TJ was the BEST! This was my first time using professional movers and it was easily some of the best money ever spent. The process of booking was clear and there was excellent follow-through leading up to moving day. TJ and Armando arrived a early and were done moving our entire place in about 3 hours. It was well worth the 4-hour minimum though because they were careful, fast, and friendly. Moving can be a very stressful time and it was so great to have confidence with the folks helping us out. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Top notch. Very hard working guys, on time, efficient, and courteous. The whole experience from start to finish was (well, almost!) a pleasure. I had heard horror stories with movers- not my experience with West Coast. They had a lot of stuff to pack, some very fragile, and some very very heavy and bulky: they fulfilled the contract beyond my hopes. I recommend them heartily.

I contacted Thrifty because my move was between the East Bay and San Francisco. However, since I'm out of their zone, they told me to go through their parent company, West Coast. Turns out these guys were amazing. We're renovating our house and needed to move our heavy furniture into temporary storage across the bay. Ismael and the 2 Davids were amazing. They were ridiculously fast, efficient and extremely communicative during the days before (planning) and throughout the move. These guys were professional movers, took care of all of my furniture and made sure everything was placed back together again. I highly recommend them to anyone moving.

I contracted West Coast Moving Systems to move to a new home the first week of January. I could had contracted other companies that charged less, however, I wanted to be sure I received full high quality service. I was not dissapointed. They came to my home to complete an estimate, then we coordinated a moving date and deposit ammount. They started on time, always keeping me informed of the progress. They packed everything carefully with quality boxes and protection. I had some of my property identified to go to storage and another portion to be delivered to my new apartment. There was a mixup and several boxes were marked to be delivered instead of going to storage. I called them and they promptly corrected the error, picking the boxes and taking them to storage. I recommend their service. I would like to thank the team for an excellent service: Armando, Anthony, Tony, Reggie, Lil-Eric, and Andres.

Great pricing for a fantastic experience. This isn't my first time using West Coast Moving Systems. I used them a year ago to move from San Mateo to San Francisco and I just moved out of the city to American Canyon and the services was just as great as my first experience. Reggie, one of my movers from the first time I used them, remembered me! It was awesome seeing a familiar face move me again. Davi and Efrain, I believe that's what their names were, moved me as well and they were great. They moved me out of my 3rd floor SF apartment incredibly fast. They asked me lots of questions about what I needed moved and handled everything with care. I can't stress enough how fast and efficient they were! Give these guys a raise. They deserve it! West Coast Moving is a highly professional and efficient moving company. This was my first time hiring movers to help me with a move, so I didn't know what to expect. Turns out, hiring West Coast Moving was really a great decision. Natalie very courteously helped me book my move over the phone and asked me all the right questions. Eric the Dispatcher called me the day prior to give me the schedule for the next day. My 2-man crew of movers, Efren Velasquez and Jose Martinez, were so awesome! They were both very kind, super-focused on their job, moved all of my belongings carefully and expeditiously, and took the time to sit down and review everything that was done with me afterwards (tip these guys well if you get them because they work their butts off!) Wonderful and affordable experience! My wife and I had to make an urgent move from Los Angeles to San Francisco and West Coast Moving Systems was the most reliable moving company on/// the market. They sent Owen to come and give us an affordable quote. And from then on they sent us their team of polite and efficient movers. Jose's team in Los Angeles were great people and were very helpful considering this was my wife's and I first big move. And the San Francisco moving team knocked it all out of the park. Ricardo, Eduardo, and Tony are the dream team. They moved in everything efficiently and were asking us where we wanted our furniture placed. Overall if you're going to move and need a company, then use West Coast Moving Systems. They were honest and reliable with no hidden fees to worry about.

West Coast Moving Systems were great to work with -- they are great communicators from start to finish. My moving crew of Christian, Jose, Emilio, and Christian were great. They took care of my heavy pieces like it was nothing, took great care not to scratch or ding anything including my walls, and were very friendly/polite as well. I highly recommend these guys, and will use them again in the future!! :)

Excellent! Careful! Professional! Friendly! I would use them and only them again. Their price was reasonable, communication was easy and dependable, and the move went completely smoothly. I found these folks to be very unprofessional. After completing an extensive survey of my needs, the office person when on to ask me all of the same information wasting my time. While I was on the phone with this person, Eric (the owner?) was on the other line, yelling at what seemed like another customer. It was very distracting. I asked the office person to ask Eric to speak more softly. The next day, when Eric called me up, he said that they need to do a survey to determine if more than four people would be necessary. Eric refused to listen when I tried (he never let me get in a word) to tell him that I had moved into this place less than two years ago and it took only 2 people three hours to pack me up. Then he went on to say that they couldn't do business with me. Well, good riddance to them. They never handled anything with any sort of customer care. I wouldn't trust them to move my personal goods.

TOP NOTCH SERVICE! I was referred to West Coast by a friend and I'm so glad I used them. The movers were pros from start to finish. They were very fast and efficiant, I ended up paying a little bit less than I was quoted because the guys were so good.I basically tipped the guys the difference because that is what I was already ready to pay for the service. Everything made it to my new place without any problems. Great customer service from the office as well.

Recently booked west coast moving for my long distance move. Overall, had a great experience with this company. Everyone from the booking to the actual moving day went smoothly. Great communication and quick service, not much else to ask for. Only thing I'd like to mention is that they were in such a hurry to load the truck that they forgot to pack my favorite mirror and I had to leave it behind.. a little sad about it but life goes on.

Antonio and Efrain moved our 1-bedroom apartment from the Peninsula to SF. They were crazy fast and efficient and took great care our stuff. They were super communicative and made sure that we understood everything and that our furniture was placed where we wanted it. We would hire them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend to anyone else planning a move!

This review is long overdue. I hired West Coast Moving to move me from Oakland, CA to Saratoga, CA in April 2016. These guys were incredible! They are true professionals, speedy, strong, careful, knowledgable, and incredibly skilled -- not your average movers. They provided me with an in-home estimate, and they came in WELL UNDER that estimate -- when I saw the final charges, I couldn't believe it. If you can get West Coast Moving to do your next move, consider yourself lucky!

Great service! Effrem and Robert were a great, efficient, and productive team together. They were friendly, helpful, quick and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone.

I wish I could seriously give this place 1 million stars- the whole experience was amazing. To start with Natalie was the first person we came into contact with to set up our order- she was amazing, super helpful and was able to squeeze us in with only a 13 day turn around on a Saturday. She was quick with sending contracts over and I probably called her 5 different times to give her new info, every time being so nice. Next was Robert the dispatcher who was also awesome- background story is our new apartment complex is a bunch of a-holes and only gave us a 2 hour moving window from 10-12pm- Robert said no problem and got everything set up with the moving team so they knew that we need to haul ass at 8am to get us out of our old apartment. At this point I knew this moving company was legit but didn't fully understand until I met the best moving crew I have ever experienced- and I have moved 5 times in the last 6 years! Reggie and Eduardo were like the super hero moving crew and were funny as hell. This may sound weird but we wanted to hang with them after bc they were so cool. They were fast, efficient and made moving our enormous amount of stuff look easy. I was so stressed the day off and after they had been there for 30 mins I realized I could take a breath and let them handle it bc I totally trusted them! I will for sure use these guys again in the future and couldn't thank them enough for making a stressful experience enjoyable!

Great service from start to finish. Drivers were helpful and professional. They never wasted unnecessary time while packing and moving. I'd recommend them for sure. The only negative was I was told someone would call me the week before to tell me the expected time of the move. I had to call them then I was told to call the person who schedules the actual moves. Other than that, very good service.
