We moved from Florida to Vermont and I can not express how happy I am with U-pack moving. I had enough time to get it packed and unpacked. This was the easiest cross country move I've ever had. I can not thank them enough. They were flexible with my schedule, extremely professional, and courteous. I was able to get my family up to our new home without having to worry about how our stuff was going to get there. Best of all, there was a tracking website so I could check on where our things were at any time. The paperwork was easy and everything went great. If you're doing a long distance move, I can not recommend this enough. The price point was more than fair. We considered a diy moving truck, but this was roughly the same price when you factor in fuel and frustration. U-Pack is money well spent. If we have to do another long distance move, we'll be using them again.

We used them twice recently. The employees were ok, and the price was fantastic. Our stuff arrived in a relocube from Oregon. A lot of our things were squished in to prevent our stuff from shifting around. We loaded at the terminal/Upack site. Two months later we shipped our things back in 5 ft of trailer space. The employees were ok. Loading that trailer was hard. The bulkhead doors used to close everything in is such a pain in the ass. Our stuff in the trailer shifted around a lot regardless of how tight we tried to pack it. Overall, I like Upack and will use them again. I will only use the relocube going forward and try to use more blankets for padding. A 1 bedroom barely fits into one relocube or 5 ft of trailer space.

U-Pack made our move as smooth as a move can be. They delivered our trailers to us on time, and worked with us on last minute change of delivery. They were very accommodating. I totally recommend them for your move! We moved from Florida to Tennessee and all went smoothly. We needed two 28 ft trailers, and U-Pack delivered perfectly. Thank you U-Pack!

I moved from California to Florida and I am so glad I chose U-Pack Moving to move my things. U-Pack was scheduled to drop off the flatbed December 26th at my apartment complex. I was told the truck would be there between 8 AM and 12 noon, it arrived at 9 AM and was picked up the following morning. They also arrived in Florida when they said they would. A special shout out to Rita, Patrick, and Tom who always took my calls and answered all my questions. The move went smoothly and I highly recommend using U-Pack to do your next move. Their pricing was far less than any of the other moving company I contacted and their customer service is excellent.

We moved from Florida to California, and while the process as a whole was complicated, U-Pack's piece of the process was super smooth. We loaded at the facility because the trailer wouldn't fit on our driveway or street. everyone, from the person on the phone to the people at the facility were so incredibly nice and helpful. We were charged exactly what we expected to be charged and our stuff arrived at our house 30 minutes after we did when we made it to CA. When the trailer also wasn't going to fit there (which we didn't know beforehand) they let us unload the trailer really quick and then they drove it away. The guy that helped us was so helpful and even helped us unload, which is totally not his job. If we ever move a far distance again we will for sure use U-Pack and we highly recommend it. Things I'd do differently: allot more time in our schedule to pack the trailer really well, protect our furniture better for items shifting (a few things have some scratches) For me the worst part about moving was having to navigate who wants to scam you and who is legit. U-pack is legit AND they don't call you everyday which is what other companies did (so annoying).

Looking for a less expensive way to move our daughter from Fla to Texas and found the Relo-Cube. For an all inclusive price they delivered the cube to us on a Friday, we packed her stuff in two days, called for pickup. They picked up on Monday with a estimated delivery in 5-7 business days. That was on 2/25 and the cube was delivered to her new house on Tuesday 3/5 (would have been Monday but weather was bad and to their credit they refused to put their workers in danger due to slippery conditions). We had the cube unpacked in about 30 minutes, called U-Pack back and within an hour or so they had come back to get the empty cube. We did not move furniture, just boxes and boxes of stuff. Not sure how this would work with a house full of furniture. I would definitely recommend their service.

Using UPACK for my move was a great decision. The container was delivered to my driveway and left there for me to load. Then after it was loaded they picked it up and transported it to Illinois. Again, they delivered it to my driveway and left it for me to unpack. The customer service was great and this method of moving was within my budget. It's very affordable.

My mom passed away suddenly, so we were ill prepared to handle her belongings, not to mention we all lived out of state. We flew into Tampa on a Wednesday, our trailer was delivered on Thurs as promised. We packed up her house and all flew home on Sunday. The trailer was picked up Monday morning, we weren't even there. Approx 1 week later it was delivered to my home near St Louis MO. Every single person we dealt with was very kind and very professional. This was a very difficult time for us and Upack did their part to make it as easy as possible. I would use them again and would recommend them without hesitation. A stand up company!!!!

Used ABF upack from move from east coast to west coast. Highly pleased with speed, communication and reliability of this company. Had a trailer dropped off at my house in Florida that was packed and called them when we were finished and they came and picked it up. Showed up out west on time! Unpacked it and called them when we were ready and they came and got it the same day.

Moved FL to NM and all the people we encountered through U-Pack were terrific. Very accommodating and understanding during a stressful time. Great communication and all our items arrived in one piece. Thank you U Pack.

We recently moved to Clearwater Florida from Santa Rosa CA. We contracted U pack to transport our household belongings. We watched their instruction video four times and loaded the trailer accordingly. The ramp they sent was defective and the support leg brace wouldn't extend and was dangerous. No ramp and it was Saturday, no help or support to switch ramps until Monday. We loaded it anyway and needed them to pickup the trailer because the house was sold and we had to go. They left us off the schedule and said they were sorry. They did show up later and the driver was rude. Bottom line we loaded that trailer tight and right. Extra straps and furniture pads. When we received the trailer at our new home our washer tub was collapsed and the rubber boot for the door was melted. The dryer was dented and our entertainment center was smashed. We took pictures and called them and they told us they were not responsible. So, live and learn. No way would I do business with them again and wouldn't recommend U pack either! Beware! Thanks.

If your looking for a self move company to get your possessions from here to there, I highly recommend ABF Freight who owns and runs U-Pack. This is similar to POD or U-Haul and Pack Rat. I hate to even list those other names but competition is good. Wait, there is no competition U-Pack ABF Freight is the best. I've used them twice almost a year apart 04/2013 and again just last week. I used two of their cubes for the first move from IL. to FL. and it was excellent, nothing broken, everything on time just as scheduled. The U-Pack in Northern Illinois and in Tampa Fl. deserves 5 stars. Second move, mother and father-in law down to FL. Again the employees at ABF Freight U Pack are the best, great customer service, great prices, actually the absolute best prices. THOUSANDS, yes thousands better then Pack Rat, several hundred better than PODS and much, much better containers than U-Haul's service like this. Your property is safe, secure, no moisture, no damage. Great communication, from ordering to delivery. I cant say enough good things about the two experiences my family has enjoyed from ABF Freight U Pack. It's stressful to move and this company takes a ton of stress out of the process.
