This is a terrible company very rude and they lied to us. Scheduled a Saturday pick up of two items we'd purchased from a local private seller to be delivered to our home. They missed the Saturday delivery apologized and promised they could do a Tuesday delivery between noon and two. They missed the delivery and when we called they were rude said they wouldn't call the truck to see why they never made the delivery and said they don't guarantee delivery times(even after they promised to make the Tuesday delivery) and then told us we could find another mover if we weren't happy. So we did. Please look elsewhere for your moving needs.

Please BUYER BEWARE! Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this company. David is incredibly unprofessional and tries to lie to get more money from you. He went as far as trying to hold furniture hostage and lie about what time his questionable movers started- when there was text proof. His workers don't have a clue what they're doing nor do they understand what it means to be on time, professional or work within a time frame. Please please do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY. Spend the extra $ and go elsewhere.

I really don't know why this company got so many bad reviews as I had a very positive experience with them. The two movers showed up on time and ready to work. They moved everything a lot quicker than I expected. I paid exactly what they told me the rate was which is very affordable. I would highly recommend them.

Soo I wish I could give this company negative stars!! Originally, David Scheduled my move between 12-1. I asked for 12 continuously over text and over the phone. He agreed. The day of, the movers didn't arrive until 2:25 and also didn't start until 2:45. What would have been a 2-3 hour job with two movers turned into a 5 hour move with 4 movers. I have moved 9 times in my life and I have never had 4 movers spend that amount of time on a move even with a full house of furniture. (All boxes were packed for them) My house was basically boxes, bed and couch. After finally getting to the storage unit. It took three workers 2 hours to empty half of a 10x15 into another unit. While they left one guy to unpack an entire truck into my other storage unit. It was unbelievable my toddler moves faster. When I discussed the price and the amount of time needed with David he reassured me my reservation was an easy one and would not take more than 2 hours. By the end of the day around 7:30pm I was fed up, They still had half a truck left. They wanted to add another 1.5 hours to the price.. I called my husband and had him contact David. He did and they got into a screaming match. David told my husband his workers have been working since 2pm. I clearly have texts that show me asking David where the movers were at 2:19pm. He then said his workers tried to call me which I had no missed call. I was gripping my phone the whole morning. I know people smoke but it was beyond unprofessional for the workers to continue to have smoke breaks and track a nasty order in and out of my home and storage unit. David is beyond incompetent and a terrible business man. His reviews are awful, his attitude is awful and the way he gives his movers training and instruction is terrible. The pace was so unbelievably slow one of the workers was embarrassed. David needs a new job because he has no clue what moving services actually do for their customers. They don't just move boxes. They carefully move things, they respect people's homes, they don't take multiple breaks, they understand customers time crunches and have customer service. I rarely review anything negatively but this was beyond ridiculous. The storage until management team actually called me and said they had never seen a moving company perform in this way. They asked for the name of the company so they could have a buyers beware.

When this mover couldn't accommodate the first date and time agreed upon, we scheduled another date and time a few days later and they were appreciative of our flexibility. I was "guaranteed" over the phone it would get done in a 12-2 timeframe. When I called around 12:30 the day of, David answered and told me nothing is guaranteed and he couldn't say if the movers would get to it during that time frame, that he couldn't reach them himself to ask, that he could call the dispatcher but that the dispatcher probably wouldn't call to find out since they don't like to bother the movers during a job. Both days when I spoke to him he said they would have no idea when the movers were "cleared" of a job. I asked to speak to the person who guaranteed me the 12-2 time and he said that person was the office manager who wouldn't be in until after 5pm, basically leaving it all up to chance whether it would happen. David even suggested if we wanted the job done to choose another provider. I said that didn't seem like a good business model and he didn't seem to care. I also said I spoke to him the first day it was delayed and he said he didn't work that day. I have a text message with his name, date and time telling me it "wouldn't be long" until the job was done that first day. I am not having an entire house moved but two rather large pieces from a seller who has also been inconvenienced by this unprofessionalism. I've canceled with these movers and found one with better Yelp reviews and will cross my fingers.

Worst moving experience ever. My husband and I moved from San Antonio Texas to get Clearwater Florida. Per the screenshot attached I confirm prior to our move date as well. The morning of, movers did not arrive, instead, I recieved a phone call stating that the team that was scheduled to come didn't show for work and another would be dispatched as soon as possible. Around 3 hours later, I called to see if they had any update. A female answered and stated it would be about another hour. Yet another 3 hours later, I called again to get an update. This time David answered and was stern with me stating that he was trying to get someone out. I never raised my voice or anything. My original appointment was at 9am. It was now 3pm. David never reached out to me at all or ever tried to make it right. I scheduled another company for the next day. This was a huge inconvenience as we waited all day for a call that never came.

To begin we used this company and two guys moved us, the experience was ok so 6 months later we used them again and asked for "Country" since he moved us the first time. This time they sent three guys and it took them longer than the first time to move the exact amount of furniture. At one point one of the workers had the gall to tell me to go to the store to buy him something from the store cause he was thirsty. Throughout the day they would get on their phone, stop and tell jokes and generally waste time. After awhile I got fed up and called the office to complain. The office called me back and basically told me I had to go to the bank, 10 minutes before they closed, and get cash or they would hold my furniture hostage. Needless to say I was pissed, I was able to get the cash and pay them and yes I had an attitude over it all. It got to the point that they tried to physically assault me. He claimed I was threatening him with a drywall knife, BS I was cutting the plastic off the furniture. "Country" ripped off his shirt and started to come at me and my wife, special needs stepson and 8 year old daughter had to scream and stop his assault. After that the three of them put the rest of our furniture in the front yard and left...........so would I use them again or recommend them ever????Do I really need to answer that!!!!!

This was -THE WORST MOVE- I booked an appointment to use this company about 3 weeks in advance. I also called the day before and talked to Dave the owner to confirm my appointment. However on the day of my move - THEY ARRIVED 4 HOURS LATE. When I called the office to see what was going on - nobody would answer the phone or return my calls for hours. I was later advised that the truck was in an auto accident. There were also hidden fees that was never mentioned at the time that I booked the appointment. Unhappy with my experience I contacted the Manger Max who did nothing but yell and scream at me. His behavior was abnormal as if he was drunk or under the influence of some type of narcotics. As a customer, I never had anyone speak to me in that manner. I was in total shock. I also learned that due to the poor service this company provides, they have changed their business name multiple times. But they do not change their horrible service. I would not want my worst enemy to deal with this HORRIBLE COMPANY. If you want a stress-free move, I would suggest finding another company.

This is going to be long, so I hope you have time. I wish I could give negative stars, because that is what this company deserves. I am a young woman who was relocating for work from Tampa to Orlando. I hired a moving a company, because I didn't have anyone available to help me with the move. I originally had hired two men and a truck who quoted me about $700-800 for the whole move. I though, well maybe I should look around just to see if I can find something a little cheaper. I was literally moving one bedroom and 15 boxes. I stumbled across Your Best Move and the guy who originally spoke to me talked up the company and how long he had been in the business and how professional they were. I told him what I was moving and he said," ok the lowest I can do this for is $550" I said that it sounded great and let's book it. Well, the day before my move I called to verify I was still on the books. Everything seemed fine and I was all ready to go. They told me they'd be arriving between 8-9am. I got up early, made sure everything was ready and easily accessible, and waited. It was 8:30, so I called just to get an eta. The "supervisor" dispatcher said he would send out a call to get some info. It's now 9am and I haven't heard anything, so I call again. The "supervisor" says he'll put another call out and see. He calls me back about 5 minutes later and tells me this whole story about how the driver hit a tree and it put a hole in the roof of the truck. BIG FAT LIE. Worst story teller ever, and I could tell by the way he was stuttering that he was lying. Anyway, I kinda panicked because I needed to be out that day. I started to get upset because he didn't seem to care and then HE started to give ME attitude. I told him I didn't appreciate it, but I really have to be out today so I need him to really do something about it. He then started to repeatedly say, "call someone else," and each time he got louder and louder with it. THEN he brings up the price I was quoted and how it was an error and they'd never do a job for that price and to call someone else. Again, I'm a young woman who had no one else to help me move which is why I paid for movers in the first place. Now, I did get really upset and told him to go eff himself, BUT he literally cancelled his job on me knowing I needed to be out that day and was yelling at me to find someone else and saying he wasn't going to help me. So, I started calling around and found another mover. When I explained my story he told me that this isn't the firs time that company has done something like that. He also said that because they quoted me such a low fee they decided the job wasn't worth it anymore. While I was on the phone with the new company, the "supervisor" from your best move called me like 6 times. I obviously didn't answer. This company was a nightmare to deal with and I would never recommend them to anyone. I will be blowing up the BBB and Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, as well as all of the review pages with this story. What they did to me was unacceptable. They are a bunch of careless people, and I'm disgusted by this "supervisors" behavior. They prey on women to get them locked into a situation knowing they have no other options and then screw them over. I'm sure if I had answered the phone he would have offered to help but charged me way more knowing my situation. The movers I went with were AMAZING, and yes I paid more, but they were fast and on time and really helped me out in a sticky situation. I'd advise if you are reading this and don't believe me to look them up on the better business bureau and see the complaints for yourself.

I wish it was possible to give them negative stars. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a so called professional. The day I was supposed to move he called me saying he had messed up and instead of putting me down for 9am like we had discussed had put me down for three in the afternoon. He told me this was his fault multiple times and that he had messed up. When I asked if I get get a lower rate for the mix up he immediately said hire someone else and hung up the phone on me. When I called back he asked I said who I was and he hung up immediately. After calling back a third time and starting with please do not hang up I am just trying to figure out what is going on he said that he had never even had me scheduled. He had no idea who I was and that we had never talked. After repeating our first conversation to him verbatim he finally admitted that he had talked to me augured with me that it was all my fault, even though he had told me it was his mistake before. NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE!!! When I first called them to set it all up he assured me he would have everything taken care of and I wouldn't need to worry and that this would be a stress fee move. He is a liar and a horrible person to do business with.
