Highly recommend using ABC Movers Orlando. They were professional, nice and took care of everything as if it were their own. I will absolutely 100% use them again. Great Job!!!!

Been trying to arrange service with these people for two days and I won't work with them because of how unresponsive/ rude they've been on the phone. Many unanswered calls, then when I finally get through the last was impolite and just placed me on hold without warning. After two calls back she answered and said she was busy. I will take my money elsewhere.

Two movers helped us move. They were efficient and very careful with our belongings. Showed up on time and completed on time. Will definitely call them for our next move.

When researching moving companies, I felt that this company tried to "up sell" everything and make a buck where they could. If you are personally an organized mover and have most of the work done - do not bother. The rep would not listen to my personal needs, and insisted I needed 3 hours and 3 men for a 2.5 bedroom (no stairs) house that would already be boxed (with only furniture and heavy boxes needed to be moved.) I told him the house we were moving into was literally across the street. It did not matter.

I can't believe I have to write this and go down memory lane on something I'd like to forget forever. Moving from he//. So let me inform you - I called ABC movers and booked a reservation for Saturday at 11:00am, 4 movers, a moving truck @ $175/hour. All is well....that is until moving day. They arrived at 1:15a with 2 guys and no moving truck. Pulled up two hours late, missing 2 people and sporting a Ford Edge. So I asked the guy where is the truck and where's the two other guys? Oh they are on the way, I can immediately tell thus guys is full of it and I did not trust him! I asked how far away are they!? I mean it's already 1:30p at this point. This guy acted like he didn't hear my question so I ask again, how far away are they. He responds - 2 hours. I flip. What do you mean 2 hours? Well they told us your house was 4 bedrooms so I brought a 53' trailer and your house don't need that so I'm ordering a smaller truck. I checked my reservation and low and behold it specifically says 3 bedrooms. Not to mention I only wanted these guys for 3-4 hours max. This guy is trying to tell me it's a 10 hour job and it's not a big deal the truck is 2 hours away. Meanwhile I'm paying him and another guy to wrap blankets around my chappy a$$ furniture. I told them to stop wrapping, after an hour of doing so and to start loading my stuff outside. I was going to rent an Uhaul and come back and we were going to get this stuff moved.... Went to Uhaul they had nothing on a sat at the end of the month. So plan C at this point. Call my best friend, her husband and a Co worker to help and to bring a penske truck. Finally they arrive most of my stuff is outside and we start looking. Omg it it wasn't for my friends helping me I don't know where'd I be... We finally get the move done, after working my butt off on stuff I thought 4 big tuff moving guys would handle. I will have you know this guy did not compensate me for the 140 dollars I spent on a moving truck and charge me for 5 hours when they worked a max of 4 and when I called ABC movers back to ask them for assistance I was hung up on before I could even speak to a supervisor. Do not call them do not do not do not. Save yourself. Moving is already stressful!!!
