This moving company is terrible, when they helped us move from Houston Texas to Hoover Alabama, they weren't careful with our stuff and they destroyed most of it, they didn't bother to use bubble wrap for our fragile stuff, and charged us more money even though they broke OUR stuff, I suggest that no one should even give this moving company a try or chance. We would have given it a half star review, but we know that doesn't exist, but my family and I know that we will NEVER use this moving company again.

I just moved from the Orlando area to Alabama, and my employer recommended I use Allied. After getting a quote that I felt was reasonable, we were given a pick up window and drop off window. My stuff was picked up in a timely and professional manner, and Lawrence was extremely friendly and made sure all my stuff was protected. He made it on the first promised drop off day, and he got my stuff into the house and placed where I needed it quickly. He was always friendly, prompt, and very great at communicating. Cherlene was also great in making sure that everything went smoothly. This is my first time actually using a moving company, and I'm extremely pleased with the experience!!

Never use this company, unless you wish to be ripped off, be lied to, and have your items destroyed. They lied about the dates of service, the times of arrival, etc. It was supposed to be a point to point, but they came over several days to load, and then stored everything in a warehouse for weeks!! When they finally brought it to the new house (over several days), they included other people's items, showing that the items were not stored properly and independently. The company broke so much, my mother almost had to be hospitalized for shock and despair. One of their trucks damaged the house as it drove out. Finally, they way under cut our insurance claim. Use them never. never. never.
