise and thanks to JR and Jose. They were swift, helpful, and cheerful on a stressful day. We will definitely book again and recommend their service. D & W Goddard

Painless experience from beginning to end. The office staff was very helpful in asking me what stuff I had to move and offered solutions for us to pack vs them packing for us. They showed up on time and were very professional during the whole process. They were very efficient with our time and we highly recommend them if you're moving.

We recently used Two Men And A Truck to move one mile down the road. There was a phone conversation (no on-site eval) and received a $700.00 quote, which seemed fair, considering the large pieces of furniture we have. On moving day two guys showed up. They were both polite, but one was very inexperienced. He neglected to wrap anything except for the TV console, and it turned out to be the only piece of furniture that did not sustain any damage. I am not exaggerating. Every single piece had either scratches or chips, and in the case of our dining room table, huge gouges around the entire perimeter. There was also damage to walls and doors at both residences. It took them 10 hours for, perhaps a 5 or 6 hour move. It was a nightmare. The worst part, however, was still to come. We had to deal with the manager, David. Before the guys left, I spoke with David, who informed me that in order for him to assess and reimburse us for the damage, he would have to receive full payment, which turned out to be over $1,000.00. Being the trusting and, admittedly, sometimes naive individual that I am, I paid. Once I had paid I then asked him if he would come out and take a look at the damage, to which he replied, "I don't have time to go running around the City for every little thing". Folks, as the manager, that's part of his job. Many unanswered phone calls later, they finally sent out a sub-contracted handyman (nice guy)who did repair a couple of pieces that had some minor scratches and some of the damage to the walls, but admitted that others could not be fixed and that the dining room table was a complete loss. After another week of David not responding to phone calls, I finally got a hold of him and he told me they decided to reimburse us 60 cents/per pound for the table. This means that we would receive $120.00 for a one year old, $2,000.00 dining room table. He said they can pay from 60 cents to $4.00/lb and they chose to pay us the lowest possible amount. It's been over a month and a half and still haven't heard a word. It's sad that this type of unethical business practice still happens. And, unfortunately, my only recourse now is to warn others on websites like this and the Better Business Bureau. Lesson learned: Don't pay the bill until you are satisfied with the work, and "Caveat Emptor"....at least with this company.

We did not move a lot of furniture, but almost every piece that was moved was damaged. Many items were scratched, scraped, and nicked to the point where we need to replace them now. They broke a mirror and tried to hide it from view. They discounted our price a bit because of the mirror, but what's the point of hiring movers if almost everything gets damaged? We could have rented a truck and done it with friends for less.

Outstanding service. They arrived early and was very professional. They quoted 8 hours to do the job, others quoted more. But the did the job in 6 hours saving me money. The men who did the work were very nice, being older the were like sons. Yes, I will use them again.

Two Men And A Truck did an excellent job with our move. Ryan V.H. and Chad W. were hardworking professionals who were friendly, easy to talk to and work with. On short notice I needed my rental truck unloaded to a third floor apartment and they finished the job quickly and professionally. I look forward to calling them for my next move!

And here I thought I was going to have to bribe all the men in my life with beers and homecooked meals to help me move! Luckily my roomie's mother took pity on us and hired Two Men and A Truck to come to our rescue and move us from the beach to Riverside. All we had to do was box up everything and these guys really took care of the rest. One complaint, they were supposed to be at our house sometime between 12pm and 3pm, and they didn't show up until nearly 4. Grrr. I guess that's to be expected though. Actually it was pretty annoying, but way less annoying than moving myself across town so I'm willing to overlook it. They were pretty careful with all our belongings and wrapped all the big furniture up in crazy-huge saran wrap that prevented it from getting dinged or wet (of course it was raining on our move day!) I did see one of the guys break a piece off a tiny end table as he was moving it in the truck. He sort of looked around to see if anyone saw and just went along with the move. Pretty funny, actually. The guys were nice and personable for the most part though. They went straight to work when they arrived and didn't stop until the job was completely done. They were patient as we decided where we wanted everything positioned in the new place, which naturally took a while. All in all, hiring movers is absolutely fabulous if you can afford it. Aside from being late, these guys did a great job and I didn't mind sharing my afternoon and belongings with their company. I'd use them again, but hopefully I won't have to any time soon!

I move quite a bit. Including in-town/in-state/cross country. I have experience with several big brand movers. The crew that recently showed up to help me move were beyond excellent. They took great care with wrapping and securing all of the furniture pieces, mirrors, TVs, and artwork. I had a two stop move (into a home and into a storage unit). They worked tirelessly to pack the truck for a one trip move. They never took a break. And by day's end everything was done, in place, and all the while with their having a great, positive attitude. And keep in mind it was over 100 degrees that day. How they stayed positive while exhausted, I have no idea. Further, any question, request, or need I had was always greeted with "absolutely!". And backing up, the administrative staff was equally as helpful, polite and accommodating prior to the move. Particularly given I was unaware of I was getting the green light to move until the Friday before the Monday's scheduled move. They were at the ready to be there Monday morning sharp, or stand down as needed. Moving is a pain. Not knowing if the sale contract is going to go through until last minute is stressful. These professionals, from admin to movers, were worth every penny.
