The movers showed up 2 1/2 hours late. They were polite and moved our furniture quickly. However, they were not careful and scuffed a table. Their truck is very dirty. They did show up in a company truck, not a Budget truck. I don't recommend them.

These guys ABSOLUTE garbage!! Kept me hanging ALL day and NEVER showed! And whats worse they were ridiculously rude. If you like to be lied to and disrespected, then call these idiots!!!!!!

Scheduled our move for 9:00 am. At 9:20 am, we receive a call from the dispatcher telling us that "the truck" broke down, and that the movers will not make it here until afternoon. Ended that phone call being told that they would call us to tell us when we should expect them. After hanging up the phone, get a bright idea, and call them back. "If you only have one truck, and it broke down, can't you just rent a truck?" The response was (direct quote) "No, I ain't renting no truck." "So, you're just going to leave me-your customer-in the lurch?" "I'm not renting no truck." "Ok, thanks." Never heard from them again. Don't get lured in by the cheap price tag; they won't show up, and you'll have to hire someone last-minute at the going rate.

If I could give them a negative star raring I would. Absolutely the worst company ive ever dealt with. We had scheduled a move at 5:00. It was confirmed several times including the day prior. The day of they called at 5:00 and canceled the move and said their truck broke down. They offered no resolution and when pressed on the phone, they told us to find someone else. It was a small in-city move so I thought we'd use a small mover.....that was a mistake!....

Movers never showed up, never called, nothing.....I called multiple times and was told they would get back with me. Wasted two days waiting for them. Terrible company. I wouldnt do business here if it was free. By the way, one star is being generous, but unfortunately i have to rate it something.

This company is a scam. Don't use them. I had an appointment for them to move me at 10 o'clock. They never showed up. I called their office and talk to David Lee. He told me the new price went from $78 an hour to $138 an hour for him to move me. I told him that was not our agreed-upon contract. He laughed. He said take it or leave it. I was desperate but found another mover. It's no wonder they have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau

HORRIBLE experience, don't be fooled by the owner who will sell you on the fact that they are an efficient and reliable moving company. On the day of our move they were scheduled to come in from 12-2pm, as they didn't have morning availability. As it approached 2pm and still no sign of the movers, I call to get the status on when they will arrive, the dispatcher told me that they would get there when they finished their current job they were working on but they couldn't tell me a time because they were unsure, but would call me when they were on their way. I was patient and told them ok, another hour passes and I call back again, now getting worried that the movers would get stuck in rush hour traffic during my move causing my move to take longer and charging me more. When I expressed this to the owner he stated that there is always traffic in Orlando so rush hour or not, that's what I'll have to deal with. So, once again I patiently wait...call back a third time around 4pm and was told the movers will arrive at 5pm. At 5pm they call my husband and say they won't make it until 6pm! When my husband asked to reschedule because we really weren't even sure they'd show at 6pm since it seemed to be taking them forever and the fact that we have a baby and now we're cutting into his sleep schedule, the owner became very rude and said he'd have to check on availability. We decided to just cancel with him and had to find another mover last minute. It was an extremely frustrating experience and waste of a day since I just sat around waiting for the movers which never showed up. Save yourself the hassle and headache and DO NOT HIRE this company. I agree with another poster here and wish I didn't even have to give them a star because they don't even deserve that!

Didn't show up until 3 hrs after appointment time!! Came in a budget truck instead of company truck. But when they showed up I cancelled. The guy who makes appointment was nice when I booked the appt but when I called to ask why the movers were not here during appt time frame he yelled at me and was extremely rude and hung up. NEVER USE them!! Extremely rude unprofessional not a real company, a bunch of losers renting budget trucks and don't show up on time!!!

They are completely unprofessional, disorganized and the management is rude. They kept us waiting for 5 hours after our appointment. Not once did they bother to call. I had to call numerous times after the hours kept passing by. The manager kept telling me they were delayed and couldnt even give us an estimate of arrival. 5 hours and 4 phone calls later the manager simply said "we are not coming" without even apologizing! I was shocked at the lack of professionalism. They completely ruined our move. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! There is a reason they are cheaper than their competitors.

your best move is the "worst" moving company ever!!! they were supposed to b here at 9 never showed up said their truck broke down, then calld me it was fixed at 2 and they were on their way its 5pm and never came never called. they r the most irresponsible people i have ever dealt with!!! called n called n now they dont answer my calls. took the day off today for nothing!!! pissed!!!

DON'T DO IT!!! These guys claimed they were professionals, pssst, Yeah right! They put a rip in a brand new couch and broke a brand new headboard. All could've been avoided if they had just use one of the filthy moving blankets they had piled on the floor of the POS truck they drove. The truck could hardly get started. They had the nerve to try and justify why my belonging broke while in their truck. They really didn't like it when I told how to do their job so this kind of thing didn't happen again. I was told a gentleman would be calling me to come out to fix my furniture, I haven't heard from anybody in three weeks, and I don't expect I ever will. When I did talk to them on the phone Dave was kind but it seems he blows smoke up your butt, and Joseph is a real horses backside. I wish I had some of the other reviews on this site before hiring this ridiculous company. Hopefully somebody will read these reviews and go with a better moving company.

Move date February 11, 2013 Your Best Move are the worse movers ever! My husband hired them because they said they were specialist in moving antiques. We sent pictures to them of the three pieces we were concerned about. The Owner (David) sent his son, Joseph on the day of the move. He wasn't prepared with the special box he was supposed to put my crystal chandelier in. David quoted a price of $75.00 and Joseph said it would cost $500.00 "because wood was expensive". We were told by David and Joseph that the movers had worked for them for 20 yrs. ALL lies, the boys said they're all are subcontractors. My husband was told the move would be about 12 hours and would est. about $2500. to move 4 bedroom house 6 miles. The boys loaded the truck and were rough with a 1/3 of the furniture. Joseph broke my crystal chandelier. We went to the new house and when we got there the boys asked for payment of $2,100. before they took the furniture off the truck. I said we would gladly pay when the move was complete, still 2/3 rds of the house left to move. They said the corporate office in Tampa said they needed pymt. before they took our furniture off the truck I wanted to pay with the credit card which had been preapproved and they said no-CASH! I called the police and they talked to them for over an hour. The movers took our furniture and brought it back the next day and only after we paid cash. Our family spent the entire night renting a Uhaul and moving furniture our selves. I tried to make a claim and David said they wouldn't be putting it through their insurance company. SCAM! and do they pay taxes on the cash?????
