This moving company (manager-wise) is the WORST I have ever seen regarding care for the customer. David runs things. First off, I had to use them b/c the company I originally went with to move was double booked and they referred them to handle my move for them. Which I was told David would be calling me to let me know that they would be handling my move at 11am, but he NEVER called me! In fact, I had to call him on 2 different occasions that day b4 they came, and they were 45 mins late (which I still got charged for). The movers themselves were pretty good guys, but I did get my washing maching top broken in the move. I call a few days later to notify, and surprise surprise was never called back! So a week later I called back, and got David and he got very defensive about this, "the contract says 48 hours..." And I told him I actually call a couple days later and you guys never called me back, and he said I didn't speak to him I spoke to Taylor. It really doesn't matter who I spoke to b/c none of them ever call back. So after giving me a lot of attitude, he finally makes me this proposal of paying 1.25 per pound for replacing washer. That was fine and I was willing to accept this. He says he will get on the horn with a company to work out details of replacements, and that was the last time I ever heard from them!!! You know something is wrong when you dial there number 205 276-4416 and the message says, "This voicemail box is full and cannot receive any message." THat means THEY NEVER CALL ANYONE BACK and customer service is not a priority. So I guess customers are nothing more than a monetary value and as soon as the job is done, they don't care!!! Dealing with him was one of the worst experiences ever. So much so that I told the other company (All My Sons--- who always called me and cared) to never send anymore work their way. I have absolutely nothing against the movers themselves b/c they were cool guys, but David, who is running things, really poorly represents them from a customer importance standpoint. That is a real integrity issue when you can't EVER call a customer that SPENT 618.00 with your BUSINESS BACK!!!! Unless there are any drastic changes with David, Don't use these guys!!!!!!
